24/7 self pickup was a bust. Online nor the app gave me the option to click â€œPick Up My Truckâ€ per the instructions that were emailed to me. Luckily it was during business hours and the young man Lavonn Elcock was awesome and squared me away. Lavonn was a very polite guy and pleasure to interact with!Kyle B.

The truck was left with 1/4 tank if fuel. So I filled it up and when I returned it the tank was over 1/2 full. I would have appreciated a reimbursement from uhaul for the extra gas i gave them. It was approximately $30 worth if gasDavid A.

One of the the tires was low right after I got it. After filling it up twice, it blew and shredded. Luckily, I had reached my destination. Due to the blown tire, I was unable to use the trailer the rest of the day.Steve R.
I've rented from these guys a couple of times when I'm in town moving mom into assisted living, getting her a recliner, etc. Everyone at this location is so helpful, kind, and courteous. Check in using the app is a sluggish process and took nearly 30 minutes after I arrived at your local site. I also put some gas in the truck but was charged for another 4 gallons on my final receipt. Yes, the needle might have been a bit different but let me ask- does the store put more gas in the truck or just have me pay for some at your prices.DENNIS R.

Why on earth do I need you to call some random person on my contact list to rent a truck? If you'd made it clear I could upload my passport I would have had it ready. Your whole system needs an overhaul. Van was in poor condition with lots of damage and had some kind of pet hair on the passenger seat. A magnet picture of a young girl was on the roof for some reason. What goes on in these vans?Philip R.

The lack of communications between venders and customer service is truely lacking. Went to one vender then moved to another. Then from have just 2 pieces of equipment then to 3. Nothing worse than getting the run around on moving day.PAUL P.

The right rear tire had low pressure on the car hauler I rented. I didn't notice it until I loaded up the vehicle I was towing. I think part of the renting process for all locations should include a technician doing a â€œonce overâ€ on the trailers to include checking tire pressures. Aside from the low tire pressure on the trailer, I had a great experience. This is the second time I've rented a trailer from this location and have never been disappointed.Clifford S.

The mobile experience was awful. I had to figure everything out by myself. There was a 98 minute hold time so I was not waiting for that. Since I put the reservation under my name and the driver under my husband's name we needed a third person to confirm on our end if there was a delay in taking back the truck at 7am. This mobile service needs better upgrades on uhauls end. Peace of crap.Eloy D.

The manager at this facility (David) was very unprofessional and clearly has very little experience dealing with people. I personally will never use U-haul again, this experience moved us to just go ahead a purchase a company truck. If you are forced to use this location, be sure to video the vehicle before, during and after your usage to protect yourself. If you're 20 minutes late, you will be at least threatened with a late fee. You will be asked via text message to verify the exterior condition of the truck before you drive away, be very sure to also take many many interior pics, if there's a blemish you didn't think to point out, this location will try to muscle you into paying to have it fixed. Best advise, avoid this location.CHRIS C.
