The location was great and helpful however the management that made me go to that location is the problem, I had to drive drive and hour out of the way to pick up the truck. So great service terrible upper management.

Marshall Y.I was charged twice equalling $130 dollars for an in town move that took three hours. I drove maybe ten miles and filled the tank exactly where I left it. Such a rip off. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

This vehicle has a high frequency vibration felt in the seat of the truck and center of the vehicle at Speeds between 60 and 65 MPH, this is not a tire vibration more like drive line vibration. I appreciated the use of the truck it was awesome.

colt R.Maintenance on the vehicle was not good- oil change required light - was on and I was told not to worry but when I checked it prior to leaving it was black dirty. The vehicle did not upshift half the trip and would jerk bad when it filally did. Very disappointed in the maintenance of it but It got the job done

I don't want to know that the previous renter travelled a thousand miles by seeing all the dead bugs. I'm spending too much money to have it filthy Inside is clean. Wash the damn trucks. It's simple. The best customer service representative I've ever dealt with She went beyond to make sure everything was up to par and running smoothly if you ever have a higher position to offer her she would be the one to keep your employees trained to deal with customers in a friendly and positive matter she checked on us frequently making sure everything was going well. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Samantha 10 and beyond everything went smooth please let her know we are always going to go U haul in our future move and recommend it to all our friends because of her outstanding customer service
Theresa S.I am stuck here in Globe, AZ. I called Enterprise to rent a car. They wanted $115.00 for one day. The cab service here would have cost $40.00. I walked by Uhaul and saw the $19.95 sign and immediately rented a truck for 2 hours which cost me $27.00. I could not be happier. Uhaul should think about advertising short term rentals to people who are stuck somewhere who just need to buy groceries and check up on the auto repair shop that their vehicle is in.
