#1 The trailer I was given was a different number than on the paper work. The counter person entered two digits in reverse order than the actual number. They had to redo all the paper work because of this error. #2 The paper work I received said my tow vehicle could only tow 3790 lbs. The manufacturer of my vehicle says I can tow 12,500 lbs. There is a slight discrepancy here that your rating is less than 1/3 of what the manufacturer says I can tow.

I had a HORRIFIC rental experience of this 26 ft truck. WIthin 40 min on the freeway (stop/go traffic, level road- no incline) the truck overheated and we had to pull over on a VERY unsafe exit off the 605N at Firestone Blvd in Downey where traffic was speeding by. It took 60 min for a mechanic to arrive...in 100 degree temps (and my 78 yr old mother was with us). It was suggested we drive to a safe place for the mechanic to work on the truck. 2 hours later after changing TWO LARGE hoses (that should have been noted were bad had there been a visual inspection of the engine!) we got back on the road- with 2 warning lights still illuminated (oil light and temp light). The brakes were very spongy and required extreme pressure to bring the truck to a stop, the headlights were incredibly dim and we still had 7 hours to go. The drivers side window wouldn't close all the way and there was a horribly noisy whistling the whole drive. When we finally got to our destination (3 hours late due to the mechanical breakdown) the truck started overheating AGAIN and the power steering went out. We left the truck overnight and drove to storage to unpack the truck. Luckily we were close to the drop off location as who knows if the engine would have blown. Upon return , an employee noted that this truck NEVER should have been sent out on a long haul trip...only local. We were not safe in this truck and were not only completely inconvenienced and our safety was in danger during the breakdown, but incredibly anxious the whole trip. I am contacting my credit card company about this fiasco. I also called the Uhaul 800 # to create a file .Lydia explained that I will hear from Uhaul within 24-48 hours to receive compensation from this horrific experience. I'm still waiting and will have my credit card company take over if I'm not contacted by Tuesday, June 20. Not ONCE did anyone at the 800# apologize for this situation , inconvenience , hassle and dangerous situation. I am appalled at all that transpired.

Your automated systems are awful. I made reservations online and filled out all information and it still took me 20 minutes to complete my registration. I understand you have to check my License, but all the rest was superfluous since I filled it out on the web. I am among the top car renters on Hertz and I realize that U-Haul is commercial, but our systems must be improved to stay competitive.

I think your advertising is misleading. A pickup truck is advised do $19.95 a day. You don't say that you also charge for miles. I rented a truck for 3 hours and drove 30 miles. My bill was was $54.00. Too much

Was looking to (possibly) rent a 2×2 storage for business equipment last Saturday. Had an issue with 24Hr access. I would need it right away but I was told permission would have to be given on Monday from branch manager. So I held off on the rental. Saw what I thought was another possibility wich led me back into the same branch. To deal with the same representative. That individual was not as polite the second time around. I'm sure a 24hr self serve storage could be a problem with certain renters. However I had, nor do I have plans to throw a late night party in my new, fancy, state of the art 2x2 storage unit. Just needed a place to drop my equipment if I worked late! PR classes for everyone!? Otherwise great store! Never had any problems! Thanks again.

I am PISSED OFF about my uhaul rental. I needed a van/truck to move a studio from Newport Beach to Santa Barbara. For obvious reasons I needed the drop off location to be in SB, and the fact that there was a flat rate for that was ridiculous. First, they make you pay for 2 days and a set amount of miles. What they didn't tell me when I checked it out was if you go OVER your set miles you have to pay for it. So I picked up my uhaul, drove it home, loaded, headed to SB, unloaded, had to refuel gas, then drop off. I returned the truck within 6 hours, but I was a little over my set mileage. So not only was this truck $250 because they make you pay for TWO DAYS, but I had to chuck out another $10 for "extra miles" which I was not notified of at the time of pickup. I WILL NEVER use this company again. WAY over priced, no flexibility, and poor communication with customers.

There a bunch of people sitting on the curb outside waving and yelling at me when I drove up. I find it very confusing and flustering to where I missed the turn in and had to go around the block again.

We ordered a 15' enclosed truck. Turns out a 15' truck means only 11.5' of usable space on the floor. What a total disaster. Who would have known that a 12 long item wouldn't fit in a 15' truck. What a scam! I would have ordered a bigger truck if U Haul would advertise the truck as is, and not count the tiny cab over space as the additional 3'.

