Tires were completely bald, no way this would ever pass an inspection. Had to completely rethink our moving plan since we couldn't safely get up a driveway with a tiny bit of snow on it, and briefly got stuck on the smallest of slopes.

The fuel tank was supposed to be full on p/u, but it was a 3/4 full. I noted this on the test link, but i had to fill the tank before returning it. I think i put nine miles on the odometer, which is not even a full gallon of fuel, and I spent 15.81 filling the truck up. Also, i was initially charged the ten dollar CDW charge, without my knowledge. This was not offered to me when I picked up the truck, and didn't notice the charge on the invoice until later. My bad. I did question the charge when I returned the truck back, and the clerk took the charge off the final invoice, which I appreciate. The clerks were very nice, I just would have appreciated them being a little more mindful.

Have better customer service by a manager which seem to be non existent my brand new car for scratch and never received a phone call back to watch the video to see who scratched it and when the employee that was there called the manager would not allow her access to the cameras not did he ever do anything.

Your staff was fine, the space was fine... but we were initially told by the national call sent that we were getting a drive up 10x10. When i got to your facility, there wasn't one available. I don't know what reservation system issue there is between the site & national, but that, for us, meant we had to find a 10 x 10 somewhere else, then move everything out of the tiny space you had avail... and only had inside access too. Aside from that, we were charged $20 late fee, because we weren't notified by phone or text that we were going to be past due... and ended up getting a US Mail letter, that was sent to our old address, forwarded to our new address... AFTER the $20 was already paid. I was told by national that they couldn't credit it, and that an email would be sent to the site manager. I still haven't heard from anyone about crediting that $20. I arrived yesterday to clean out the unit, after already having paid the month & late fee, and found a second lock on the unit, which I had to go inside & deal with. I'll be unlikely to use UHaul again for storage.

A renter before me was smoking in the truck, which was too bad, but other than that my experience was terrific. The truck was clean and easy to drive. The staff at U-Haul were polite and helpful.

My only complaint was that the windshield was dirty and made it difficult at night with oncoming traffic lights hindering view. Otherwise, it was outstanding service, and the young lady that served us was accommodating and courteous. I highly recommend this location.

You shouldn't advertise a truck at $19.95 when it cost me $97.20 for a couple hours and less the 100 miles. Also my account got charged twice and I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded. Could cause major overdraft fees which I'm sure you wouldn't cover. It felt like a BS trap. You could just advertise actual costs instead of luring people in. You got me once but never again ! Beware of false advertising. The associates were great to deal with but your company was a scam in my opinion. Very poor business practices.

When I picked up the truck, there was a lower tire indicator. The man put air in the of the truck. The warning message remained on the truck the entire time. I went to 7 Lake Shore Dr, Barnstead, then 17 Jennifer Drive, Concord and back to the uhaul place after filling up for gas. When I returned the truck I was told that is because the tire was replaced without a sensor - really? no one mentioned that to me. My invoice should have been for 50 miles, 19.95 for the day, 14 for insurance and applicable taxes. I am not sure how my invoice was calculated. There is a charge for 60 miles (beats the original 120+ miles charged), Safe move of 28 (double), 2 day rental? I picked it up about noon - reservation for 9 AM and returned it before 8 AM the next day - I do not understand the 2 day charge. I don't mind paying what is advertised, but this was ridiculous.

The truck leaked, all my stuff got wet; I did tell the guy when I returned it, "thanks for letting us know, sorry about that"....people working there and on phone very pleasant- but truck that leaks IS AN ISSUE!! Purposely got a uhaul NOT an open truck!

The staff was incredibly helpful, but the process was painful. The online system was onerous and tried to charge me for gas even though I had filled it back to above what I started with. The staff helped immensely correcting the issue but the process itself needs to be better.

I just wanted to give Kelsey a HUGE shout out. When I was there on Saturday, November 7th, it was a busy day and there was a line. She was friendly to every customer, she was clear with her directions and how she could assist everyone. I was there to pick up a van and bring it back only a few hours later. Both times Kelsey was basically on her own and she was AMAZING! I even asked for her name because I wanted to be sure she got the credit. Thank you, Kelsey!

We reserved a 15 ft truck for 12pm and when we went to pick it up, they said our reservation had been moved to 2pm and we got no notification of this. We had hired movers to help so we had to take a 10ft truck instead and ended up needing 2 trips where it should've been 1. Absolutely ridiculous that our reservation was changed with no notice one day before we were supposed to pick it up and it screwed up our whole plan for the day. They couldn't give us an explanation on why the reservation was moved.

They were very careful with my belongings and they were able to move more of my belongings then I expected in the time frame I had paid for. If I ever need to move again I will ask for this team again. But I hope I never have to move again.
