This facility has the equipment to get the job done. However make sure to check drop off facility address. I was given the wrong address which caused a lot of confusion. However customer service stepped in and corrected the matter. Thank you customer service!

Have someone at the location up on returning the rental, sometime ppl forgot them important belongings and connot wait till the following day to get it so it would be more than helpful to the customer to have someone there up on returning. For example a customer forget a phone they have no car to go home and they need to get a uber to go home and the phone already lock into the truck how they going to do the get that uber to go home, that’s the reason it would be great that someone is there who have access to the drop off key box so the can open the truck because some of customer just forget that we can’t leave the truck unlock and put the key into the key box.so it would great to have a person there

Allow the customers to relax in an area of refreshing after loading and unloading, and even pay a cheap price for a rest space if needed. Moving customers may need a day or two before being able to enter their new place. Who knows?( new and out of the box thinking), but a real money maker.

I have rented from here numerous times and one time i use the truck for 2 hours I'm being overcharged fuel, provided with an itemized breakdown that doesn't match the total amount and getting transferred form to rep initiating the same conversation all over again. For a repeat customer like myself this is careless and inappropriate, I would not recommend using this location

The guy in the store told me to leave my truck outside the place , l have lot tolls in my truck , l have issue with my tools in the street when o come back to return uhaul truck. CUIDADO CON LOS CARGOS EXTRAS, abusan de tu tarjeta ,aunque lo devuelvas con la gasolina exacta, te van a cobrar por que quieren gasolina extra , me cobraron 20 dolares de gasolina y yo ya le habia puesto 35 dolares, para manejar unas 65 millas en la i80, UNA HORA DE CARRETERA NO CONSUME 55 DOLARES DE GASOLINA... las instrucciones de recogina y entrega del equipo son confusas y poco precisas ,la recogida fue una adivinanza y la app no funcionaba para "tomar las fotos del equipo" y a la hora de entregar el equipo el lugar estaba cerrado y tuve que llamar para reubicar a otro sitio. Lo unico bueno fue el camion que estaba en muy buen estado ,el servicio, logística y ese abuso a la tarjeta de credito fue el problema...

My bed was brand new when I put it in the storage. When we went to empty the storage my bed was damaged. I put insurance on the storage and I would like to know if I will be receiving some type of compensation for the damage done to My bed. I am not sure if the storage was compromised or if there were water leaks in the storage Building. In addition some of well sealed boxes were opened and seems like our things were bitten by rats. I need compesantion. I paid insurance for the storage. The managers are nice people and work with you. But there was a lot of damage done to My things. I need someone to contact me regarding this matter.

I had to verify, so the app is calling my references at 8AM to see if I was legit and also threaten my references if I didn’t return the U haul on time they would be contacted. Also, you can only unload or access my belongings between 7 Am and 7pm so I didn’t really have time to save all my belongings when moving. All around terrible experience I would never recommend to anyone

The staff explained the process since its my first time storing my personal items. Everything went as indicated and I really enjoyed this location and the features offered. I enjoy the safety code to access the building when I need to go in. I truly recommend this to anyone I know. It asked me which size I wanted. I picked the one for a 2 bedroom apartment. My things barely fit that I almost had to move twice! The employees were very nice and efficent though....

The storeage unit itself was excellent. The rental of the truck wasn't so much. To drive an hour to do a pickup was wrong on so many l levels . When there are so many u-haul businesses between Paterson and Hamburg,Nj for 26'and than drive to north Bergen to pickup the 6x12 . This could ha been better . We were moving and I reserved them a month in advance.

I was treated very badly and I was robbed off by some of the Office staff on the payment charges they placed on me. I was charged for their mistakes and I want all my money to be refunded back to my account. I wish I could sit on one on one with the rightful owner of that particular branch ( 426-440 Grand Street ) and narrate my ill filthy treatment I went through. My experience there was devastating.

I Opened The Storage On The 28TH Of The Month. The Manager OR Whomever Changed The Date From The 28TH To The 5Th Of The Month WITHOUT NOTICE. Then She CHARGED Me Late Fees Every Month. She Also Changed The Amount Of TIME I Had The Storage. According To THEM, I Had The Storage In (2020). I Spoke To Them Several Times About The Matter But No One Cares To Address The Situation. I Can Only Imagine How Many CUSTOMERS/ CLIENTS They HAVE RIPPED OFF Doing Their Dirty TRICK. I See Them As THIVES And SCAMMERS. And I AM Positively Sure That Other CLIENTS, FAMILIES, And FRIENDS WHO WAS RIPPED OFF Feel THe Same Way TOO As I Do.

Besides the Price being so high... And the staff that was there from 12/2019. To about 3/2021. Witch was more like thug Clowns ..... everything else was great!!! The Staff now are alot more Professional Caring and always there to help with any questions... NEXT THING IS... when you Move out what ever days or Weeks or week Balance you Have they Steal from you And no Refund on the days you Dont use...that's not cool at all👎👎👎 But the WORST if my whole Experience there was theres NOT 1 TIME that I've ever Called and Anyone Actually Ever Picked up a Phone it will ring For Ever .. .. I would always have to go in myself to the office otherwise NO ONE EVER PICKED UP A CALL OUT OF THE MAY E 30 40 TIMES IVE CALLED IN OVER A YEAR .....

The first night I came in to load my stuff in from the truck but the office was close and no one answered the phone number listed. I was frustrated and could not get the truck out of the driveway so I left it. The next morning I got there and the GM aided me along the move in process and explained everything. She came to check on me twice to ensure that everything was going well. She was kind and very helpful.

No elevator had to carry everything up two flights of stairs, exhausting. Lighting is terrible. Too long to turn on while walking to unit. Tripped and fell on a 🛒 cart left in the dark in hallway.
