My negative comment should not be directed towards the renting location, it is directed to the website process. When I made my reservation for the truck it allowed me to pick both my renting location and my drop-off location. The drop-off location was chosen due to its' proximity to where we are currently staying. I was told, at the pick up, that I couldn't return it there. As I had no other option I had to have them choose a new location for me which changed things considerably for us. I feel UHaul should have notified me that the drop-off location was not available, either at the reservation online or via email after the fact. Would have made the trip planning less stressful for an already stressful event (moving 1500 miles away). Other than that issue, the truck was excellent and the staff pleasant during the rental.

Marlene Lthis can be used for all locations......I came in and asked for quote on the cost of the hitch and installation. I was given a price without the details of what it came with. I didn't go with the UHaul services were higher than I wanted to pay, I ended up having to come back to the UHaul to get other items that were needed for hitch installation in order to be able to tow the trailer.
Tammi MI really appreciated the service rep. He helped me hook up the trailer and drop it off. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use the Greece UHAUL location for future trailer needs as well.

ian bManager, Will was incredibly rude when I came in to address a billing overcharge. Had the U-Haul been properly gased by employees before I picked it up I wouldn’t have had any issues. We didn’t notice the gas was different until after we left. Instead of saying I’m sorry this happened Will got irritated I didn’t take the time on MY moving day to bring it back and have it fixed. We noticed it ten minutes away that’s a huge inconvenience to customers.
Jasmine MI have rented trailers here and the staff always come out and are very helpful in attaching the trailer and taking it off for me if I return while they are open. Never a problem having the equipment ready that I reserved.

RAYMOND LAs I have said before, I come here regularly to get a rental I need to deliver rescued food to soup kitchens and overnight outreaches. They know me and what I need and have it ready to go whenever I arrive!
GRANT EJust keep doing what you're doing. This transaction was the simplest ever. In and out in 10 minutes. Upon returning the rental, 5 minutes and we were on our way home.

TYLERS OThe app for online check-in did not work. Specifically, it would not move past the initial confirmation screen. I had to check in at the counter. Additionally, it did not record the images taken of the equipment at pick-up.
DENNIS ROverall, very efficient team. Saturdays are busier, especially at the end of the month. Having more staff at the counter would speed up the wait time.

Holli RMistakes happen, but there was shattered glass all over the back which is always a bummer. Nobody wants to start the moving job by cleaning out a U-HAUL, but either way I appreciate it. The girl at the office did seem friendly and I enjoyed talking with her. Thank you.

I was concerned because the truck I rented had tire lights on and I was told not to worry about it and I also waited a long time to get serviced both getting the truck and returning it. But otherwise? Staff was incredibly friendly, nice, fairly efficient and it met my needs at a great price.

JASON MCar dolly straps were loose and started dragging on the pavement causing me to stop on RT 90 shoulder in a snow / sleet condition to secure. When vehicle was loaded onto the car dolly the left strap was very frayed causing a very difficult time to get it into the ratchet, the ratchet was bent and very difficult to release when off loading the vehicle. The car dolly weighs about 750 pounds so the surge brakes not working wasn’t noticeable, after the vehicle was loaded it became apparent the surge brakes were not working. I have a lot of experience driving my vehicle towing a boat trailer with surge brakes so I know how they should perform. Disappointed in this piece of equipment. On the bright side the personal at this location were very helpful and good to work with.
GUY RI would like it if you had a policy of returning the trucks with a full tank of gas. It's annoying to have to get gas sometimes as soon as you leave the lot.

Nicolas M | Overall ExperienceThe electric door could use some work. It malfunctions often, with it not being able to close all the way, leaving a gap between the door and the ground. However, my biggest complaint would be that the designated customer parking spots in front of the storage units' portion of the building are constantly filled with trucks and/or trailers, including the designated spot directly in front of the door. It is very inconvenient when trying to load or unload items and the renter has to park someplace in the lot. If you are going to advertise and have signs for designated parking for the storage units, they should be kept available for use by the renters.