I am highly annoyed that I rented online from the Campus Drive location and then was redirected without prior knowledge to the Newport Blvd location! I wasted an entire night! The Newport people and location were very nice and accommodating but your online system leaves a lot to be desired!

Clean the truck! They are usually dirty inside and outside. The local dealer told me they are not allowed to clean the trucks due to the oil separation issue (what I think that means is they cannot wash oil into the runoff).

Tried renting a trailer from the Campus Dr. location, lady tested my hitch cable and told me that my trailer lights didn't work. I had to go over to Newport Bl location for them to test further. All along I knew that my hitch lights worked. After having an associate at Newport test my lights, he confirmed that the did WORK. Campus Dr. associate needs to do a better job of diagnosing, and hooking up the trailer to see, instead of just using some tiny testing tool.

A little trouble about timing. If you rent it be sure not to until you have the person driving on the lot first. Parking is a bit of a problem. And they won't drive it of to the next street for you. Really nice people!

After driving over 2500 in 1 day (ark to ca) I dropped off the trailer, but I was trapped in the area. I could not get out. Too many trailers and trucks blocking the exit. They told me I had to wait till everyone is done with their paper work so they can move their vehicle. U-haul could of moved 1 truck very easily to let me out. But they wanted me to wait. I was in no mood to wait. To go up and beyond to make a customer happy is not their forte'. For the employees to problem solve a situation is not within their cranial capacity.

When I reserve a specific trailer size make sure it is there. Trailer was NOT there as some other employee approved for the prior renter to keep it longer but either did not get it approved or did not register it. I overheard employees talking about this employee who made the mistake and he has done it before.

The equipment that I rented worked out perfectly and was in good shape. On returning the trailer to this location there is very limited space. The customer return area was full with a trailer. There was the spot available for returning the trailer from the same spot I picked it up at. So I pulled past the return area and proceeded to put the trailer in a position for easy off loading for the staff to put it in front right where I picked it up from. A staff member came running up to me and was very rude asking me if I read the customer return sign. I told him yes I did but by me pulling past it it would help them out and make it easy for me to pull out. He told me I was going to have to drive around the block and come back to the customer return area. I was in a chevy turbo deisel. It was difficult enough getting in this small location. So when I came back and pulled in to their customer return spot we disconnected and the. They had me drive around back and go through bay 1. To make the turn into bay 1 took a 5 point turn and I couldn't drive straight through I had to back through then turn around again to exit the lot. They said they were not going to put the trailer in that spot. One hour later I came back and sure enough they had put the trailer I used in the original spot I got it from. Most of the staff is friendly and fast thinking but this one guy went above and beyond to complicate a simple situation. I suggest training staff to improvise. I have rented this trailer from this location before and did the same thing I attempted to do this trip with no problems and the guys working that day told me they appreciate how I helped them out so they didn't have to hand pull the 6' 12' across the yard to put it in the same spot I placed it for them.

At the main entrance to U-Haul facility, they are to many people looking to be picked up for work. They block the entrance and the exit as well. It is not safety to enter and exit with 20-30 illegals ( I assume ) around your car. They are arrogant after you refuse to "hire" theme.

The location itself was fine. However UHaul's advertised rate of $19.95 is a pure bait and switch. With all of the fees and mileage charges added on, the total is WAY higher. Misleading advertising for sure.

The main manager... was very rude and he chased me down in the parking lot as if I wasn't going to pay my balance... I was just going to my husband that was parked to get the rest of the money... I couldn't believe he was doing this... I told him to hold on he has made me feel very singled out and that was a very uncomfortable experience... Pick up was great. They price matched a competitor and gave me an amazing rate for a one way move. The staff was extremely professional and helpful! Only knock was the furniture dolly I rented had a bum wheel which made it difficult to use. Other than that everything was fantastic.

took over an hour with an appointment to finally get the uhaul truck. Reservation was at 9am, showed up at 9am and waited for an hour until I was helped. This location offers little to no parking so you have to resort on finding street parking (which there was none) then was told to park in the restaurant next door's lot and that I hopefully wouldn't be towed. poorly managed and unorganized, will not rent from this location or uhaul again.

