To be real that’s the best staff and customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve had some things happen up there like me losing my keys to missing a payment and they helped out each time like calling me making sure I knew I was late to making sure I had the resources to get my lock off. Line was never too long they got people in and out it’s always clean man I could keep typing but just know they have a great thing going up there and I hate writing reviews good or bad but I had to stop and write something.

AFTAN L. | Overall ExperienceI checked in online to avoid having to wait in a line, then was told "Go inside to get your keys" where I had to wait 30 minutes. Once I got the keys and the van was brought around, there was a ton of damage to the van that was not marked on the check-in documents so I had to spend another 10-15 minutes documenting all of that. The van's blinker was burnt out which is a fairly large safety issue and I was told "It'll be okay" when I brought it up. On top of this, the 30 minutes I was waiting in line was counting towards my 4 hour rental time and was not credited back to me in any way.
Alexander C.I returned the vehicle following the steps and was told to come the next day to get my cash refund back and I made it here but they say they closed the drawer returned the next day and was told it was mailed off got the receipt and it was to the wrong address not the address on my drivers license was told it would be fixed hopefully it happens quickly

Cinetrea G.The only issue I had was that I had paid for a utility dolly. The truck did not come with a ramp. I didn't realize it until I made it to my destination. It would've been nice to know that, if someone would have explained that to me before leaving. Or at at least paid attention to the fact that I had a dolly to give me a truck with a ramp. Other than that I had no issues. The customer service was excellent with no long wait. Thanks!

Kevin B.During Covid my card on file was charged because your staff put in the wrong unit number and I had to wait days for a reimbursement the day I was released from the hospital and couldn't afford to get my medicine the manager showed no empathy, find a better system when charging credit cards on file. Left a very bad sour taste in my mouth and I doubt I will use your company again

William G.What's the point of making the reservation online two weeks in advance until it's the day of pickup later to be told that the equipment you had requested for your move, i.e., furniture dolly and a regular dolly, isn't available? Still, you can purchase these furniture straps for $40 +, which is unacceptable.

Never once had an issue with any of my equipment. Never left a bill unpaid. And never damaged anything. One time I tried to sign my mother up as a driver. Apparently she had an issue with y'all about a decade ago. And now. Every single time I try to rent from you. I get popped up with an “e-alertâ€. I have to clear it every single time. They always tell me it won't come back. But it does. It is the most inconvenient thing I've ever had to deal with as I rent your trailers frequently. If it's not my debt. Remove my attachment to it. I'm very close to saying fuck this company and never renting from you again.
Christian T.The trailer was missing a jack to lift and lower it. They had to bring out a floor jack to connect and disconnect it to the hitch. I wasted a lot of gas hauling an empty trailer as I drove around town. Plus finding parking at each stop.

Rebekah V.I ordered my truck from the NRH location and was notified 10 mins before pickup that a change was made and so I went to the desk. The NRH employee told me they did not have any trucks And I was moved to the Fort Worth location about 10 mins away. This was an inconvenience on multiple levels. It was further away which costed me time, but it also costed me $$$ on mileage. The NRH employee offered me nothing to make it right. Obviously I needed a truck though, as moving is planned, so I headed to Fort Worth. The FTW location appeared to be rundown, but I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They informed me they didn't have a 10†truck either. Fortunately, the staff at Fort Worth did car about the customer. They gave me a a 15†truck for the price of a 10†and a $15 dollar fuel credit.

I tried checking in and had to retake pictures of myself and my license multiple times. Also after doing the mobile check in, I was not emailed any documentation (estimate for the day, mileage in the vehicle, gas tank, etc.) Mobile check in needs to get the issues fixed before offering it as an alternative check in.

Charles W.I rented from Uhaul for fourteen years. Three years later I'm back renting This is my second time renting a storage from UhauI. I have one complaint the elevators were not working. I couldn't rent until November because the elevators were down. When I brought boxes to put in the storage in early part of January the elevator was down. I just decided to go somewhere else because if I can't access my storage because the elevator is always down. I had to walk up the stairs with my cane to retrieve my lock.

Unfortunately, for me I didn't notice it until after I'd started the vehicle, after the checkout list had been signed off. However, it was returned @ the .5full tank as required by my rental agreement. All that to say, make sure your vehicles are throughly inspected after use. Thank you

If a customer returns the equipment the next day, please do not charge a customer an additional five days to their bill. It's very inconvenient and stressful to try to get a refund back. I honestly feel like I should've gotten fully refunded for the inconvenience. Not professional at all. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. Sorry but it's very disappointing to have experienced what I had to go through.

Upon acceleration, the truck began to shake as if it was falling apart. Some of my items were slightly damaged from the vibrations knocking things over. The outside of the vehicle was scratched up and dented everywhere. It is time to invest in some replacement vehicles. But again, the staff... A+

He was a professional manager who was also knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to assist inside the office, inside the units, as well as driving rental vehicles up to customers. Chastity was also an incredible employee who was equally knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure she provided answers to your questions, assisted when locks were difficult to open, and overall made doing business at this location a pleasant experience. The only issue is that the elevator seemed to be inoperable most times, which is an inconvenience. Efforts should be made to either replace the elevator or add another one because using stairs to move furniture is a hassle.

My item did not fit in the hallways getting to the unit they gave me so I decided to cancel my account. The front desk did it but then a month later I was charged $170 for a storage unit I had never even opened. I tried multiple times to get ahold of them but nothing worked. I finally got it canceled and had to ask for a confirmation email to make sure they actually did it. It just seemed like their employees weren’t very capable.
