I only used the trailer for one day but I paid for two without refund and I was charged an after-hours fee which no one informed of beforehand. I either should have paid the two-day rate and not been charged an after-hours fee or I should have been charged one day and the fee, or just one day without the fee.

Make sure there's not a lock box on the uhaul from the previous owner and streamline the mobile check in process. The staff at this location however was very kind and helpful with these issues.

Poor company policy. Too invasive to rent a trailer they need my I'd, my photo (dont forget it's on the I'd already), a contact phone number of someone else I know, for what they said was an emergency?? Who's emergency? This is quite stupid.

I had a bent ramp on my auto transport. Disputed and took a picture for my pre inspection. It was difficult to pull out. Notified the employee when dropped off.

The price was inflated. When we asked how much the invoice was, she said $5000.00 that was $1500 more than originally quoted. Since I had laborers ( hired through haul) coming to our house in 45 minutes, I said ok. When I went to put my credit card in, it said $5895! I asked what that was and she said”I guess I read it wrong!” I was supposed to get a truck in Lake Forest. I got a call from Fullerton saying to pick it up in Costa Mesa. After making the 25=mile round trip, the original store called and asked why I hadn't picked up the truck. I told him the story and about the increase in cost.

The van had horrible suspension and or shocks and I felt unsafe at everyone bounce that wouldn't stop. The staff was terrible to say the least. Implementing new procedures and protocols with zero explanation after I filled out everything online appropriately, uploaded my drivers license, read and signed all the waivers etc. when I put down my alternative contact information, they made me verify it and called my wife to ensure that I was telling the truth. After uploading my drivers license online, the manager took a photo of me with no explanation of why he was doing it. according to my records I have written with you guys for the past 20 years, and I will never rent there again. Over the years I've had to deal with the revolving door of management and employees, but today I will not make any further exceptions. 0 out of 10!!

The lady who took care of me, was not only rude, aggressive, unprofessional, we had some discussions about the policy and on top of that , she called the 800 number to complain " That my trailer was blocking several cars when I was on the road" Vendictive person. I will NEVER go back there.

Made a reservation Saturday 11/13 arrived to the location and then there was no vehicle available... Rented a van today and it took 30+ mins to get keys and depart after I already checked in and did everything online beforehand. Was charged for 2 gallons of gas after driving only 12 total miles and adding a gallon and half of gas right before returning van. Crappy location and service

The only issue I had, which was eventually resolved, was with the final credit card payment. When I first got the truck, a credit 'hold' was created for 39 dollars and change. When I returned the truck, the computer said the charge was declined, even though it was for 33 dollars and change. I don't know how long it took to resolve since John told me I could go home and they'd take care of it.

Customer service was great when I picked up the truck. Unfortunately the truck passenger door was dented, so it made a whistling sound when I drove the truck, and it sounded like a window was open when it was not. The light switch was broken, so I couldn't figure out how to turn up the lights on my dashboard for my whole drive home. And it also made it hard to know if my lights were actually on or not since the handle came off everytime you pull the switch. Dropping off the truck, the man who helped me was extremely rude. He was giving me dirty looks and shaking his head at me that I didn't go to the truck return section. My last two visits at this location, I was told to drop it off in front of the door because that section was backed up or blocked off, so I did what I knew and the worker definitely expressed his feelings towards that. Also, I tried to tell him my experience with the truck and all he said was that he saw the light switch was broken and then ignored my other comments. Normally you guys are great, but this visit was not that same experience

Amazing service. I messed up and rented the wrong truck on my part. They quickly helped me and got me the truck I needed, which was a 15' truck. I needed it because it has a ramp. So I'm so thankful for her service and being able to accommodate me. I can't stress this enough! Thank you 😊👍

I really couldn't say I know Company's shouldn't be satisfied and I wasn't there critiquing Uhaul..I do know the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by a least three different staff members 5 start treatment. Best location by far when needed I'll definitely be back.

As part of the check in process, this location REQUIRED a call to another person to verify they know me. I have a valid drivers license, a Gold Amex and past history of renting from Uhaul. If I had known this process was in place, I would have cancelled a booked elsewhere. There are lots of alternatives now to Uhaul and this experience will lead me to leave

What good is pre check in when you still have to wait a half an hour to get your rental? Next time I will not pre check and see how long it takes..... I'm guessing the same amount of time.

Not only was the van reserved not available, but after returning the truck I was charged more than the .79 cents a mile quoted !! When questioned the gal went into some repetitive speech as if she had no recourse and was zero help. I am mad !! Uhaul has just lost my business as this business partner doesn't appreciate the underhanded business practice shown yesterday !!!!

terrible check in experience, every truck was blocking customer parking, always hidden fees at the end (even though I estimated mileage properly) and I accidentally put more gas in the tank than needed and wasn't reimbursed (but of course would be charged $7/gallon if I underfilled). Could not be any unhappier, would have used ANYONE else if UHaul wasn't the only game in town.

Was given the rental on complete empty. It had less than 10 miles left before it ran out of gas which gave me just enough time to find the nearest gas station, which is a huge inconvenience as I then had to make a stop while movers were waiting at my house. At the end of the day, it took me about 30 minutes to check out because the customer service was so slow!

The gas gauge was filled to just above 1/4 tank but the desk agent said it was filled to just below 1/2. Shame on me for not taking a picture to prive the gas in the tank was leas than what was told to me… but I was never told to check everything either! I was not directed to the app either, everything was manual and I took the wors of the desk agent. So when I filled it up exactly where it was when i left, The checkout agent said i owed another $15. I don't know how that could be possible because I already spent $25 putting 6 gallons in. I only went 60 miles, even if those trucks only get 10mpg that means i used only 6 gallons. No way on earth i should have been charged another $15. Very disappointing.