Nothing! Great Staff. As we pulled in to the driveway, a U-Haul employee pointed out that I had a flat tire. It just went flat prior to arriving there. I did not have a car jack or lug wrench. The U-Haul employee offered to help us - AMAZING!!! We changed the tire, avoiding a long wait for "AAA" service, and were so grateful. INSIDE: The employee who set me up with the truck was excellent: friendly, efficient, and very personable. He explained everything clearly, articulated each feature and asked what else I might need. I was already rattled by the long drive to get there & the flat tire...but he and his fellow employee behind the desk were terrific! It is rare that a customer is treated so respectfully and with care & concern. Thanks Again - Awesome!

it was difficult to mark "No" for the question "was the personnel helpful?" as all were helpful and efficient with only one exception. I pointed out that my truck had no working radio, and which included a very long day on the road (9+ hours with NOTHING to listen to). I am confident he understood my complaint and the reduced quality/satisfaction for that specific point. But I can't say that I'm confident that the issue was logged and/or would be considered any further. It would be nicer to have someone acknowledge the issue and at least offer to escalate it.

Beware!! Our U-haul truck was stolen with the entire contents of our apartment. This has been a nightmare dealing with police, credit bureau, etc, and U-haul has been no help. The SafeMove "cargo protection" insurance does not cover theft. And any homeowner's or renter's insurance will only cover a small percentage since the items are considered "away from the residence." The thieves easily "punched" the door lock and ignition on the truck. U-haul puts no additional effort into making those trucks somewhat theft-proof. Also there is no tracking equipment even though item 12 of their contract describes an event data recorder. These vehicles should be equipped with a tracking device since that technology has been around for decades and can be considered an industry standard for fleet trucks. I found on-line that this location had another truck stolen just a couple of months ago – it is not as uncommon as you would think. Just a little heads up from the staff would have led us to block the truck in with other cars. It is misleading that theft doesn't happen often, that the "cargo" is insured and that the truck has tracking that could lead to a speedy recovery – all wrong.

Its sad that when you return the truck with a Quarter tank more than when you pick it up, that you don't get refund for the difference...Im done with Uhaul

Tank was received with 3/8 full of gas. I was at a photography site all day and did not have time to fill it up upon returning it. I used a little over 1/8 of a tank so it was slightly below 1/4. I was charged a $30 gas surcharge fee. If the tank was more full than 3/8 (why was it only 3/8 full? when I received it this would not have occurred. VERY disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

My car broke down on the day of move. I had to pay to tow the trailer to a uhaul dealer in another city. My car was repaired on day three and I drove back and picked up the trailer and returned it from the original pickup location. Instead of a one day rental I was charged the full three days . I would greatly appreciate a credit for the time I was waiting for my car to be repaired.

We made an advance reservation at a small store in Costa Mesa, CA, on Harbor, I think. When we got there we were told that they had given away the two dollies we had applied for. We were re-routed to the store on 2680 Newport, where they were wonderful. Tough to start a move 2 hours later, but we did OK. It would have been nice to have been called to tell us that we didn't have to come to the first place. The 2680 Newport folks were superb all the way; please buy them each a sports car.

I didn't notice this until i was already leaving and on a tight schedule, but I ordered a 17' truck, and they gave me a 20'. I understand if they ran out of 17' trucks so they supplemented me with a 20', but they never mentioned it was a 20' truck until I was checking out. Futhermore, the employee who was checking it out to me told me they didn't have any more 17' trucks. If it were me and I ran out of those trucks, I wouldn't have charged my customers the extra amount since it wasn't their fault I ran out of 17' trucks. Don't get me wrong, the rest of my experience was great, easy to pick up and drop off, there was just no clarrification on what truck I was actually getting.

It was over priced and really you are gonna charge $25 for sweeping two broom strokes to sweep up the inside of the truck. The truck had no power and brakes were terrible. The basic insurance that you offer covers everything accept the top 2 feet of the truck. That just sounds like another scam. I was mobbed by the day laborers outside the parking lot as I went in. Finally as I was waiting on my ride I was accused of stealing a trailor hit when all I had in my hand was a bottle of soda. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this to anyone and I don't see any reason to return.

I was very pleased that they have pickup trucks, but you should eliminate the mileage fee for a 4-hour rental. For some hauls you just need a truck for a few hours. It seems excessive to pay for a full 24 hours, for a 4-hour rental, plus mileage. Otherwise, a good experience.

