GUILLERMO BI have not rented a truck in over 30 years; they have sure made some improvements. You will need the app to do the check in. Check in and checkout was so smooth. They have a system in place, and if you do it correctly, all you need to do is check in, pay your rental. then the app will tell you all the next steps and verification. This helps protect you and them. It allows opportunity for you to take pictures of any damage, and it is reported before you leave the lot. It also verifies the equipment numbers and fuel if applicable. Check out is great. You bring in the equipment, they check it and confirm your total invoice and what you will be charged. So smooth. If I ever need another rental, it will be from the Denton Highway location.

Jairo PTrailer was in poor condition and broke down on the journey. I will not trust that the equipment will be road worthy and conduct a personal mechanical inspection before I ever accept another unit I feel that it was negligence that contributed to my breakdown

RICHARD HRepresentatives at this uhaul refused to answer questions or listen about the first failure with transport trailer, they had no answer and ignored me put me on three way call to a manager and he IGNORED me . last time to use Uhaul.

MARLENE EWe tell U-Haul our destination they tell us how many miles you are gonna use. But if we sue less for instance 50 mile difference they charge us the same. If it’s just a few miles that’s ok no big deal but 50 miles. Then if you pass the miles you were given they charge us $1.00 a mile. Something wrong there.

THOMAS DWe dropped three different types of rentals, car hauler, tow behind and a 26' truck. The truck part the employee was rude unhelpful and tried charging us for things we didn't even do. Would not allow us to return unused boxes and was charging us for the blankets unless we folded them. Very rude and unhelpful.

DANIEL VTry to ensure multiple customers aren't waiting unnecessarily. Efficiency is key when trying to maintain schedules and accomplish challenging duties, such as moving. Professionalism is key with front desk personnel, and all of the MEN were very professional.

Lisa HNot a fan of the app experience. Whether it was the lack of WIFI at the location or the design of the app, it took forever for pages to load and finally just got in line. I've deleted it and wouldn't use it again, for sure. The truck showed a bit of age and had some cosmetic items that should have been addressed and fixed. The drivers side visor clip was out of place and the visor wouldn't attach to it. If I had to drive the truck for a long distance, this would have been extremely annoying to deal with.

Jakiera GPicking up the truck and checking it out took a good amount longer than I anticipated. I don’t think this was a staff issue. There are just a lot of steps in checking it out and on my particular unit the walk around and taking pictures took quite a while. Also, that truck once I got in and drove it smelled really heavy of cigarette smoke. I forgot to mention that when turning it in but something in the air System smells really rough. I did appreciate the help and flexibility in me extending my rental time a little bit because moving took considerably longer than anticipated.

DANNY EEverything for me was just fine
STEPHEN AThe employee checking me out was partly helping another employee with a customer and me at the same time. Then she stated I had to get the insurance even though I told her I declined it online. She became argumentative with me. The other employee even stopped assisting her customer to talk to me (talking loudly from across the room instead of walking over to me) about the insurance. Finally, I selected no on the keypad and we proceeded with my payment. I feel bad for the other customer who was abandoned mid-transaction and had to hear my personal details.

ANA CAdd extra mileage to contracts . I got charged 45 miles extra because I made 1 extra stop to sleep at my daughters house instead of giving right the highway at a hotel . Then when I dropped it off they didn’t take time to check it in until the next day! Then just charged my card.
CHRISTY MI requested a drop off location away from downturn, because I did not want to maneuver an RV & tow dolly downtown. I was given verbal confirmation of an address for return that was not downturn, & was told that I could return to any location, but when I checked the paperwork right before drop-off, (It was emailed, not printed), it had a downtown address. I went to my chosen location & they refused to take the return & told me to go downtown. They were completely dismissive of my concern about having to maneuver the equipment through small downtown streets. So what did I end up doing? Exactly the only thing I requested to not have to do. Driving that equipment through downtown. I am very unhappy with this issue. The only reason my answers above are positive is that the pickup experience was amazing. The staff went above & beyond any rental service I've received before. It was the screwup with the assigned return location that ruined this experience.
