James SHave a more spacious after hours parking especially for the larger trucks. I got stuck with the 26' truck I was driving and though upon my investigation, I saw no damage to the vehicle I was parked beside, and when I called the next morning to explain the situation I was informed the truck had gotten moved and felt I was being told all was well. You can imagine my relief! Then I received a call later in the day claming damages to the vehicle parked next to where I parked. This is a result of not having adequate after-hours parking. Thank You

Mark AIn order to drive straight i have to keep the steering wheel 90 degrees to the left as ifni were making a left hand turn. It is extremely dangerous and scary. This truck should not be on the road in this condition. Other then that, customer service at front counter was excellent.
JENNIFER KStaff was helpful at this location but Uhaul administration and philosophy keep them limited in their options. Electrical wire was working at delivery but after a day stop working, after inspection, realized that the equipment was poorly maintained, modt likely no inspection after drop.off from the previous user. Also no help from Uhaul and waste alot of time on the phone with them, had to take care of the fixing my self.

SHAWN QThough the person was nice, I rented it and they charged me a double fee. It's $19.95 a day and I only had it for 5 hours and yet I was charged $39.90. And they will not return my call for a refund. Not an ideal location to work with.

Both of the employees we spoke with were very kind and helpful, and at drop off they actually completed the drop off inspection, which I have never had another Uhaul location do before even though they are supposed to! Overall very pleased to see how much they care for their equipment and the people renting it. Highly recommend this location!

DOUGLAS WWhen i booked my truck at a particular rural location. It said there were two trucks available. I was then called twice two weeks leading up to the appointment saying that no such trucks would be available. We ended up having to commute a total of 3 1/2 hours to pick up our truck. Not sure why a location would indicate having trucks available and no trucks being available. When I spoke to the representative they informed me that the rural location was not a location that had its own trucks… if that is the case, then booking availability on the website should reflect that

heather mPlease make terms clear for renters. It WAS NOT clear that our reservation was not actually confirmed. It was only because my husband stopped in to our local dealer to look at how to hitch the trailer that we found out there was no trailer available and we would have to drive over an hour to get what we needed and spend a lot of time on the phone with different personnel. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was not the right size and had to go to another dealer. The dealers were not bad but the online reservation system is lacking and I will definitely inform other people of this.

I immediately contacted customer service and spent 2–3 hours waiting, only to be given no proper solution. In the end, I was told to drive the faulty truck to another location to exchange it — even though I clearly mentioned I was not comfortable driving it in that condition. This was stressful, unsafe, and a complete waste of my time on an already busy moving day. U-Haul should ensure their vehicles are inspected and in working condition before handing them to customers, and their customer service needs to be far more responsive and helpful in urgent situations like this. I will think twice before using U-Haul again.
