We recieved the keys for a truck that was not our intended truck. In the truck that we got the keys for there were some tools in the back with an empty Coke 2 liter and some Christmas ornaments. I’m assuming because this truck wasn’t intended for use this day. Just wanted to document that these things were here before we got the keys.
PAIGE EI tried to get an early pickup and both the website and the app were down and I was unable to pick up my vehicle. An hour later and many phone calls and attempts were fruitless. When the unapologetic staff arrived they eventually got me a vehicle.
robert cQuick and friendly service. Hooked my vehicle to the trailer and got us on the road. Return was similarly smooth.
JOEL RExcellent. Good staff. Nice, easy and fast. Both check in and check out were easy and smooth.
PATRICK KI was charged $14.85 for fuel after driving only 9 miles. This is absurd.

TESSA NYou have the option of self checkout, but the attendant was very helpful when I got stuck in the process. It went pretty smoothly. I recommend the location on Newport Blvd 👍
Claudia Cclean, spacious and open lot. dropped the keys off and didn’t even go inside (why i put they weren’t helpful—bc i didn’t need any help). a few guys were hanging around outside waiting for jobs (not u-haul employees) and i was walking home so leaving the lot made me feel a bit nervous but besides that everything was simple and seamless.

Matthew WDidn't like that myself and other customers showed up at the drop-off time and the office doors were already closed and locked, workers were still inside the building, yet they were not willing to help customers know what to do, and where and how to return their equipment. Had to walk around the premises just to find a barcode to scan and return the equipment via phone. Such a waste of time that could have been avoided if U-Haul was clearer on the return instructions at the drop-off site.

TRISHA AEasy Check in and return. I went to the wrong location for truck check in , but the service attendant cancelled the original request and created a new reservation at the site I was at. Easy.

DAVID RI was accused of and charged for damage that was not caused by me even after viewing video that clearly showed evidence of the damage already being present as I left the u-haul location. Extremely disappointed!

REGINALD LBeen to this location multiple times, it always takes much longer to get through the rental process here for some reason. Where my van was parked the van itself along with the floor and walls were covered in urine from the laborers that hangout there.

STEVEN DThe return was disappointing and frustrating. I was told i can return before 9pm but it was closed and got no help so leaving the key in the night box was very difficult to understand even when scanning qr code for the app. It does not show how to finalize return.
MARCELO ROriginally I was booked at the campus location but when I got there they told me they had to rearrange the pick up at another location not too far. That’s fine. I picked up the truck ( little dirty in the front seats ) and then after 5 minutes driving , the gas was low It supposed to be fuller than that. Oh well. I drove around $30 miles. Put $25 to cover the gas and when I received the bill instead of $80 they charged me $140. Wtf? $60 dollar for gas when I put a $25 to cover 30 miles. Very bad experience. Last week I rented it at the campus location and they were very honest and professional.
