I decided not to make a reservation this time because the last time I did they did not hold my reservation and I was there on time. This was a much smoother experience and the woman that got me all set up was amazing and they guy who helped me check in was also amazing. Thanks!

Furniture dolly was not available. Truck had a sticky interior and smelt like cigarettes. Staff seemed less than thrilled to exist, much less be at work helping customers.

Great service. Took maybe 5 minutes to finish the trans action. At several times by several people we were backed if everything was ok (it was not the back rear light was not working). They did a great job and Very friendly.

I was charged an addition fee 2 days after i returned the trailer. Unknown why. Brakes on trailer also squeaked bad every time i applied the brakes.....unpleasant for an 8 hr trip.

The truck was not cleaned out when I picked it up. There were ashes in the ashtray and it didnt look vacuumed.

This was the dirtiest uhaul we ever rented. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t hardly see when it got dark and on coming traffic was coming towards us. I rubbed my finger in the window and it was the inside of the window. The entire truck was filthy!

See above comments. The store told us we had to take it up with customer service (the payment issue). Meanwhile, customer service said it was the stores problem to handle. How can they charge the wrong card and why would a reservation be canceled and a new one created?! And when I called THIS MORNING before the uhaul got dropped off, they said we were not charged on the visa and could bring the Amex that was on file to pay today, well not true. The store said they charged the visa already?! DO NONE OF YOU PEOPLE COMMUNICATE?! Customer service and the store employees?! Everyone says something different and then they tell me they sent an urgent message to the Fall River store and no one has called me since then and that I was on Friday.

Wait time was long to pickup and drop off. Only 1 person working when I dropped it off and 6 people in line. Took me 30 minutes to just drop off the trailer I rented.

Horrible. The waiting for service was painfully over nearly an hour wait only to discover a rental practically empty, AC not working properly and so disgustingly dirty inside that I nearly became sick while driving it. I could not waste more time trying to go back and switch trucks due to the over hour delay . I complained when I returned it and showed pictures but no one caress..

They did not have the vehicle I reserved. They then created a new reservation for me that did not have the dolly or furniture pads I had requested while I was there in person. When I went back in after I checked for the equipment in the back of the truck I was told that it didn't come with the rental. I had to remind them that I had asked for it while I was there even though they couldn't use the original reservation. When the representative at this location called a Uhaul number for stores I could here the person on the other end of the line say "You guys are killing me!" when he explained that he did not have the vehicle that I had requested. It sounded as though this location routinely doesn't have its stock up-to-date with the uhaul website. If you would like to rent from this location I would recommend calling them directly or if you are using the website choose another location.

Only 2 people working and 20+ people waiting when doors opened. Wait time very long. People who did express check in online were not expressly checked in. Hire more people or stagger reservation times so everyone is not there at the same time.

Key card didnt work - had to use code, unit was not size ordered, had to use wheeled stairs to access - scary!, had pipes through it, visible water damage after, all items covered in mouse poop.

The balance due for the storage account never shows up online until its due and then a $15 late charge gets added to the account. My storage unit was locked up by the facility even though I paid. Awfu

Would not recommend getting a storage unit here that slap you with late fees with little to no grace period and then they put locks on your storage and forget to take it off for a month lazy employees

The staff is AMAZING, so very helpful. My only complaint is that sometimes they are understaffed. They work hard to give great customer service. Sometimes they need additional people there.

In the entire month of use in the storage unit I was never able to access the place 24/ 7 like indicated. Didn’t even receive A card to get into the place until about a week before I exited. Fix it

First my move out date is listed at 5/2/2018 when in fact I moved my stuff out 3 weeks prior to this date. I was then charged 2 late fees after my stuff was already out of the unit.
