Your fee are to high ,in the last two years, your storage fee were very high, for the quality of the storage, you need to upgrade your unit if you are over charging customers..

I was a little uncomfortable because the van had some marks at the windshield and a wheel I have to get in to the office again to tell. They said they knew it and it was ok. But they should have been told me in advance.

A worker came out and got the keys so I didn’t have to go inside. After I left they charged my card an additional $54.10 without explanation. I am in the middle of disputing this charge

The Uhaul alignment was extremely off where to drive straight the wheel had to be angled, the driver door would not lock, and one of the headlights is out. Luckily we weren't needing to drive it far so we didn't have to worry about the issues much. The team at this location were absolutely amazing and were able to help me while I was having issues with my move.

Made reservations 4 days before the date when it was time to pick up the truck there was none ,I had to change the date till the next date , miss a day off work and people that were going to help move. When pick up the truck the next day has to called road side assistance the truck will not start ,which took 2 hours from the schedule, was not too happy

When I returned a trailer, the staff helped me unload my car and park the trailer for next use. When I dropped off the truck, one of the agents took the key and that was it, no walk around or check off first. The store was like a maze, and you can’t see the counter from the entrance; if someone hasn’t spoken up it would not have been obvious where to go.

The truck was clean. But the truck it self was horrible when in drive and you Hit the gas was really slow then it seemed like the transmission kicked in, and the from end of the truck felt and sounded like it was going to fall apart at any second. Just glad I used the truck locally and didn't have to drive far.

I would very impressed by the U-Haul facility. It was clean, well run, efficient and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased that the cargo van that I rented was in great condition and very comfortable to drive. All in all it helped to make the move much easier.

Wasn’t ok I had to rent the car trailer 2 times to pick the same car, I rent the trailer less then 24 hours I had to bring it back due my personal vehicle max out the towing capacity. And later in the morning I tried to explain the GM from the site and if I can get a credit to the new rental because I rent the van with towing capacity I needed for with the same trailer..end up paying twice.. it’s sad I rent a lot from that site.. they lost a good customer. And they reported in the system my gas had 7/8 of the tank I show up with the GM and it had 3/4 and he said I’ll take care of the paperwork you go ahead and drive cause you have a long trip… came back around 6:30pm to return both items.. and I return the gas tan at 3/4 the employee working at the moment said you return with missing gas it’s shows on the system 7/8 I told him what happen early in the morning.. apparently the Gm never did any changes..

Jovanny,Jamillio, and and all his staff are very attentive and professional. Good customer service is extremely rare nowadays. Jovanny has been at this location for several years. I am a frequent customer and have spent thousands of dollars over the last 17 years. If I had to give Jovanny a letter grade it would most certainly be an A+. Jovanny is a great credit to your organization, and makes customers want to return and do business with him. In closing I would like to commend Jovanny on a job well done, and I encourage him to continue the outstanding job that he is doing. Truck was dangerous and couldn’t be used due to acceleration issues!! While in satellite beach for a wedding, several times while braking, accelerator would stick and I couldn’t get truck to stop, one time I almost slammed into a condo wall, only thing that saved us was slamming it into neutral Again, this truck is dangerous!!!!! I almost rear ended a car due to Same issue, it was while pressing brake pedal I drive U-Haul’s weekly Jan-April and never have I had this issue!!! Retire this truck

I have had seat belt problems with both trucks which T recently rented. The belt on the first truck jammed and woudn't pull out. The second one wouldn't release unless pounded on. This is obviously a SAFETY hazard and has to be solved!

When I called the UHaul 800 number to get a different store facility because my original reservation was completely messed up I was told by the representative that I was getting a 10x10x10 Environmentally controlled storage room. We we arrived at the Goldenrod location it was a 10x10x6 which does not accommodate a King size mattress so I had to use a secondary storage facility. I am giving the facility an excellent rating but UHaul and my move get a poor rating at best.

My unit had an immense amount of spiders. I left my things for a month and pretty much any item that was touching walls of the unit had super webs and a possible large spider. I killed 18 just in the process of moving my things out of the unit and have been finding sneaky ones in my new place since bringing my stuff back.

This was the worst move of my life, I get to the storage, when I reserved I explained I needed the biggest size, I was told I would get the biggest one because I explained I had a 3/2 I was moving out of. Get to the storage I was given a small storage and told they had no more available I ended up having to leave some of my items outside of the storage unit knowing they would be stolen, they did nothing to try and resolved this problem and yet my sister in law saw empty units that was bigger than mine empty. I am beyond mad and won't use their storage units after this!

I moved out of this unit on June of 2020. I paid the balance and went in the office, the clerk told me to empty the unit and take the lock with me. I did. On my way out I stopped at the office again and he told me no docs need to by signed. I then get bills for each month after my move out. In multiple attempts to contact this store the phone was hung up. Terrible expierence! And I moved out on June/2020 not Jan/2021.
