Even in the middle of this pandemic - Your employees made us feel safe during the entire transaction, following the correct rules of social distancing. We really didn’t want to do any sort of move but we had to. And they relived a lot of stress from us.

I understand about the coronavirus but the person checking the vehicle wouldn’t talk to us. It took them almost 10 minutes to greet me outside. The bill was coming up trying to charge me an additional $400 even though this was my drop off location. They did fix that thank God. Finally one gentleman pulled through and fixed it for me it took almost 35 minutes to drop off the truck

The representative that assisted me did not tell me I would be charged a fee if I return the truck after 5pm it was Sunday and he said if they are closed I can just drop the key in the box however when I recieved the finalized contract the next morning I was charged $22 for that. It’s extremely inconvenient to not be told everything even the hidden fees when you initially rent the truck, that goes to show you cannot trust Uhaul employees and how much of a hassle it is to work with this company. Would not be going back and will not recommend Uhaul.

Es un abuso que muchas personas entreguen el camión.sucio por la noche y los que rentamos por la mañana lo reciba con mucha peste como fue mi caso..No es culpa de los trabajadores de U _Haul.El servicio y trato son excelentes.Pero tal vez. Esto sirva para educar a gente abusadora y tal vez buena medida sería (camión sucio .un recargo extra...Gracias

Charged for two day rental because they didn't bother to look in the own parking lot since it was returned same day. Be aware of the scam.

Was a very long line the computers went down many people left but I needed a trailer so I waited for computers to work again . Had to find trailer myself and hook up myself . Then some fat mexican came and couldn't work his phone to take a picture I went in and got another person to come take the picture. I spent 90 minutes renting a 5 x9 trailer .

I have used this location 3 times in the last 2 months and every time I have been there the staff is super friendly, the store is neat and well organized. I have never been in a Uhaul location in which the staff enjoy what they are doing, this location deserves 10 stars

The truck was given to me with the storage part really dirty. I took photos when I rented the truck. When I returned it the man who checked it said I had to mop it or be charged to clean it. He kept asking me what did I move and I said furniture and he said no you didn't the truck is dirty. I told him I received it that way and he said no you didn't mop it. I mopped it to avoid the argument. I then showed him my photos of the truck when I rented it and he said oh well. I should be given a credit for doing your guys work and for the truoble.

You need to have more people available at the store. There was only one person at the time and a lot of people coming in. Other than that Tere was a young kid by the name of Michael and he was super, very helpful and with a very nice personality

pick-up location customer service is not very good. if you call you must wait a long time for someone to come back on line after being placed on hold. when arriving to u-haul center for equipment p/u not able to find a parking spot. paid for equipment install and wrong size dolly hooked up causing extended delay after having to wait just to get service when first walking in. Drop off location was excellent customer service and phone rep who I spoke with about dolly problem was absolutely excellent.

Muy buenos días realmente la experiencia no fue buena en el servicio de esta locación de Uhaul, llegué al lugar para retirar mi equipo mediante mi teléfono celular y después de subir mi fotografía y la licencia, y hacer el registro de mis datos, cuando voy a buscar el equipo el mismo no estaba listo en el parking, debí entrar a la oficina, al entrar le hago el comentario que necesito retirar el equipo que mi proceso de checkin ya estaba listo, pero un empleado de nombre Emir de forma desagradable me dice que no está allí porque yo no lo pedí bien, y realmente el proceso en mi teléfono estaba en el step de buscar el equipo, así que realmente era responsabilidad del personal de no tenerlo listo, es el punto que tuve que dar mi licencia de conducir nuevamente y pasar otra vez por todo el proceso y tener que procesar dos veces mi tarjeta de crédito, porque no podían hacer el contrato (supongo que sería porque ya lo tenía yo a mitad de procesar). Luego me entregan la unidad con un contrato rayado a mano el millaje y el gas, ya que no coincidía lo que estaba en el equipo que me dieron, el equipo decía 148 mil millas y el papel 134 mil, por lo cual lo rayaron encima. La experiencia no terminó allí al momento de devolver el equipo tuve que entrar de nuevo a la oficina por un lapso de aproximadamente 15 minutos, donde una señora muy amable trató de componer todo el problema ya que el camión del contrato no era realmente el que yo usé durante el día, es decir me hicieron contrato por uno y me entregaron otro. Y después de hacer el cálculo de millas de forma manual me dijeron que llegaría mi bill por correo electrónico el cual recibí de forma adecuada, pero de igual forma no coinciden los datos del equipo que use con el que aparece en el contrato. El personal de la mañana fue muy incompetente y me hicieron perder en total más de 30 minutos entre el checkin y el checkout, cuando todo debió hacerse de forma rápida por mi teléfono como lo había configurado desde mi casa. 1st truck had issues so we moved to a 2nd where the keyfob battery was dead and where I nearly locked myself out of the truck. Luckily I found that there is an actual key insider the fob but I would never have guessed - pure luck

I had two antique paintings taken from my storage at 6150 W 20th Ave Hialeah, Fl location. There were no signs of forced entry so the only explanation for the missing paintings is the uhaul staff

Uhaul totally screwed up my move from Missouri to Florida. They forgot to ship my stuff, then they did it 20 days later and tried to charge me for the extra time of storage needed because of them!!!!