Have available parking for customers, not employees when open one hour, and only one other customer besides ourselves. I know it rained the day before but inches still in the bed of the truck unacceptable. Could have at least offered plastic or blanket to put down in bed to keep items being moved dry. Sarcastic employee spoke condescendingly to me when I addressed inches of water in bed of truck- warning it was going to be raining later anyway - implying existing water not a big deal. Cab of truck had overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. They did spray it down but frankly that made it worse. Way overpriced! Advertised truck rental for $19.95. Sure enough, but had it less than 4 hours, drove it 32 miles and refueled it with 4 gallons of gas. Total cost, $75.00.

First off, I'd like to thank Rand, for being such a huge help w everything. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me w a lock situation on my storage. Also, when I had to drop the trailer off w the truck, I still had my car on the trailer. And I guess it's against store policy to unload your car off the trailer on store property. But Rand made an exception and had some of the helpful staff help me unload my car safely and got me out of there quickly. Helped me save Lot of time. I'd def recommend this location to anyone. The manager was extremely rude. Was very short with me when I asked if I drove more miles, if I'd get a better deal. Apparently I misunderstood how he explained it, and was overcharged because I was trying to hit 100 miles a day for 2 days so that I could get the lower rate. He could care less that I obviously misunderstood how he explained it. I also extended the rental for an extra day because I wasn't done moving my things. I got a migraine on the second day, and I told him I would have it back within a few hours after it was due. He left me a nasty message, saying that he was looking for a reason to not report the car stolen. I was throwing up with a migraine, and couldn't answer the phone. I've rented here several times before, and have never dealt with such a complete unprofessional ASSHOLE. He treated me like a criminal and answered sarcastically. I'm not into complaining, but this guy has no customer service skills whatsoever. I won't be renting there again

When no one arrived by 9:15, I called and was informed my pick up had been moved to another facility. Hi there, so this was my first time renting a U-Haul and I had, unfortunately, a bad experience. I booked a 10' truck reservation online at a U-Haul location near my house, West Coast Storage in Costa Mesa. I walked a little over a mile to get there, and when I arrive, the woman informed me that the truck had been double-booked and I would have to go to a different location to get my truck. The new location was over 2 miles away and I was on foot! I'm pretty easy-going, and I didn't make a fuss, but I was bummed that there wasn't even a "sorry" or "U-Haul will make this up to you." I mean, I trusted that a famous brand like U-Haul would honor your reservation. I was sad that my first experience proved differently. Other than that check-in debacle, everything else was fine. I will only rent U-Hauls from the 2680 Newport Blvd location now.

I rated the location above average and not excellent because the numerous day laborers near the entrance. When I arrived to pick up my trailer there was numerous day laborers at the sidewalk and the driveway entrance moving about as I attempted to drive in. I thought I was going to hit one of them inadvertently as I drove in. It was the same scene when I returned my trailer. Uhaul employees told me the day laborers also drink alcohol while waiting and leave trash in the area. The way they jump around when patrons arrive is a serious safety hazard. So much that I don't believe I will rent from this location in the future.

You need to think about how one needs to move. The price is misleading. 29.99 is awesome. But get stuck with the $1.09 per mile is one of those things that just get you. Plus you still have to pay gas. There is also the insurance part they pressure you into. It all adds up way past 29.99

They gave us the truck with only a 1/4 tank of gas and it smell profoundly like weed. Obviously someone had been smoking in the truck. The smell was overwhelming and both myself and the movers all were disgusted at being trapped in a truck cab full of smoke smell. Unfortunately it rained the whole day so keeping the windows open was nearly impossible. I complained about both the 1/4 tank of gas AND the smoke there at the shop before leaving. They said - sorry, this is what you get. Absolutely NO help and piss-poor customer service. The guy at the counter inside the office who check us in was on the phone the whole time and you could never tell if he was speaking to us or to the person on the phone. Horrible experience all the way around.

The tire maintenance light was on, the passenger door handle on the inside was damaged and loose. While accelerating at certain RPM it would feel like the transmission is slipping or grinding. Overall the vehicle seemed unsafe to drive.

Please be very clear on the return date and expectations when renting the vehicle. I initially signed up for a 2 day rental but was surprised when a representative called to demand the return of the vehicle. I needed it an extra day or two and no firm return date was discussed in the rental process. Upon making arrangements to return that evening (being that the sale rep claimed they had no trucks and multiple reservations), i was shocked to find 7 trucks on the lot.

