Keep the vehicle clean cause the seats had animal hair all over the seats and the van was dirty outside of it. They should of vacuumed it . I rent a u haul a lot from this place I was very upset when I had dog hair all ion my capris and it was so hot out I smelled like an animal after . Very dissatisfied

I thought it odd that trailer tongues are left on the ground. Most trailers have a leg to stand on but if they get damaged it makes sense.

Brittany and Liz were great and was quick to fix my reservation that was originally supposed to be a 20ft truck for two days that ended up being a 15ft for two days. Much to my surprise on the second day expecting to have the 15ft for two days, received a text message that my truck was due for return on day one. When my wife and I called customer service to explain that we had paid for two days, Sarah from traffic refused to listen to us. She kept talking over my wife and I, was extremely rude and down right nasty to me, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received and even hung up one my wife and I several times, when asked to speak to her supervisor, sarah stated that her supervisor would be in until July 8th and we could call back then and once again hung up on us. I had to take time away from my move to stop into uhaul to fix my reservation which Brittany was able to confirm that we had the van for two days. I am glad that Brittany knows what’s she’s doing and has superior customer service they Sarah. This Sarah person needs to be retrained in customer service and trained on customer satisfaction and uhaul’s commitment to customer service.

I rented a car dolly that was missing one of the locking pins for the right side ramp. One of the attendants put a bolt nut through it before I left. And that was a temporary fix until I was driving back to the U-Haul location and then both fell out the rim came loose and dragged down the road!

I tried to rent the 12' ramp trailer on Monday but was told it had a flat tire. This location *refused* to swap out the tire (they have a service bay!) with another tire from a similar trailer, they couldn't tell me when it would be available, no manager to speak to, etc. This site is terrible about answering their phones. When trailer was ready on Wednesday, it was full of debris and the latch was bent. I had to take a hammer to get the latch pin out. Very frustrating experience. You can do better, Concord NH U-Haul.

A little on the expensive side. Was hoping to receive some sort of credit for bringing the truck back 4hrs early. Ended up being $4 extra (due to mileage) than the estimate. All in all a solid experience.

The check out process was crazy. Had to sit in the truck and flash lights and blinkers, etc. Why would a taillight or reverse light out be my problem? It felt like a major overkill. It used to be someone would look at the fuel gauge, odometer, check for physical damage, and check cab and truck for cleanliness — all of which was fair. Not sure if this new truck inspection is standard practice or what, but it makes it wildly inconvenient as a consumer.

One of the agent charged me for a second day. I've called them twice, was told I would receive a credit for the over charge. First call was May 23, from the returning location. I called the other week to ask about the refund, I was told it had been refunded. I checked my credit card the other night, still no credit.

I rent trucks from this location at least 5 times a year to move musical instruments for our school concerts. For this concert I stopping the store to make a reservation, and found that all of the trucks that belonged to Concord were rented out. The staff at the store went out of the way to make sure that I had a truck available for me, and were very pleasant and polite about it. Thank you for helping us out!

The computer said the fuel was at 3/4 full when it was really barley half. Also it said it had less miles on it then it did. I also had to put a 100$ deposit on the truck which I was told I would get back when I returned the truck. I returned the truck yesterday and am still waiting for the refund that I was told (while returning the truck) that it was loaded back onto my card. When I called about it, the woman said “give it about three days” . IDONT HAVE THE LUXURY OF GIVING IT THREE DAYS! I had to spend everything I had on that stupid truck. Had I have known it would be like this I would HAVE NEVER RENTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Certainly NEVER WILL AGAIN.

The staff was great once I got to the shop. The U-Haul central customer service is terrible. I called many times to make sure my hitch was what I needed and the central office, not the people in Concord, messed up so I wasted a morning driving to Concord only to find they did not have my appropriate hitch. The Concord staff was very helpful though. You need a new phone system,

The service was excellent, but because the wrong hitch was sent, a driver had to drive to Portsmouth NH to get the correct part. If not for that mess up, which wasn't really the fault of the staff at this location, everything was excellent.

Do NOT lose Carly Morin as an employee!!! I have been in the service industry one way or another as well as a small business owner, for the past 35 years. Carly is the perfect person to utilize as a trainer or upper level manager. Professional, friendly, efficient, helpful, on and on, to customers and co-workers. Recognize and utilize her skills at the highest level. I would travel extra miles to use this facility due to how she treated me. Thank you Carly!

clerk had a poor attitude, didn't know the answers to my questions, and was taking photos of my license on her personal phone. When I raised security concerns, she brushed them off and said the only time the photos would stay on her phone is if the app didn't work. Then the app didn't work after she tried three times, and another clerk had to use what appeared to be the Uhaul phone. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS or at least how to find someone who does know.

Tried to return the truck using the app but it wouldn't let us because it couldn't tell our location. Our phone was on proper settings and all other apps we tried could find us but not Uhaul. Had to wait an hour til open. Came back then and not enough people working to handle the business of about 10 people waiting so we had to wait again. If the app worked or there was enough staff it would have been fine.

I'm wondering if there is a way to get a key for a vehicle without having to wait in a line for a "cashier". There is already automatic check-in with your cell phone. It would be nice somehow to get a key by self-service too.

Let them know that there is no refund on excess mileage. I drove 126 miles and was charged for 163 miles even though I said I was only going to drive 145 Miles. This is wrong!

I parked in the designated spot for returns and went inside the store. A few minutes later a female employee, Carly I believe approached me and said she had already unhooked the trailer and would get me a receipt. Fabulous and painless!

At the concord location where we got the truck there was only 1/4 tank of gas. We had to put gas in the truck and wasn’t warmed up. Tilton store was accommodating due to changing our pickup location of the truck. They later hooked up the transporter in a timely fashion.

The staff person (Mr. Bruno) was very disrespectful. Treated me as if I weren’t understanding what HE was saying. My dispute was focused on the fact that I was never informed that I would be charged differently from what I had agreed in the online reservation; moreover, I brought the trailer back a day before. I called this place earlier to ask if the charge would be for 2 days if I brought the trailer back a day before and they said YES. So, although I was tired, I made the effort to unload the trailer rapidly and brought it back. When I got there, they said the contrary (meaning that they would charge for the 3 days anyways). As I said before I have never been treated in this manner. This individual needs to be retrained to offer good customer service. This was a terrible experience.
