Truck had only 20 miles of fuel. WTH? Not only that, the truck ran like shit. Next time I’m going to Penske.

Getting the Uhaul was a great experience, the guy at the counter was nice. I didnt know which one was mine and it took like 10 min to find the correct one, I also unfortunately had to reverse this uhaul out on my own and it wasnt until I was pretty much done until they offered help to get it out. I also had a uhaul that the seat thing was broken so I was struggling to reach the petals to drive. I also did not expect to pay so much either but it is what it is

Zoltan BIt meant a lot that both the pick-up and drop-off locations were open to giving an extra miles allowance for the miles I had to drive from that location to my parent's home where I did the loading. It makes sense and should be part of the standard miles allowed in the contract (like 20-50 extra miles) but, initially, it wasn't. Thank you to the great employees who treated me like a human being. For that, I will continue to use Uhaul services and recommend them to others! Drop-off location people were super chill and made the process so easy! Kudos to them for being good at what they do.

Carla GI’m hoping this finds someone that could help me out. The customer service for this location was great. They were very helpful. The only issue I ran into was a pricing issue. Originally, I had scheduled the uhaul trailer almost 2 months in advance for my military relocation. I had to move my family across the country. When I scheduled the uhaul trailer, I was quoted approximately $300. I selected my location for where I was going to drop it off which was out of state. When I arrived to pick up the uhaul we were confirm dates and location of uhaul pick up and drop off and the drop off location was incorrect. After telling the representative where the correct location of drop off was I was told the quote was inaccurate. The representative gave a new quote which was significantly more than the original quote. I didn’t have a choice but to pay the fee since my relocation was less than 24 hours away. I have been a uhaul customer for years with great experience but this experience is causing me to choose a different rental company from now on.

Francisco LI usually double checked mileage and gas before leaving the store , this time I forgot Then I realized that I was charged for 60 miles even though I used the truck to move from point a to point b which was two lights away from point a doing a quick calculation using Google Maps I didn’t drive more than 15-20 miles but even though I wanted to complain I had no proof Please don’t come to this location unless you want to be charged 2x or 3x more

GLORIA BTrailer was dirty and had trash in it (old buckle strap, metal and plastic pieces from prior renter, unswept and dirty); one of the tie-downs had wire wrapped around it that I didn’t see and I cut my finger attaching another hook strap to it. Then, when returning home from the desert, the passenger side trailer wheel blew and shredded the tire. It appeared worn and older, compared to the other side, which appeared much newer. It took roadside assistance more than two hours to reach us and repair.

Jose CMy complaint isn’t about this location at all, it’s on U-Haul overall. Terrible customer service had to go to 3 different locations and none of them knew what they were doing, staff had an attitude and to top it off I was billed for 2 reservations that I never got the truck for. When I finally spoke to someone on corporate it was via email and they wouldn’t respond after the reply and their email made no sense. Misspelled words and it seemed like they just typed a response to cover their backs.

MARICELA VNothing, it is just perfect. The only thing I don't like is having to let them scan my driver's license. I have been at some places where the try to do the scan on their personal phone. It would help if you provided some information about the protections that you have in place to protect the renters and how long do you keep a record of the CDL. They do seem to keep records of the previous rentals. Like you, I am concerned about safety.
