The truck shook quite a bit between 35 mph and 45 mph especially when driving uphill. It shook enough to make me wonder if something might break in the drive train. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff at his location has always been pleasant.
DONALD WThe interior of the uhaul I rented was filthy! A half drank soda was in the cup holder, there were crumbs all over the seats, dash, and floor, and there was garbage on the floor. I was in a huge hurry so I did not go inside to change it out but I did take photos and put it in my check out/return notes.

I've almost never had a problem with getting a truck, even when I forget to reserve one well in advance, as just happened!! Natasha is an excellent manager - I THINK she's a manager and if not, she should be! She knows the job inside and out, AND is a great trainer to new employees AND has a great customer service attitude!!! Karen

michael l | Overall ExperienceThe ramps on the Toy trailer are NOT Ali/gned with the tires on my UTV nor a smaller “toy” ATV. I was able to load my UTV though I was probably with 3wheels on the trailer and ramp while loading and unloading. Unfortunately I don’t see a way for me to upload a photo.

MICHAEL DIt has been a long time since I have rented from this location but it really noticeable how much the entire operation has improved. Everyone is very personable and effective. It is really a big improvement from my last rental. Really appreciated too.

MARK SI took advantage of the 1st month free storage unit during my recent move. Up to closing my storage unit i had a great experience. However, i called a few days before i knew my unit would renew, to verify when i needed to have my unit cleaned out and closed before i was charged. I was told i had through the 23rd before i would be charged. I woke up on the 23rd to get my last few pieces out and to close my unit only to realize my account had already been charged for the unit which took the last of my money and put me in the negative. When i got to the store i asked to speak to the manager about this issue and was told she was not on premises but they would have her call when she got in. She never called, only sent an automated email when she approved the refund. This "mistake" took the last little bit of money i had and has now cost me even more due to over draft fee, you took resources away from me providing for my kids and im not even worth a call back.

Tyler B | Overall ExperienceThis location recently made an in-house rule requiring all renters to purchase insurance. I requested to deny the coverage and the gentleman at the desk overode my election and stated its mandatory. Per the two working there this was a decision due to people not being held accountable for damage. Coverage extends from my auto insurance and therefore im being forced to purchase a coverage I dont need or require due to the fact they are not appropriately recouping loss. Im no longer a licensed insurance producer, however, it was common in most states that this can not be forced and is illegal to enforce.

This business is/was extremely busy that day...I mean off the rails busy, and they were so professional to every customer while I was there. A ton of pressure with calls, drop offs, pickups,,,,,,they are truly great. Raises for both, please.
JOY CThis is the best U-Haul team in the world! I go there a few times a year, and they always so friendly, funny, and great to work with. Three of the team members were talking with each other and you could tell they genuinely like each other. It was great to watch what a great culture is at that Concord, NH location. I would highly recommend the Concord location to anyone.

I have always been greeted with a smile and everyone that I’ve encountered there has provided excellent customer service. This is a great U-Haul location all around.

dan pLifelong UHaul customer who rents multiple times a year, sometimes as often as six times in a year, thanks to the affordability. I will no longer rent from UHaul. The mileage rate has been out of control for some time. Also, the bait and switch (reserve X but, oh, gee, it's not available when you arrive so next size up for more $$). But this most recent time I was told the $15 previously optional insurance was required unless I could provide "documentation" from my insurance company that it would cover the rental if damage occurred. This was literally as I was at the counter about to check out for a reservation made by phone and was told "It's all on the website." Well, I wasn't on the website, was I? I was in the store, dealing with a human. I was also charged a $5 optional fee--that I was not told was optional--for roadside assistance. When I politely tried to give feedback about the escalating fees to the counter person, she literally got into a pissing match with me despite me starting by saying it was not directed at her personally but for her to pass on to management. I'm done with UHaul. I have more big cleanout and move needs in a couple of weeks. I will beg, borrow, or steal a truck elsewhere to accomplish my goals. You have lost a lifelong customer, and I am spreading the word to anyone who will listen. Oh, and the truck was dinged to hell, none of it marked with the stickers as "known damage." And the transmission kept slipping when driving. Obviously the exorbitant fees are not going into maintenance. So, yeah. Done with UHaul.

STEVEN KEquipment should be better maintained. Our trailer had a bald tire with wire exposed. We had to delay our trip to get it repaired because it would not only have not made the trip but it also made the trailer shake much more than it should have. It should not be the customers responsibility to use roadside assistance to fix basic tire maintenance.
LYDIA CJacob and Miguel bailed me out!!! They saved me literally hundreds of dollars and probably 5 hours of work. I Couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service I received from the team at the Concord NH location. If I could give 10 stars I would.

That being said, Uhaul's (the corporation, not its employees!!) policy of first come, first served even with a reservation was shocking and honestly made for a horrifying moving-in experience. I came thinking I would have a drive up outside unit, and ended up having to tetris my belongings inside a 4x8 1st floor unit and a 2nd floor 6x7 unit. Again, the employees of this location are great. The corporate policy of Uhaul of 'first come, first serve' even with a reservation will ensure I never use this Uhaul services ever again. It is a really terrible policy, I hope that will be reversed. Thank you again to the great employees of this location.

When i got to your facility, there wasn't one available. I don't know what reservation system issue there is between the site & national, but that, for us, meant we had to find a 10 x 10 somewhere else, then move everything out of the tiny space you had avail... and only had inside access too. Aside from that, we were charged $20 late fee, because we weren't notified by phone or text that we were going to be past due... and ended up getting a US Mail letter, that was sent to our old address, forwarded to our new address... AFTER the $20 was already paid. I was told by national that they couldn't credit it, and that an email would be sent to the site manager. I still haven't heard from anyone about crediting that $20. I arrived yesterday to clean out the unit, after already having paid the month & late fee, and found a second lock on the unit, which I had to go inside & deal with. I'll be unlikely to use UHaul again for storage.
