We stopped in 8/18 to drop off a trailer. Was told to just us hook and we would get a recipe via email no one asked a name, number or anything. My wife checked 8/19 and it was still active. Had to call twice the lady we got the second time took care of everything and made it right.

I had such a fantastic experience at this U-Haul location thanks to Alexandra Grieger. From the very first moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind and attentive...not only to me, but to the customer before me as well. She gave me all the information I needed, explained everything thoroughly, and did it all with such positive energy. The van I rented was spotless and felt brand new. I only needed it for a couple of hours, but when I returned it, Alexandra was just as welcoming and helpful as when I first arrived. Employees like Alexandra truly deserve recognition. She turned what could have been a routine rental into an outstanding customer experience. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back here and recommending this location to others.

I had a fantastic experience at U-Haul of Findlay. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the storage units were bright, spotless, and climate controlled—exactly what we needed. The staff was absolutely excellent, going above and beyond to help my college students safely pack their vehicle for a cross-country drive home. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful process so much easier. I’ll definitely be back in the future and can’t recommend this location highly enough!

I did change the light bulb on the license plate light. It cost me 11 dollars for the bulb.

The vehicle was the one I reserved. No bait and switch, which was a previous experience at another local U-Haul. So, right off the bat it was a good omen. The attendant was friendly and efficient at pick up and the same for the attendant at the drop off. The facility is clean and parking is spacious. I wholeheartedly recommend this U-Haul location!

Make sure the first-time renters have the app on their phones, and they know what they need to do in order to return the rental after hours.

Check out the trailers overall condition not just the lights The last two trailers I rented broke down on the road, first one blew a tire and this last one had bad wheel bearing

I was WAY overcharged for our usage, according to the customer service when I called to rent it. I then called back after it was all done, and she told me I would have to go through another process to get my money back. This is ridiculous, what I was charged. charged my card twice PLUS over $175.00 in cash!!! Will be reporting this

I need to rent a 20' truck and tow a midsize SUV. It was a great experience working with the personnel at this Findlay location. They had to search every location for this combination and finally found one 45 minutes away. They worked with me on timing to get the truck and trailer to Findlay and worked with my schedule to allow me to load it over a few days and get the trailer last minute. And kudos to U-Haul for having great equipment that worked perfectly and had the design and power to get through the mountains of Virginia and Kentucky and West Virginia. The move went perfectly. Let me also say, the staff at Findlay moving and storage are some of the nicest, friendliest, knowledgeable and most helpful people I've met. I would even say I made a few new friends. It's a nice facility with wonderful people!

My U-Haul trailer had a wheel lock up, and I spent 3 hours waiting for help to arrive. A trip that should have been 2 hours turned into a trip that took , 6 hours before making my destination. I had to unload and reload the trailer to trailer. I was wore out by the time I made it home.

There was an issue with the first vehicle assigned to me, but they took care of it right away. No delay in getting the different vehicle. Very person I was in contact with was informative and gracious. Definitely will use again.

Booked by u haul off site. Asked for auto transport they booked a dolly. Wasn't pleased with that. Young lady at the rental was very nice helpful and knowledgeable. She was also apologetic for reservation guy getting it wrong. She didn't have a trailer there. Dolly's are very difficult because they're loud and bouncy empty and impossible to back with a car loaded.

When making my U-Haul reservation, I was told that the equipment I needed was not available at the location. I asked for so that I would need to pick it up at this location, however I asked to drop it off at my originally requested location, which was Kenton Ohio. I dropped the equipment off at Kenton, Ohio and was informed the next day that that was not what was put on my rental contract so I was charged for a wrong location drop off when I know that I did not ask to drop it back off at the Findlay location!

Both if the ladies in the store were so nice! I cannot remember the ones name but the other is Shelby. 10/10 customer service. The trailer handled on the back of my truck so smoothly that I couldn't even feel it! Thank you for helping me out and keep doing what you're doing!!

Brand new facility with plenty of lighting, easy to see signs and directions. Once the entire construction of the facility is complete this location will be state of the art, modernized, and should be an example for under performing locations.

Overall good experience. Very friendly staff at the counter made the process quick and easy. Facility is new and obviously still under construction, so I'm not about to fault the fact that there's construction materials out and about. Could use some indication as to what units are where internally (signage indicating that Units 1001 - 1025 are this way, 1026-1031 are that way, etc), but that's probably just something not yet dealt with during the build-out.

Dakota and the staff went above and beyond to help our move be as stress free as possible. The facility is still under construction and they all had such positive attitudes and the few inconveniences we ran into they helped solve quickly.
