Rented a 5x10 trailer. Was supposed to have moving blankets but didn't realize that they weren't in the trailer till I needed them. Tried calling the shop but was never able to get ahold of anyone. The employees were friendly and helpful. Just wished I could have gotten ahold of someone to tell them I didn't get the moving blankets and was bringing the trailer back late.Colby H.

The guy helping me at U-Haul was kind, friendly, and he was good remembering numbers so I didn’t have to repeat myself. This experience was the worse, the general manager was very rude and disrespect. The whole contract end up being wrong and I was charged for samething that I was not allowed as it was set. First the general manager tells me that I need to return the truck and car door by 5pm same day. Even those I was paying for a full day. He said that the person that did this should have not allowed the reserves for a whole. That the truck are only for in town and return same day. So am paying for 24hrs but I was made to return it the same or not be allowed to take the truck. The quote was more the I was told. So am asking for a refund of part since I was only allowed to us it and return same day. The truck was return by 11am. So I only use the truck and doll for 4hrs. Then I was told they where changing my accts twice for different amounts. This suck for me because I use them often and every qchange because he stated he could do what he want and when he wants. Also stated that the rescheduled people are stupid and don't know the right rules. He is the worse general manager I have ever dealt with. I hope I get half of the money back.INEZ R.

If you can't deliver what was promised then I would expect a discount or something to make up for the inconveniences that were caused. I didn't get a 26 ft truck. Had to a lot further to get a smaller truck No one cared what happened when I did get there. Made me late for a crew I had waiting. More miles to pay for going to another store.Loy D.

Offer free bottles of water when moving or renting a truck. People will appreciate it from you guys... and Provide the dollies when people rent the truck, this should be part of service you are providing when people are renting a truck, it should be part of the service you are offering(moving)... not trying to get more money when people are asking for it. Truck was loosely cleaned. There were bugs on the inside of the door and sticky stuff on the steering wheel. The truck shook uncontrollably if I went about 60. It was the worst 6 hour trip. And the contents suffered as well because of the tremors of the truck. I think the alignment needs to be checked. Unbelievable. The staff at the location was apologetic of the dirtiness of the truck. The u-haul I rented was disgusting, DIRTY, buttons were stuck, knobs were missing on the window roller handle, the windshield was cracked and the seat was so stuck with grossness I was unable to move the seat up to reach the pedals. The lady at the counter marked gas at a higher level than what was really in the tank. The odometer set said I used almost 3 gallons of gas, which is what I replaced it with, and because they marked the paper higher, I had to pay an extra fee. I was less than an 1/8th and they charged me an extra $20. I could have kicked myself for not checking their work but I was in a hurry.RAQUEL A.

Everyone was good except the girl that rented me the truck to move out. She wasn’t very friend. Well rude. I was super nice to her and she wouldn’t make conversation with me but she talked to her co workers and joked with them. I washed her for a big truck and she said she didn’t have one. I found out the next day there were the big trucks. It seemed like she was trying to make my move harder than it needed to be. I had to take 5 trips in the little truck in 122 degree heat. When I arrived at the downtown Chandler office there was only an hour till close. The staff was outstanding. The assistant manager helped me back into a spot so my wife and I could unload. While unloading time was running out and instead of telling us to wrap things up we are closing the gentleman who check equipment in helped us unload. This type of service was great. -Need better lighting; area of my unit was pitch black. -Need to be better descriptive online; I didn’t know that the units were actually are the back of the truck ,just laid on the ground. Having unit in a pitch black and the gate being left open due to non-operational is really creepy for me (woman) to be there by myself!
