Customer service suck today . Guy behind the counter was tired or something he didn't want to show me which button too push regarding turning off the trailer button. AND The heavier lady that sits in that corner desk was taking a personal call she actually told the guy it was her insurance company while customers were in line waiting. The entire order process is awful. Ordered through the app. Pickup location changed to another location 7 miles away. That location was a mess. They wouldn't rent me a Truck without me uploading my I'd into their system. There was no other alternative. I couldn't present my id even though thdd ECC person asking was 3 feet away. She couldn't take it. My camera doesn't work on my phone. So I couldn't take a pic. My alternative was to not rent the truck. This wasn't bright during the implementation phase of this process? There was an employee who was a younger guy, we didn't get his name but he was wearing a wrestling stocking hat who went above and beyond. We unknowingly arrived 2 minutes after closing to drop off our truck and trailer and he noticed we were having issues checking out so he stayed past his clock out time and helped us check out. We had had an extremely long and disappointing day and him doing that was very very much appreciated. Excellent customer serviceLucas P.
I had to pick up a trailer at this location after the one I had reserved at the Etna location was not there when I showed up to get it. I had a confirmation that it was available but it was not there when I arrived. I had to drive across town to the Hamilton Road location to get the trailer. The customer service was really, really bad. The employees were all very rude, stand-offish and acted as if they were doing me a favor in renting me the trailer. The entire situation made me very uncomfortable. I recall reading about getting paid $50 in the event that the equipment was not available upon arrival. I will be looking into this. The ELECTRONICS was just Awful!!! I stood trying what felt like 27 minutes trying to upload a copy of my Driver's License into their system in order to check out a truck. Why couldn't they just let me HAND them my driver's license.... I'm standing right there. So, I lost 30 minutes trying to do their Electronics. Ugh. The door on the truck was latched by a piece of welded rebar that broke of as I was driving with all of my stuff in the back and I asked to speak with a manager upon returning the truck and was told there was no manager on site that day that they would have the manger give me a call I have now waited 3 days and have heard absolutely nothing from them I have picture proof of the broken latch and what they used to fix it. Had challenges for location area when dropping off truck after closing hours . After about 25 minutes and numerous times of trying U-Haul to locate my phone I finally got through to return U-Haul truck using online return feature .Donald frank P.

My initial reservation was with a 3rd party U-haul location and the person with the keys to the truck never showed up after 1.5 hours of waiting and I was not provided a code to retrieve the key from a lockbox. Once I called the corporate office, I was able to get the location changed to the actual U-haul main store and everything was smooth after that.DANNY H.

24 hours access should be included in the price. The check in process took way to long, 3X longer then should have especially after having reserved through the phone and having already provided all the information during reservation. Not certain why it is so, however access to the actual unit is horrible... trying to maneuver a truck next to and between parked trucks and equipment is very inconvenient! I explained I moved everything and the desk clerk told me she would check it an evidently did not. The following week I received a message saying a payment was due on the 27th of June.