The staff should have more knowledge of the hitches installed. I inquired about the aesthetics of the hitch and was told only the receiving part of the hitch could be seen after installation. When the job was completed the entire lower bar and receiver part was viewable from behind the car. It looked horrible. I asked for it to be removed and a refund of my money. This location said they would remove the hitch, but would charge me for labor not only for the install, but the removal of the hitch. I completely disagreed, but they said that was their policy - and they were even doing me a favor to take the hitch back. I have rented trucks from this location several times, but will not be back based on the outcome of this transaction. I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a trailer hitch based on improper communication made about their hitch products and their inability to have a "customer first" attitude.

The people were excellent, apart from not pointing out to me that the truck was more likely to leak in the ensuing pouring rain as it had been damaged and duct-taped. I found the note later that I accepted responsibility for the possibility, but it was not mentioned at the time. Lots of things got wet. The service was wonderful, though. Only negative was returning boxes, I payed with a credit card and didn't have my receipt and was told I could only have a store credit. I don't move often so I don't need a store credit at U-Haul. So now I have a stack of unused boxes instead.

Hire more clerks. The wait for service was way too long. Also, try to get rid of those people hanging around in front of the store trying to be hired as moving help. They are very intimidating. In fact, if you repeatedly say "No, thanks," they will even threaten you. Also, if you even start talking at all to them, two or three of them will jump in your truck, all talking at once, and being very demanding. A lot of them are probably "undocumented residents," who it is illegal for me to hire anyway. Then they demand $15.00 per hour, per person. Heck, I only earn $1.00 per hour more than that at my job, and I have to pay taxes out of my pay! To add insult to injury, they demand to be paid from the time they jump in the truck until the time you drop them off, not just for the time they actually work. (I drive to and from my job on my own time; I don't get paid until I start actually working!) Aaaannndd--they also want us to buy them their lunch! On what planet is that right!?!? Those people are very demanding and very disruptive. I even feared that they might get violent if they didn't get their way. I will seek to rent trucks from a dealer that discourages such behavior from now on. I can't handle those guys!

The one-way truck I was provided seemed fine until I had it all loaded and moved it to a parking spot. It was apparent the rear differential was leaking a lot of fluid. When I notified the rental site I was told, with no inspection of the vehicle, that the truck was fine, "These trucks are inspected from front to back." when I brought the truck in later to actually be looked at it was verified that there was indeed a leak and that they would not let me drive my already loaded truck. This was at 6:00 p.m. Roadside assistance was called and I was told I would have to wait for they're attempt to fix. I was not told what would happen if the truck was not fixable. How would I get all my belongings from this truck to another? I was allowed to take the truck to my house to wait for Roadside Assistance (RA). They arrived around 8:00 p.m., tightened the bolts on the differential which were determined to be quire loose. Unfortunately that did not stop the leak. RA had me drive the truck 15 minutes to Garden Grove to their shop. Would be another two hour to disassemble, apply new gasket and dry to then see if leaking stopped. Was called at approx. 10:30 and told it was fixed and I could come pick it up - first good news of a long day. Can't imagine what might have happened if I listened to the first person and just attempted to drive the next day over 400 miles to Nevada. Stuck out on Hwy 395 doesn't seem fun.

Limited parking can be a bit of a problem but I don' t see how you can remedy this given the size of the lot. The staff at this facility was exceptionally helpful and professional at all times, despite having to deal with a "difficult" customer that was just ahead of me. I must say that the "difficult" customer was being completely unreasonable but the staff maintained their composure during the entire encounter and appropriately handled the situation. The other staff members outside who helped me load my vehicle onto the trailer were also patient and very helpful with this process.

Everyone at the store was amazing. I think it was Laura who helped us book everything when our truck was in the wrong county and she was a pleasure to work with. Even when we needed the truck an extra few day, it wasn't an issue and she was able to help us out, even remembered why we had the truck for so long and was so happy for us when we returned it!! There was miscommunication that i was doing a one way rental. The guy rang me up for an in town rental. Charged me about $30 and I didn't know better. First time renting a trailer. When I got to my destination to return they wanted to charge me an additional $350. Would not have even rented a U-haul if i knew that much - would have just made two separate trips. Pablo lied to the GM at the costa mesa store and told him stuff that didn't happen. The GM (Jim) at costa mesa store was really nice and professional. Pablo was horrible and would never rent from his store again. Will probably never rent a U-Haul ever again anyways since I was ripped off. Will take my business elsewhere. Bad overall experience and horrible since first time customer.

