Tyler ( I know I spelled this wrong) was outstanding. He is who I rented from and he is the one I returned the equipment to. Was very impressed with the speed of both transactions.

BRYAN BThere's an employee at this location who has no business being at the front. This employee goes by the name of Ty which for whatever reason is short for Tyler. This individual decided to make my experience harder than it had to be. My credit card wouldn't clear the transaction by $70. I had gone through so much before getting to U-Haul and getting the truck that day was the last bit of Hope my family had during a very difficult time. This individual would not work with me for negotiate with me or even treat me like a paying customer. When my card was declined this employee got up and went to lunch without ever saying anything to me at all. When I returned hours later with all the funds he did not even greet me or stand up when I sat down at his desk. He treated me as if I was just wasting his time and didn't have the money to rent the truck. The employee in training was kinder and made me feel more comfortable then Tyler who has obviously been doing this for a while. I feel bad for all those people who are treated like that before me and after me. It is my humble opinion the Tyler should be in the back making boxes because his attitude and lack of any customer service at all make him the last person that anyone should talk to when it comes to renting a U-Haul. I usually always go with Penske as they have consistent pricing and quality customer service. I had to go with U-Haul this time around because Penske did not have any small trucks. I am grateful that the drop off location and Sheridan Wyoming welcomed me and treated me as I deserved coming off such a long road trip.
Beau BJerked around as regards p/u location and drop off location as well as inundated with offers benefiting u-haul and treating me as a Uhaul employee; not a customer. Reps lying as to ability to receive truck return at contracted drop site. Shame on Uhaul.

CARLOS REven though I arrived during an internet outage, the person staffing the store was still able to complete my reservation using a little creativity. The facility looked inviting and well organized. The staff person assisted me with hookup and made sure everything was in order before I left.
Daniel FThe staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. No issues with the equipment. Someone did however leave a dead rat on top of my hood, passenger side, while my vehicle was parked there for a couple hours. The manager took care of the rat.

DEANA GI called and inquired about renting a 10’ box truck. Quoted $20. Imagine my suprise when I returned the truck after 2.5 hours and 54 miles. $106 plus $10 of gas I put in. I understand all the extra charges but honestly, you’re first impression from the original reservation. Bait and switch, nope. Just a total lack of communication. Last time I’ll use you!

We moved from Colorado Springs to Sahuarita 7 month ago and did the same move again fir our Son out of the House into his Apartment in Grren Valley. ThecService these 2 young Ladies are giving can't be beaten. Helpful, thoughtful, caring, friendly and everything you want from a Business. This is definitely the Place I will recommend to anyone who needs a Truck and Storage. Thank you Ladies for helping us out today, you both are tge best.

Paul SFirst I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours to be waited on. Then your national computer system was not working. The young girl had to use her own cell phone to check me in and send me a contract via a text message.The delays forced my crew I haired in Green Valley, AZ to wait. But I had to pay them while I was delayed. Then the young girl could not find the truck. It was behind a larger truck. As a result the crew at the other end count not wait so they had to leave and could not come back until Sunday at noon. The end result, I had to extend my time with the truck and other four hours. Which also costs me extra money. This was not the U-Haul I used to know. What ever happened to paper contracts? Your company should not stop because your computer is n to available. The end result was, it costs me a lot of extra money. All of which was no fault of my own.
henry gI was getting notifications from u-haul on my pickup dash saying that the trailer needed all kinds of maintenance! I was about 40 miles from my destination. I told the people at the drop off location about it.
