We arrived at the location after our pickup location was changed because of availability. It was supposed to be a mobile pickup but the app wanted me to pick a dropoff location that was not anywhere near our destination or the same as the one originally selected upon booking the uhaul. I went to the office to as an employee for help and I had to explain my situation to the young employee behind the desk 4 times and they still didn't understand what I was telling them. They continued to ask what our end destination was and we gave them the town name and zip code they continued to tell us the town doesn't exist multiple times after we showed them it in fact does exist. Being on a schedule we were annoyed that this was how our first experience started. The other employee in the office ended up asking us what the problem was and helped us out and fixed the issue and everything went smoothly for a bit until it came to getting our furniture blankets, the same employee we first talked to was told by the other employee how many blankets we needed but they continued to ask us how many? We told them 12 and they ended up giving us a regular bag with 6 and one of the green sealed bags with 6 which you normally have to pay extra for if you break the seal. Upon dropping the uhaul off at our end destination we were asked why we had that bag and why it was open and I had to explain its the one they gave us upon pickup I was told it wasn't supposed to be in the truck atleast they were understanding about it. The truck received was clean and in good condition.

tom pI dropped the trailer off on a Thursday afternoon. There was only on person at the location. She was not helpful at all. I struggled a bit with backing the trailer into a spot she pointed to, just couldn't get it in there and she just sat there the entire time looking at her phone. In some other U-haul places, technicians often just unhook the trailer in the middle of of the lot and use "leverage tool" a sort of a levered cart to unhitch the trailers and get them into place. Not here. Absolutely zero help. In the end another customer wound up helping me back the trailer in. Just careless un-helpful service. I am recommending that people in my circles stay away from that location.

ALI SI am requesting a full refund for my rental and the mileage. After driving over an hour to help my son move out of his apt, we experienced the van’s sliding side door was stuck in the open position. After spending the next 30 min trying to get it to close, we finally called roadside service who said someone would be out in 30 min. Roadside assistance service had trouble locating us, but my son was finally able to get the door to close so we cancelled roadside service. Since we returned the van after the office closed, we were unable to show them the problem. We took a video to show the problem with the door and can share with UHaul.

Steven MThe tire blew, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for 90 minutes during one of our paid events. So not only did I miss the event, I had to stand and wait while this location figured out what to do. The guy who serviced the trailer was great. Came out to fix it, and I drove away to pick up our items at the event that I missed. On the way back, the same tire blew again. Both times I was on smaller roads and only driving 35 mph. Thankfully, because this was a VERY dangerous situation and I could have crashed. I then waited for 60 minutes on the side of another road while thankfully the same repairman came to fix it. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had ZERO effect as I urged her to take this trailer off line and not rent it to anyone until full repairs were done. She had ZERO reaction.

KANDICE IMy appointment was at 7 AM. I got there at 8:30 AM because I wasn’t feeling well. The young lady checked me in and she had a question for the general manager in which he told her no she’s late so we cannot rent her the van. It was three vans out there. The general manager said to me you either have to make another appointment or find another van at a different location. I said to him. Sir, there’s three vans out there and I was only an hour and a half late however nobody called me to tell me that I was going to lose my spot if I’m not on time I’m further told him it would have been great if someone would have told me that I continued to challenge the general manager in which he was very rude to me after I challenged him he said we can put you in a bigger truck at the same rate and I told him why didn’t you say that at first instead of being so rude to me. This location is close to my storage unit however because I went through what I had to go through I don’t think I’ll be using this location anymore and I’m not recommending anyone either.

David WTrailer was not clear. Apparently it was use to carry cinder blocks and it was dusty and had some debris from previous user. I had to clean it before using it. Upon returning the unit I was told to stop in the return area and wait for an employee to inspect the unit. That never happened and I was told to drop the unit and they will do the check-in later. I do not like that personally because if there is a damage to the unit after I dropped it it could be blamed on me. I was not comfortable with this but after 15 minutes waiting I had to be someplace else so I left since the employees were just doing other stuff.

MIR SI had a frustrating experience with this U-Haul location, which was surprising because this was my fifth time renting from here, and I’ve never had any issues before. In fact, my previous experiences were always smooth and excellent. This time, I picked up the truck at 2:00 PM and returned it at 6:15 PM. The staff member told me I would receive my receipt by email within 15 minutes. However, when I checked the app later, the rental was still active and my return had not been processed. The next morning at 9:00 AM, I called customer service, but they had no explanation. I had to go back to the office in person to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the staff. They finally processed the return, but I noticed I was charged an extra $28 for fuel—even though I had already refueled the truck. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to correct the mistake and issue a refund. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed processing, and incorrect charges made this a very inconvenient experience—especially compared to my previous positive visits.

Felix MSubject: Formal Complaint: Fuel Level Discrepancy due to Uneven Parking Surface To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally dispute a fuel charge for my recent rental. This is the second time I have encountered an issue where I am told the fuel tank is not at the required level upon return, despite having refilled it correctly. I personally demonstrated the cause of this discrepancy to the manager on-site. The parking area where the units are kept consists of uneven dirt ground (terracería). To prove this, I placed a level on the rear of the truck, which clearly showed the vehicle was not sitting on a flat surface. This tilt affects the fuel gauge reading, making the tank appear less full than it actually is. I request that this record be updated and any additional fuel charges be waived or refunded, as I have verified that the fuel level matches the pick-up state when the vehicle is on level ground. When I made contact with the general manager, I was given conflicting information about the availability of security camera footage. I was told it was available and being reviewed, shortly before I was told that no camera footage was available. This led to my lack of trust in management. All other staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
