I had to go and ask one of the attendants for help. They were both helping a good looking young lady put some boxes in her car. I waited about 5 minutes and went out to tehm again and asked for help. Finally got some help.

Brakes were not good. Hard to push extremely hard to get the truck to stop. Very difficult coming down a decline. Otherwise, no problems other than the 900?gallons of gas that I bought. Very helpful employees at both ends.

I was not treated at all professional. When I pulled in with Uhaul and car hauler I was told that I would have to drop off the car trailer at another location, then bring truck back. I told them I was notified via text the night before where to bring both items, and I also called before leaving to verify the location, the person at the Uhaul center just walked away when I told him that and tried slamming the door!! Not professional at all.

Make sure license plate is up to date before renting out. I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get a temporary tag, with no accommodation for my time. When I returned the trailer a day early, there was no credit given back because it was like 23 hours early instead of a full 24, but they should've owed me that hour anyway.

It it not entirely the location's fault. I booked a reservation from Yuma to Phx. The truck was not available in Yuma. So I drove it from Phoenix to Yuma and then back to Phoenix and I was charged for extra miles that the Customer service rep said were free due to the inconvenience of having to drive the truck an extra 237 miles. I do have a problem with this location the attendants and manager were in the store (opens at 7 AM) before at like 630-640 AM. They left me to wait outside. I was told that is UHAUL Policy , which if treating your customer like trash is policy then you nailed it. Very poor experience, but the truck was clean. I would like to be reimbursed for the mileage from yuma back to PHX.

For a prior rental, your computer systems were down and you couldn't rent the truck that I had scheduled. You should have taken my information on paper and put it in the computer after the system was back up. For this current rental, the first truck you assigned to me had a completely flat tire. The service agent was great. He got me a new truck immediately. Was an overall good experience.

Customer service rep, young lady that worked the front desk there was very rude. She through the keys across the table and seemed irritated she had to help me. She didn't really explain the the drop off were I can go to completed that so I would not be charged the $20, I went on line to try to look for it and could not find it. The rep that booked the reservation on line was very helpful and had great customer service.

When dropping off the transport, the staff member unhooked the trailer and said we didn't need to do anything else. After not seeing any closure on my Uhual account the next day, we had to drive back to the Uhaul office to check in the trailer. This was another unnecessary delay to our already tight return schedule. It was very disappointing.

I did rent additional equipment at the Riggs/Arizona location in Chandler, AZ -- I can't recommend them; they have a 'Must wear mask' sign at the entry - and two of the three workers there weren't. Clearly didn't care. Also rented a utility dolly from them, they came out front with an appliance dolly (after they'd charged me and completed the transaction - acted like they were doing me a favor - I didn't need it, and it barely fit in my loaded truck (which I knew was going to happen)

Todd was so busy trying to upsale me to rent a Dolly for $10.50 a day for a one way Uhaul to Sacramento CA when the Dolly was only $12.50 for the four days. Also your store location in Chandler need to work on their customer service experience and stop with the systemic racism picking and choosing which black customer's the want to be friendly to. Listen 👂 fully before you dictate what the customer should be doing. I will never rent or refer someone to this location because of Todd and the rest of your staff

Absolutely terrible and I'll be calling today because I don't understand how my surcharges and all of my charges together equal about $79 yet they charge me $114 we only have the dolly until 4:00 p.m. so now we have to rent again but we will never ever go through you haul again 6 hours is not enough time to move for how much you pay it is absurd the charges and I don't understand how anybody can be able to afford that one trying to move definitely will not use again and highly do not recommend after these charges and extra charges and hidden fees!!!!!!!!!!!

The employee that helped me at check in when I picked up your vehicle was not the most helpful. He failed to tell me that I needed to inspect the vehicle prior to driving off and he seemed genuinely unhappy with his job. He doesn't represent your brand well. I will stay away from this UHaul location and might even pay more at Penske so I wont have to deal with this negativity on such a stressful day.

The truck was perfect and easy to drive from gilbert Az to las vegas. Gas mileage was much better than expected. Seats were very comfortable. The staff in Chandler were very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I was a bit unhappy having to wait for a truck when we had an appointment to pick-up the truck at a certain time. When you are moving, you are likely to be in hustle mode so waiting for about 20+ minutes was kinda a bummer. However, staff was nice and apologetic :)

When I arrived at the downtown Chandler office there was only an hour till close. The staff was outstanding. The assistant manager helped me back into a spot so my wife and I could unload. While unloading time was running out and instead of telling us to wrap things up we are closing the gentleman who check equipment in helped us unload. This type of service was great. Thank you to the entire staff at that location. When needed I will use that location again. Thank you Diana & Mike Bernard

-Need better lighting; area of my unit was pitch black. -Need to be better descriptive online; I didn’t know that the units were actually are the back of the truck ,just laid on the ground. Having unit in a pitch black and the gate being left open due to non-operational is really creepy for me (woman) to be there by myself! So it really depends on the size unit Someone would need if I would recommend this facility and if they’re lighting has not changed on if it’s a woman that needed a unit at the facility! But overall, nice facility and yes during the day I felt safe! I would recommend facility!

Really dont think I was offered the insurance and when i moved my things out the storage my daughters entire bedroom furniture was soaking wait from the leaks inside the unit. Other than that everything else was good. Staff was always pleasant and helpful

This location very nice! However my experience with u- haul has been absolutely awful!! Your call center numbers are use less my stuff was missing for a month with no one that could get in touch. I would not use the u boxes again because of the HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest getting more bodies at your actual location and get rid of the phone so called “ customer service” people. Feel free to contact me. It’s because of the nice man Justin that works at Chandler that I decided to keep my stuff there.

My belongings along with my bank information was stolen from the uhaul because someone came in paid the bill and took everything out of the van without my ID, without me being present !

I was told the first month was free. They still charged me. When I signed up too I asked to be on monthly autodebit. The gentleman said it wasn't an option even though I pointed it out on waver.
