I did not go in so can’t answer the first two. I did however have a problem after returning the U-Haul. They charged for additional mileage. At pick up I asked about the $1.00 per mile started and the man at the counter stated, “It’s a one way. I don’t know why they put that your miles are included.” Upon looking, the computer had given only 131 miles in total. It didn’t take into consideration that I had to drive from point of pick up to the place we were staying, to the storage facility, to our destination and to the vehicle drop off location. It only took into consideration from city to city. I spoke with someone on the phone who said in the future I should speak with someone instead of scheduling online and would be given more mileage usage. She also stated she would request for a refund of the extra miles.

Very disorganized place and dangerous for accident . When I returned during the day there four truck park on the acces to premises /or to be check without customer and three employee inside . Very impolite , I asked an employee that I would like to check the truck , and ignored me , when I ask for UHAUL 1800 he get dangerous and aggressive , invade my personal space , do no give the 1800 , and yellow to me . He identify as the manager on premises when I ask for one . That location could cause accident and the manager is dangerous to the public , it no that is no polite , he is dangerous and U HAUL will cause a situation with a cutomer .

Two hours into a 1600 mile trip the AC quit, turns out it had a leak that was ignored. The truck is generally loud, but when you combine no air and windows open the noise was deafening. The steering was horrible in local streets there was no issue, but on the highway it pulled to the left awefull you had to fight the wheel all the time. Side mirror on the passenger side kept falling, it would not keep its place and you had to adjust yourself to be able to change lanes, because you were looking at the rear tires. This trip was made with my wife at my side where she kept adjusting the mirror and or looking for me to switch lanes. If I was by myself that would have become a very dangerous situation. I will not be doing this again, very poor showing from U-haul.

The attendant that checked me in was not very helpful. I approached him and said I was there for pickup and he immediately got caught up on the fact that there were no pickup trucks available. I explained that I wasn't referring to a pickup truck and instead was there to pickup the Uhaul I rented online. He reviewed my reservation and casually said the truck size I rented was not available and didnt offer any alternatives until I asked if there was anything else. Fortunately there was something available, but the process was not easy.

Representatives had trouble finding my order, probably because he was busy talking to his friend. Then an employee who I'm guessing was the manager, came out and demanded to see my "paper". I explained that no paper was given to me for this order and showed him the reservation and drop off for this location on my phone. He rudely made another comment about how I need to give him a paper and walked away. The first employee then said he found my order and return info and said I was good to go.

When a customer forgets important papers or equipment staff SHOULD make a courtesy call to client to have them picked up.. When we realized we left cad drawings and a rolling cart we called and was on hold forever so we went back only to have a staff with a bad attitude and not willing to check if it was put away, wr decided to check the garbage and the rolling cart was in it [broken] and we were unable to find the drawings. Please pleaseeee have staff be more considerate A PHONE CALL COST NOTHING but it can mean everything to someone else. Thank you.

Se debe realizar una revisión de los trailer en movimiento para detectar posibles fallas. En este caso note que una rueda tenía una deformación y el trailer vacío brincaba un poco. Por lo demás muy satisfecho. Profesional y rapido.

Overall it was good, convenient and easy for what it was intended to, the monthly rent was increased gradually every year or maybe less, but it went up above my pre set budget, there is plenty of competition around with all year round promo prices, not sure if they considered that , I was never asked why I was leaving , maybe we could just negotiate it, but overall is a great location, easy access, never had an issue , they keep it safe from rodents and roaches with their own crew . Will definitely recommend it

Todas las cosas tenían caca de ratón es decir q hay ratones y cucarachas en el sitio ,oscuro sin ventilación parte de las cosas tuvimos q botarlas porque tenemos na Niña y sus juguetes estaban con caca de ratón como bien les dije y nuestros muebles también y eso es un peligro por ende nesecitamos q nos hagan la devolución de los $215 q nos cobraron por solo pasarnos de fecha por cuestiones de tiempo por tan solo dos o tres días.Cuando pagamos un camión q casi nos costó $2000 el cual también estaba incómodo y con mucho ruido q no se podía casi ni manejar .

I stored at this facility for many years. I endured price increases year after year. I watched my unit get worse and worse over time. Mouse sized cockroaches and mouse droppings on all my stored goods. I could no longer put up with skyrocketing rent and leave my goods in an unsanitary environment. So I give up. I had two antique paintings taken from my storage at 6150 W 20th Ave Hialeah, Fl location. There were no signs of forced entry so the only explanation for the missing paintings is the uhaul staff

Uhaul totally screwed up my move from Missouri to Florida. They forgot to ship my stuff, then they did it 20 days later and tried to charge me for the extra time of storage needed because of them!!!!
