When I originally made my reservation I had requested a pickup truck for some light hauling. I booked through the reservation line and used my visa debit card. When I got to the pick up site the assistant told me I could only get a pickup truck with a major credit card. I do not use credit cards and explained what was told to me when I made the reservation. She said basically that the reservation assistant did not know what she was talking about and my only option was to rent a closed in 10 ft Uhaul truck. I felt she did not care what I told her was told to me. I asked if she knew where I could just get a truck and she said I could go to a dealership and buy or lease a truck like they do at this location. I felt she was being sarcastic and rude at this point. I did go ahead and rent the 10 ft truck because our situation required I move the items from my home today. The equipment was In good shape. The customer service by this particular employee was very poor. The young lady who assisted me when I was returning the vehicle was extremely kind and even noticed that I am a cancer patient going through chemo therapy at this time and she offered to pray for me and my recovery. I signed up for the contactless pickup. The system did not text me a code for the lock to get the key. I only understand the system was supposed to do that because an employee outside told me. Instead I received the message to go inside and â€œskip the line.â€ Yeah that was a joke. I went to the â€œside counterâ€ as instructed and was ignored by the single employee inside that was helping the 6 other people in line. After waiting for everyone else to be helped, I finally got the keys. I did not receive the keys until a half hour after my reservation started! But still had to have the equipment back at the allotted time and still got charged for it! To repeat I missed a half hour of my reservation because of the incompetence of the site. There needs to be two employees manning the counter during the weekend. That is just poor management.Brian T.

I was charged 653 dollars. I was quoted 131. There was no damage to the truck and I want my Money refunded instantly. This was my Mother's card, and she is very upset. The tire pressure light came on upon my return of the truck. William greeted Me and reviewed the return and said he would take a look Before I left the parking lot to head home very satisfied with my rental, I could see he was already on top of the tire light issue with the hood open and diagnosing the issue He was amazing and very friendly We used this facility 6 times in 6 weeks to rent a truck after my mother in lat passed away in 2019 and they were amazing each time I Would recommend the team at this facilityWilliam A.

My tank was full and was charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I only went 6 miles really so you're telling me your vehicles only go 3 miles a gallon.... yeah right will no longer go to this place again. Even though I have the money it's the principle that matters. I reserved a truck from another location that neglected to inform me there's a padlock and tried 6-8 different combinations that didn't work causing a delay of 6 hrs of my move. We reserved a truck on the app- we were supposed to walk up to the door, scan the code on the door, and get our truck/key brought out to us. The app was not working AT ALL. We had trouble scanning, and after we were able to scan to the app, it told up successful, but then looped back. We had to go in, and waited over 2 hours in line- so many people were having the exact same experience. It took 2 hours out of our day, which really cut into our moving time. When you have people helping you, it sucks to tell them it'll take 2 more hours than you told them because of something out of your control. I don't know what we would have done if the help we had couldn't stay those extra 2 hours!Parker D.

Appears the person checking me in didn't complete the process?? When I asked after driving to the side of lot to drop off the 4x8 covered trailer. Nobody told me what was next. I drove to where the original person was now standing (about 100 ft down the lot) and asked if that was all I needed to do. He said yes, that was it. Then I get calls and email saying they are waiting for the trailer to be dropped off??? This is two days after I dropped off the trailer. Your mobile check in really has some issues. It doesn't recognize your location and then asks you to scan the store code at store and then it doesn't recognize that either. Really sucks because you use that app to avoid the line and long wait in the storeMichael W.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. I would give a five star rating but the access and security system for the storage units has a lot of room for improvement. I came at 8:45PM with my first load. The access gate let me in but an alarm sounded when I removed my lock. I tried to leave but the exit gate kept saying access denied and would not let me out. I called the emergency number on the exit gate twice but no one answered so I left voicemails. I called the police to make sure they weren’t already on their way since the alarm was going off. I eventually ended up having to climb your 8 foot fence in a dress with slippery dress sandals, jump over the other side, open the entry gate, run back to my car and drive it out the entry. You may want to consider adding a security guard during access hours to help out in those types of situations or possibly having a backup emergency phone number posted.Stacey B. | First Impressions