I received multiple calls for the truck to be returned today (9/30/2016), my new storage unit unfortunately didn't open until 9am, the truck was full with all my belongings. I advised I would need to rent the truck for another day but can return around 1pm on (9/30/2016). After explaining this the uhaul employee, she was very upset and said there's a person waiting for the truck, she needed me to return immediately since a new customer needed to rent the truck. So am I supposed to return the truck with all my belongings? She even asked me "so what do you want me to tell the new customer". Seems like only new customers are important. Anyway, after a long discussion with the Uhaul employee, she called my phone about 3 times after already speaking - meanwhile I was extremely busy rushing to remove my belongings in order to return the truck, even though I was now paying for a two day rental. On a good note, returning the truck with fast and easy.

I edited my reservation online about an hour after the initial order. For some reason, it did not go through. This caused a number of problems at check out and return. There may be a problem with the process for editing reservations or the process may require extra steps that lead to incompletion. The attendant also failed to add a day when I requested it after I realized that the online edit had not worked. Perhaps a better or more reliable system for making online edits would cut down on some of the problems that resulted, such as late return and overbooked facilities.

When I went to pick up my trailer, I was informed that I needed a 4 prong adapter for the lights. This type of connection is very outdated and most people don't have them on their vehicles. Nowhere in the documentation did it say to bring an adapter of this type and I know the reason: UHaul does a good business of selling you one at the store for an inflated price. I thought this was a very underhanded way of doing business. Since it was a day rental, the store could have offered me use of one, instead of selling me one. Caveat Emptor

I made two reservations from this facility, a 17 foot U-haul and later a tow dolly. I picked up the U-haul in the morning with no problems. Later in the day I drove my pick-up there to pick up the tow dolly. It wasn't there and I ended up having to travel to Garden Grove to pick it up. It was very frustrating given we had to travel so far to get what we had ordered at the Costa Mesa store. The guys in Garden Grove were very helpful as was the guy who helped us in Costa Mesa. The person who called for the confirmation should have made it clear that the pick up point was different from the Costa Mesa rental point. My reservation confirmation shows Pick Up in Costa Mesa. The tow dolly incident was very frustrating and time consuming considering our impending 1000 mile move.

I had previously reserved a truck at A Plus Storage down the street..... But when I arrived they were closed even though my pick up was confirmed. I left a message while I stood outside waiting and finally got a call back about 6 hours later. Thank goodness I was able to get the truck I needed from the above-mentioned location.

The shocks on that truck were shot. I have driven that size truck before and did not remember that I got bounced around so much! They gave me the truck with an empty tank of gas. I was told if I brought it back with a 1/4 tank that I would receive a credit. Don't know if I got the credit. Other than that the truck was clean and did the job!

The GM, Tim, was a rude a-hole that waited until 7:01a to open the doors despite his staff being on site and ready to operate like i was at 6:45a. When I pulled on the door promptly at 7a, when he answered the door he was dickish enough to say to me, "we open when we open." Compared to the prior weekend when I rented a uhaul truck from your Huntington Beach (beach blvd.) location, the GM there graciously opened early to assist me at 6:45a because he apparently gets it, unlike Tim in Costa Mesa.

Lower price per mile. I would not hesitate to rent a Uhaul more often as a second car when needed due to convenience to where I live around the corner, but mileage charge very high.

I have a on time guarantee, and they told me no vehicles available when I checked ( told me overbooked). I changed serval locations with their guidance to get the right vehicle after 40 mins with my gurantee time, I need the 50 dollars credit statement and I am not satisfied with this experience !

I don't know if there's anything you can do about it, but I didn't appreciate all the day laborers hanging out on both the entrance and exit to your store, waving me and then my husband to hire them. They yelled 3 times asking to be hired even after I politely told them no thank you.

I've been coming to this location for my moves for about 20 years. It keeps getting better... But, the Appliance dolly used to have bars on the right and left about 8 inches below the top of the handle. These bars are gone. These bars were really helpful in a move. Imagine moving a fridge by yourself, you need a straight bar to get a good grip. I'd fix the new Dollys to be like the old.

They were very busy and got the trailer from another location. They did not precheck it as it had animal poop in it, smelled very bad. It had to be cleaned before we would take possession of it - which they did and were very apologetic about it. Not their fault but it should have been inspected before pickup.
