Daniel and the team over there always take good care of me. I drive past many to get to this store.
KENNETH CEverything was until I brought back a dolly and the man snatched it from me and said "You didn't get it from the inside when you picked it up did you", "it belongs outside". He was so unprofessional and really pissed me off. No one with any sense would leave a dolly outside with no proof that it was brought back. He need to do better. Also, the inside of the truck was not clean and felt nasty.

WILLIAM CThe key to unlock the lock and lock the back of the box on the truck does not work. They need to get a new lock or get the gate fixed. I tried for 15 minutes to get that to unlock so I can lock the box up. I never use the hand cart ordered we ever use any of the blankets, but I could not lock the box up cause the key did not work. Everything else was great.
DANNY DThis location does not keep accurate information about their trucks. We rented a truck and had it for roughly an hour and only went 7.2 miles. Once it was returned we were told to just leave the keys and they would email the receipt. Once we received the receipt, we realize that they had charged us for driving 32 miles and they had also charged us for 2.5 gallons in gas. When calling customer service to try to get this fixed, I was told that the general manager would be giving me a call. The general manager did not reach out to me. He simply sent me an email that says that the odometer shows we drove 32 miles and nothing else was going to be done. I believe the information that they have was incorrect and there is no way that we drove that amount. We were overcharged by more than $40.Dollars for incorrect information and no one is willing to try to settle this.

Angela JThe guys that loaded the truck need to have taken a short training class on how to pack a truck. IE: heavier boxes on bottom , lighter boxes on top, pack in a manner as not to leave large open voids, fill spaces , fill overhead space over cab of truck nicely solid with boxes, use two down straps provided to secure load , this would help the loaders pack the truck fuller more efficiently and get all of the customers load loaded. Not all items have to imeadeatly have to go on the truck when carried out of the house if it doesn’t really fit properly. It can be set off to the side and loaded when a proper size spot for it opens up. Just a suggestion because not all people have the skill automatically. Simple training class . Our guys were very nice one knew what he was doing one did not. Uhaul itself was very knowledgeable, quick at their job and offered well appreciated instructions for the return of the truck. Will continue to use them.

STEPHEN LWhen a customer returns a vehicle with less than a full tank make sure that you fill the tank for the next customer (me). When I take a cargo van out with 3/8 of a tank of gas it's difficult to return it with exactly 3/8 of a tank. It adds stressful.

Jason DWhile the location isn't exactly inviting or pristine, the staff there are always very helpful and professional. In particular, Walter has checked in my rentals on multiple occasions, and he is always very quick, cheerful, professional and helpful. Walter really makes me feel valued as a customer. I just wish they could find a larger, newer facility in a better neighborhood.

BRADEN RMy trailer had quite a bit of straw/hay from a prior renter. The renter or the U-Haul store should have cleaned the trailer better before renting it out again. I had to use an air compressor to blow out the straw to clean the unit.

debbie lThe truck was only driven less than 20 miles. It was given to me with gas hand showing right above 1/4 of a tank mark. After the 20 miles, the gas hand did not even move. They tried to charge me $17 for gas because I didn't fill it up. I complained and it was lowered to $10.80. I should not have had to pay anything for gas. UHaul did not fill it up before it was given to me. The gas hand did not move. They got it back exactly as it was given to me. This was wrong!!

HERBERT NThe store hours staed opening at 0700 yet it was closer to 0800 when actually opening with no apology or reason for the delay. This didn't directly affect me but the customer ahead of me. The owner did have a bit of an attitude although he did change it once he realized I wasn't going to allow it. Perhaps he was having a bad day!

DOUGLAS DAfter hour drop off was extremely easy; the only problem was trying to get the app to check my trailer in which had nothing to do with the location itself after hours.
FLOYD MI've used this location at least twice in the past; making this my 3rd use. This was my last time using. I came into contact with 4 men during this experience. All but one were very rude, rushed, and not helpful. One man, whom worked the cash register both at my pickup and drop-off, was the rudest and reason behind my decision to not utilize this location again; didn't seem like he wanted to help or even talk to me. The man who received the truck and cleaned it out rushed me, yet came inside the store to "watch" over my conversation with the man at the cash register. I don't know if it's because of the way I was dressed, I'm a woman, or that I'm black; either way I was made to feel like I was terribly inconveniencing them with my questions. Needless to say, they don't have to worry about me inconveniencing them or asking them any other questions EVER AGAIN!

GARY LNot only did the person helping upsell me and make me get a truck even though I had a truck that was rated to pull the trailer that I got, but he was also extremely rude very impatient and absolutely terrible. I will never do business with U-Haul ever again, I would rather put stuff in a cart and walk it 20 miles before I ever get a U-Haul
Paula DExplain your process to new customers or customers who haven't rented recently as you go through the steps. If a separate device is needed for id verification, explain as you begin to process otherwise having someone whip out a cell phone to take pics of an id feels suspect. That said, the service was awesome and I would definitely recommend this location.

DIXIE B | Overall ExperienceThe facility was secure and the hallway to the storage locker was well lit with the light coming on with the timer. Most importantly, there was no light inside the storage shed. This was a problem as it was very little light, especially when the sun went down. I would periodically have to walk outside into the hallway to get the timed-out light to turn back on. There should be a ceiling light in each individual storage shed.

Due every 29th. I couldn't move out until Sunday the 30th because of our work schedule. Paying the prorated amount would have been better than paying for a rental that I wouldn't need. Please address this issue. By the way the move out date is wrong on this email.
