I had to wait a 1/2 an hour on Saturday to return the trailer. Once I returned the trailer, the equipment return wasn't logged and I got a call on Monday morning looking for the trailer as if I hadn't returned it.

Don't do Mobil drop off. It's Bs. The location verification won't work forcing you to drop it off without closing out on the app and than charge you $22.

I had to wait for a previous customer to come to the office on the morning of my reservation to provide me the key for my truck rental. I was told by staff there is no drop box because drug addicts steal your UHAUL vehicles. When I was done with the truck, I had to miss some of my work time the next day to return the key in person to the staff in the office. You need a drop box. I was also worried because I was told that a heroin addict died in one truck that was stolen and another thief used a stolen UHAUL truck to rob a bank. Made me wonder if the truck was even cleaned during COVID, and upon touching the steering wheel it was sticky and dirty. The only good thing about this rental experience was the cost and the truck itself, despite being dirty.

No drop box, so when our movers ran over on time we couldn't easily return the truck. When we did return the truck in the evening so that we could let the app know that we had done so (still having to race back at 9am the next morning to return the key), we were met with several police officers with flood lights, asking why we were there. Talk about adding drama to an already stressful moving day! Next time I will make sure the location I select has after hours (after 5pm!) drop off.

Did online check out which the agreement said I could....couldn't return key via lock box. Hand written sign saying no lock box. Had to come back and wait in in line. I should get credit for a $20 INCONVENIENCE FEE😡

I was made to wait outside and use mobile check in against my choice because of mask “requirements.” I am a conscientious objector to the infallibility of medical science and choose to protect my personal immune system in a manner of MY choice. After reading through the “safe passage” assurances made by this company, I am VERY disappointed that I was discriminated against. If masks work, then the people wearing them are protected. My choice is for me and me alone. I Know this company has enough backing to stand up for individual consumer rights.

After hours service fee ? What service? Did it need to be done after hours ? It certainly could have waited until morning after I dropped off the truck. Will consider other truck rental agencies in the future. I used to work for uhaul. Times have changed.

Driver side mirror was completely covered with bird poop. Very minor point, but would have been nicer if this mirror had been cleaned. Otherwise service was excellent.

The online/contactless method leaves A LOT to be desired. I would suggest these changes: 1) Each contactless location MUST have a free wifi that I can connect to to improve GPS. I was standing outside the building, and your app kept saying I wasn't. 2) Anything UNRELATED to the physical truck should have been requested from me beforehand, when I had a reliable internet connection and the time. Things like taking pictures of myself, my drivers licenses and the 2nd form of contact should/could have been done at the time I requested the rental, NOT AT THE MOMENT I need to be on my way. 3) When the second form of contact isn't working, let me go back in the app and choose something different. My wife didn't have her phone with her, and was well on her way to the house after dropping me off and you couldn't reach her when I put in the phone number as 2nd contact. If I knew you needed someone to answer the call, I would have selected someone I KNEW had a phone with them.

Cody the manager is not a nice person to deal with nor does he take care of ice during winter time. My sister and I both had storage units there long time 5 plus years not break in pricing. 2 years ago my sister fell on ice hitting her head several times on car before slammed into pavement. When confronted Cody would not pay Dr bills because she didn't call police so there was no record of it. When we called corporate and they called Cody the tapes were missing. So our word against his! My sister deteriorated over the next few months and passed away and I blame this manager Cody for her death. I hope he sleeps well at night! Karma is on our side.

The agent went above and beyond but only because there was some drama using the self check in. Thankfully I was early enough that she was still there. There was a snafu in the system with the record of my alternate numbers account, which was uhauls fault, and set me back almost a half hour to deal with it before I could leave. Very frustrating. But once we were on the road, all was good!

It's not the location, but your companies website and customer service, my account disappeared after I created it and and as a result was stuck unable to reset it or talk to a human being for 45 minutes. Once the store opened the clerk took care of me quickly, absolute worst online self service experience ever

I rented my unit and 3 weeks later get a notice that my rent was going up when I was leaving reserved a truck when I get there to pickup the man talked to was rude and said I had to drive to a different place to pickup truck then drive back to empty unit never again
