Robin A.They only had 1 person working on a busy Saturday morning. When asked, the person said it was always super busy this time of year. Please bring on additional staff, there was a line of 8 people waiting to pick up vehicles and the 1 worker kept having to leave the office to do the initial vehicle walk-around. It was totally inefficient and not a good situation.

I was still there 2 hours to pick up a trailer. It is a small office and hard to say if it was understaffed due to the IT issues. She said it happens every weekend. Seems more a corporate issue than anything.
Mark H.I was promised a truck for 8am and hired movers through uhaul to help load the truck. The movers/help showed up on time at 9am but my truck was rescheduled for 10am. I did not get back to the house until 11:30am so the movers did not get to load until that time. The movers still charged me from 9am. When I showed up at 10am to pick up my uhaul truck, they issued me a truck with no A/C. I had to swap it out for a different one which was very time consuming. This was the worst experience to say the least.
tou L.The personnel were very accommodating. However, the interior of the cab was filthy with broken a broken sunshade that fell into my lap when we started up. The "TEN" truck we rented drove nicely to our destination and back to the rental place.

David M.My experience was TERRIBLE - I had a 1st reservation at a different location and when I got there, the truck was dead. Their agent didn't have any other trucks so she booked me a truck at this McDonald St location. The online check-in process is ridiculous - why in the world would you think it's reasonable to ask people to list friends and coworkers/bosses so that you can call and verify them? That's super awkward for everyone involved. Because of this, I had to check-in in person and this took forever. By the time I actually got in my truck and drove away, I had already lost 2 hours from the day (this includes the issue with my first truck). Then, the truck's AC was fine on the highway but would blow hot air in traffic or when idling - NOT fun in Texas 105 degree heat!

Jennifer B.Everything was very good. My only complaint is I wasn't told of the extra charge for an after hours delivery. It was only after reading the very fine print that I was aware of the extra charge. Also when I got the truck I was told it had 1/8th of a tank, and an incentive to bring it back at a quarter to get reimbursed some extra money, which was very helpful. However my truck did not have an 1/8th of a tank. My truck was on E, and the gas light was on when I got it. Not a huge deal but kind of an extra step I had to take to make sure I wasn't stranded a mile from the Uhaul location. All around good service though. But tell people you're charging them quite a bit extra for a late drop, and check those gas needles a little better. Had I known of the late drop charge I wouldn't have brought the truck back with 1/4th of a tank. Because the extra charge made my reimbursement nearly redundant. But still. 5 stars
Jacob S.Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Other than the smell the interior was satisfactory. It's a small location and difficult to enter or leave do to street traffic. Entrance not well marked. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. 36 hours and funds still not returned to my account. Been a customer of Uhaul for years and rented vehicles multiple times. I can't get a straight answer why the funds are still being held.
MICHAEL S.Ask how long they need the truck instead of giving only 4 hours to return a truck. My drive was 50 minutes each way, so it was impossible to drive, load and drop off at my new location in 4 hours. I had to put my stuff in my daughters garage that was one street over from where I moved from and will need to plan another day to pick it up.
