I was told by 2 people that the van would get my couch, futon, queen mattress, and box spring in the van. We had to leave the box spring which is less than 6 years old there. So now I have to buy a new one plus paid for a uhaul that didn't do the job. Otherwise it was immaculate and drove well.

I really don't have a complaint or suggestion. Both times we went to this location we had great experiences. Chia managed my contract and he was great! He went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs.

Due to availability, the pickup location changed but I don't recall getting a hey it's ok we still have a truck, the pickup location has just changed type message. This then prompted me to call in to verify. Cruise would be a good standard option (unless there is a towing/hauling reason against it). I did a one way move and for the safety of myself and the others around me it would have been nice to be able to set the cruise to a consistent speed, not to mention very convenient. I rented a 15 footer that also kicked out a large amount of heat on my right leg making the cruise more of a desire. With full floor vent or AC on nothing seemed to alleviate the heat it was almost like it was coming from the engine compartment so may just be a Ford thing. Other then that the truck handled great all things considered and was able to move at a decent speed which helped on busy highways.

One bad experience.....when former Manager, Luke, left, my payment was totally mishandled, endangering my credit through no fault of my own. It was very stressful!

The order for my hitch installation was delayed by more than 2 weeks. I made the order 1 month prior to the service. However, when the order was finally arrived, the work was done well. I also appreciated calling me and doing the installation as soon as the hitch order was received.

we did have an issue when returning to equipment. Did not get a receipt and was called later that evening asking us when we plan to return it. Hope this was a isolated incident.

I had to wait for a while as a driver was trying to deliver a shipment the personnel said there was no one to take it. I asked him to come out and inspect the truck. He just told me to give him the keys and all was good. I then receive an electronic receipt telling me they charged me $23 for gas. He told me I went over on miles. I told him I didn't. He looked at my receipt and the said the gas gauge was at an 1/8. I again told him that it wasn't. It was between a quarter and an eighth. I tried to explain that I drove 80 miles and put in ten gallons of gas. When I picked it up they told me it gets around 10 miles per gallon. I tried to explain this to him as well add that it was at a quarter when I left my house this morning, which is three miles away. And of course his response was, "That's not what I saw". Never will I go back to this place. That is why personnel inspects the vehicle immediately when returned. SURPRISE! Once toy leave they can decide to charge you for anything and there is nothing you can do. Shitty Practice!

My paperwork said to pick up the trailer here but I was redirected to another location I could not find. I came back and we modified the reservation so I could pick up my trailer at this location. I wasted 45 minutes trying to pick up the rental.

Dropped off trailer and took over 30 mins- guy told me trailer doesn't belong here- showed contract - still questioned it - told him i had to go to work but i couldn't leave. and still took another 15 mins

Rates quoted for same trip same equipment 3 separate times and was given 3 different rates. Returned vehicle and drop box slot wasnt big enough for key fob, and the website wouldnt accept my check in. Was told how much trailer rental would be and and when i got the trailer at different location was charged considerably more and it took 2 hours because system issues and rude phone reps. Im extremely unhappy with the service at both locations and feel that i should be refunded at least some money

Even though I completed the pre arrival check in online, I still waited 30 minutes for someone to assist me. There was only one person who could hook up the trailer to my tow vehicle and he was busy assisting a customer who had problems with the light hookup on his vehicle. When I returned the trailer, I pulled into the designated area as directed by the signs. I then was asked to back the trailer up and into a very narrow space between 2 other trailers. The last time I rented a trailer like this, I did not have to do this.

Could have used a quick walk thru on cargo van. didn't know where gas tank was. Tucked inside the driver door panel. Also the Manual-Automatic shift. Figured that out on my own. First time working a transmission like that.

Truck broke down after one load, put 2 miles on. We had to wait over an hour to get fixed, and I was still expected to have the truck back on time and was given no discount of any kind.

I have been waiting to be contacted by the manager at the store I rented the UHaul from. I had requested a 17 ft truck and was then told when I arrived at the store that there really aren’t 17 ft trucks anymore. As I had expected to receive that, the service rep upgraded me to a larger truck for the same price. However, when I moved it had holes in the roof which caused damage to many of my expensive items. I still have not heard back from the store and am ready to file a suit unless I am contacted to resolve this matter

The cashier took a personal phone call on speaker phone and gave me the keys and said it's on the side. He never came out to do a walk around and for that I was very nervous. The truck was a great truck but the service at this location could have been way better.

My 2 boxes were sent to 2 different locations. I had nothing but grief from the Brooksville site manager. Bad experience.

I attempted to rent a trailer over the weekend. I was told I needed a different size ball for my hitch. The employee stated “ I am not certified to use the tools and cannot change the ball”. Even though the sign outside said WE INSTALL HITCHES. To make a long story short .... I ended making three trips to the U-Haul place, buying and returning a ball for a hitch I could not use... and ultimately had to borrow a truck from a friend to be able to use the rented trailer. Because of this nightmare, I did not get started moving until noon (instead of 8:00 am) and had to return the trailer after hours. There was no place to park it, no instructions and I could not get the trailer off the hitch. After 30 minutes and using a jack, I finally got it off at 11:30 pm.. I had even called U-Haul to get instructions . I was told that return instructions were “on the door and to remember to leave the key in the box”. Key?? This was a pull behind trailer. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had!!!

We picked up our 26' truck that we rented at 6:00am on February 25th, which was after hours. We purchased $20 worth of furniture pads and put $10 towards a dolly rental. We never received the dolly or any of the furniture pads. I called on April 26th about this, to get reimbursed for the products we never received and was told a manager would get back to me. After not hearing from them for WEEKS, I called again on March 13th. I was told that a claim was processed and that I would be contacted within 72 hours for my funds to be reimbursed. I didn't hear back, yet again, and called back for a THIRD time a MONTH LATER on April 11th. I was told that they had NO RECORD of a claim being processed. This woman seemed helpful and put in another claim, again telling me I would be contacted in 72 hours. I'm waiting to see if this actually goes through this time. I will NEVER again use UHaul and will share this experience with others considering using them.

The truck was not swept out when I got it. But my experience at this locations was fine. I did hiwever try to do a rental over the phone. The customer service over the phone was awful. Unfortunately I will be renting again from uhaul thursday and friday. I had already made arrangements ahead of time. Or for sure would have went with another company based off my phone experience

I would like to be able to adjust the mirrors on the truck they do not move because of the set screw you would need a allen wrench to loosen the mirrors.

Nothing , I was impressed with my whole experience on both ends of the pick up point to the drop off point . Also making my phone conversation with the individual who helped arranging the rental of the moving truck . And the truck and the rental equipment was well maintained . If there was anything negative would be that to come back with the vehicles fuel would be a full tank to start and a full tank at the return of the truck . Thank you

Took 45 minutes to pickup a truck that I reserved weeks in advance. The truck wasn't available from the location I reserved it at so I was sent to another location adding 20 miles to my end milage. I was told by two people the difference would be removed but it wasn't in the final bill. The representative that got me the truck couldn't figure out the system and kept telling me how out of date the system is. Then, he put a return time off 12am instead of 12pm only giving me 12 hours on what was supposed to be a 24 hour rental so I was charged $117 for a rental that should have been $50. The truck was filthy in the back and the cab so I ended up having to clean someone else's mess so I wouldn't be charged for it. Completely dissatisfied.

Poor equipment my trailer door opened then had to fight to get it closed so moved 4 miles down road with trailer door open for that i could of used my own trailer .... very poor service center and would probably never rent from there again ... when i brought trailer back I told them he said thanks and knew about the issues well if you knew about why rent it
