My frustration is with uhaul them selves... they weren't very helpful when the uhaul needed towed from being stuck. But I figured it out on my own.

The floor of the truck was full of dirt. We tried to sweep it but it wouldn't come off easy. They charged us for a dolly and we never ordered one. We did need blankets, but they didn't put them in and we had to return to the place to pick them up.

I had a really hard time finding the trailer I needed for my location. Some U-haul locations aren’t listed. I moved from Lovell Wy and had to pick up my trailer several hours away when there was 2 sitting in Greybull Wy, 30 min. away.

It took over an hour to get the rental truck. We found it buried in two foot snow drifts and iced shut. Took 20-39 minutes to dig it out and no snow brush in the vehicle.

I don't like liars and the person at the location told my husband in person that they didn't have one and then I rented one on line. Had it not been an emergency I wouldn't have done it and then I'm told it was 44 dollars and then I get an email for 84. I will NOT do this again and I will tell all my friends and family all about it!!!!!!!!

While the equipment inside was clean, the windshield was full of snow and ice. It took at least 20 minutes to clear all of that before I could drive away. I would understand that if I just walked in to rent but with having a reservation, I expected it to be ready. The guy at the desk was friendly enough but seemed lazy and was very happy that he didn’t have to go outside to help anybody.

As a drop off location it was right off of the highway and very large which made getting trailers in very easy.

Needed a tow dolly and most were down because of electrical or mechanical problems. The employee went out of his way to find one that was road worthy. I was fine with that but seems to me uhaul should have a maintenance person to keep up on the equipment repairs. That is the thing that I noticed the most. Other than that it was an above average experience.

I walked in and never once was greeted. The gentleman was drinking a drink and I said I was here to return a trailer. He said ok and walked outside. He did finally ask how the trailer was and unhooked it for me. Said thank you and walked off

Throughout my entire uhaul experience we kept encountering road bumps either on my own accord or on uhaul’s. But every time one arose the employees (Storm, Avery, and another fellow that I can’t remember their name) helped solve the issue and made my uhaul experience excellent. They helped and understood every issue and made sure I was well taken care of. Even after returning the uhaul there was a miscommunication error and they swiftly took care of it politely and effectively. I’d highly recommend this uhaul and their employees to anyone. Thank you again to the team at this uhaul location.

Poor rating given due to again had to wait over an hour for equipment. This location NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES! The store is nice and one lonely employee is good for what he has to put up with, but this is ridiculous having to wait over an hour each and every time we rent from you.

Truck was diry inside and out. I rented truck till 8pm. But since it was after hrs got charged additional fee. And the drop box dies not dit the key fobs. Need bigger box so luckily there was an open combo box open to put them in. Not impressed for a new location. Will keep using my other location next time.

While the location and store itself are above average for what I've dealt with in terms of Uhaul locations, the place is horribly understaffed. Every time I go there is one poor employee dealing with everything. The waits are sometimes incredibly long because he/she has to do all the clerical stuff and physical hookup of trailers. Last time I went the trailer I reserved was not available because it was full of tree debris from some other employee apparently using it for their personal business and neglected to clean it out. Again, the wait was needlessly long because the employee had to call around and find out what was going on. Hire more employees!!

I was terribly disappointed in the total bill for the rental of your 10' box truck, ($19.95 per day) for 4-1/2 hours, 16 miles, for $52.26. I was initially told it would be in the range of $34 depending on miles. When I spoke with the manager, his play on words told me that the bill was correct and he saw no discrepancies. Since I am on Social Security, this would have been nice to know up front instead of after the fact, so I could have gone elsewhere.

I ordered a van from the Beverly location and when I got there they had moved my reservation without letting me know. The guy at Beverly location told me it was at the center st location. When I got the center street location they didn’t have it either. The center street location told me to go to the Bryan stock trail location. I just felt it was unorganized and unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in U-Haul and feel I should have gotten a discount for my troubles.

Pick up and drop off was easy. However, when I reserved the truck I also reserved two furniture dollies, which were a necessity for this particular move. The morning I picked up the truck, I was told there were no furniture dollies available and that I would have to go somewhere else to find some. I ended up spending over an hour of my morning driving around town trying to find dollies (which I ended up having to purchase from a non-Uhaul store). It would have been very helpful if I had been informed at the time I made the reservation that there were no dollies available so I could have planned ahead... Not sure if this is more of an issue with the online booking tool, or the individual location.

Have more than one person working and provide the location of the pick up. I had chosen a different location and when I arrived they had no idea. Had to call customer service and they directed me to this location. Despite having done the online check in I had to do it all over again. It was almost 11am when we left, despite our pick up time being 10:00am. The employee that was working awkwardly complained about his coworker the entire check in.

I called to reserve a truck because the Internet said limited availability. The woman on the phone assured me there will be a 15' truck at 1 out of 4 locations the next morning. My sister was dropped off to pick up the truck and when she got there was told there is only one truck available in the state and it was 2 and a 1/2 hours North when she was driving South and had no way to get there. I called Uaul upset and the woman on the phone was able to find a 9' cargo Van which was nowhere what we needed. When I agreed to get it she is she told me that it had to be returned back to that town that day. We ended up renting in the karbo Cargo Van For local travel only to get ready for my brother to drive 4 1/2 hours away and use his truck to get us to or 2 and a 1/2 hour destination. When we Pick up the cargo Van the man at the you haul office open the back doors and prepare the contract. We usee the van locally for some small items and brought the van back after having to store over half of our belongings in storage in a town separate from the one we were moving to. Upon returning the van He tried to say the thumb size ding in the top on the inside of the van was from us only we had not even filled the van to the top and had our belongings nowhere near it. The man tried to say he was going to charge a $700 for the ding that had been in Van when we picked it up and he had not done inspection with us to see it. We refuse to pay it and left paying only the cost of the van for the day and the mileage we used. We will not use you haul again although we had in the past and I will let everyone know how this worked out for us who decides to use you haul in the future.
