Everyone was really helpful and the truck worked great. The only issue I had was that I had reserved an appliance dolly and when I got there I was informed they had overbooked the appliance dolly and did not hve one for me. They gave me a regular dolly at no charge, but I ended up having to make another stop somewhere else to get an appliance dolly. That was a little frustrating, but otherwise everything was good.

The covered parking for unloading and loading is great for this time of year. I also like there is plenty of spots outside to pull up to for unloading and loading.

My experience with my utility trailer rental was excellent. They hooked the trailer up for me. And when I returned the trailer they unhooked it. They also checked the tire pressure so it would be ready for the next person.

In the past a representative would pull your truck up for you instead this time they said your truck is up there in the front here are your keys. It just felt more personal when your truck was pulled up to you.

The employees locked up and took out the trash instead of helping me return my truck. I understood that they had just closed but the website couldn't find my location but they didn't bother to help in any way whatsoever except to say to return the next day.

Not only were the facilities well-kept, the people were pleasant to work with from beginning to end. Additionally, it should be noted that the honesty/integrity of employees is greatly appreciated. I left a pair of cross country skis out during one of my visits and forgot to put them back into storage. A worker found them and they were put aside until I asked about them. Thank you for that!

The boy i received the keys from at the desk laughed at me several times for asking questions. This was my first experience renting a uhaul, so I was curious about things like mileage. When I asked questions, he made me feel stupid and like he just wanted me to leave. I will think twice before renting from you guys again. The experience was not what I expected.

Rented a trailer with a 4 pin connector. Truck has a 7-pin connector. U-Haul will not provide an adapter, but they don't mind selling me one for almost $20. That's weak. Service was great, but that's enough for me not to rent a trailer from you ever again.

Find someone that does not talk down to paying customers. There are plenty other I could have went with. Also customer service kept getting my order wrong . However they were pleasant and we figured it out.

I never moved in and sent a move out request on 12/23. No one ever reached out to me or confirmed that my request was fulfilled and I started getting emails acting like I was moving in. The manager didn’t even check to see if my unit was actually empty. He just claimed that my move out request couldn’t be processed because my lock was still on the door. My lock that is sitting in my car is somehow simultaneously on the door of the unit. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because when I called in the employee didn’t argue with me and cancelled my rental like I wanted. Happy with her. I wouldn’t use this facility again though.

Tow vehicle fuel pump sided on freeway ( not your truck mine) AAA wouldn't tow the trailer so I called roadside assistance, wait time on hold was forever approximately 15 minutes to be transferred to trailer special. Was told that insurance would cover the trailer tow but not so says specialist. More training on what insurance covers ext. This is the first bad experience with uhaul

I tried to do a contactless pick up but the app wouldn't accept my alternate contact because I had also added that number to my registration. I needed my wife to be the alternative contact because she was the only one aware of what I was doing. Since I had added her to the initial reservation, I couldn't do that. I ended up having to go in to the office to pick up the truck.

The guys at the front didn’t know what they were doing I handled everything online and I was still charged for a larger storage unit when I should have had the first month free , these guys didn’t even bring the truck to me made me go find it and it wasn’t in the spot where they told me , the facility is great but customer service was stupid

take more control of your business, have your own moving helpers instead of contracting this out...have optional ways to deliver boxes on the final destination (customer choice), offer more control for customer to request the best delivery of goods to final destination. Thank you for asking!

I asked for a return receipt. It did not come in email. After waiting 15 minutes I got someone who sent the contract instead of a return receipt. Two bad experiences out of two.

I didn't notice I got a text with a link to do a pre-inspection walk around until I got to my destination. So when I went to do it, it was expired. There was damage to the driver side rear, but noticed a sticker saying it was in claims. Other than that, experience was really good

The latches on the fender of the trailer didn't latch so I had to keep an eye on it. You guys really need to invest at putting trailer brakes on your trailers. To make them safer.

Probably the cleanest facility I've ever visited. Even though the associate who assisted us was in training, both he and his trainer completed the transaction faster than I expected. Extremely satisfied with the service at this location.

The only improvement I can recommend is to speed up the service on the computer. The people were very helpful but the computer was slow and then it went down. Those at the service center did a good job in trying to get me out the door by taking my information manually so that I could get the trailer I needed, which worked perfectly for what I needed!

Go back to direct phone calls!! I waited on hold for over forty minutes TWICE just for someone, probably in a different state, to finally answer my call!!! They can't be THAT busy!!!!

This was the worst experience ever, I was sent to four different location to pick up the moving van that spanned a distance of 45 miles, and took 4 hours to accomplish, in the end the person helping me at the Clearfield, Utah location try to help as best as he could and in the end the truck I reserved was larger then the one I had requested 2 weeks earlier resulting in more fuel required for the move and the truck was dirty, the front window was so covered in bugs you could barely see out of it. The whole process was handled as if the Uhaul personnel could care less, the second facility I went to to pickup was closed and no one was around, NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE UHAUL FOR ANY THING, WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!

I needed up going to this location due to another location (Towne Storage) where I was supposed to pick up a bigger truck, had locked the keys in the truck with the ignition on. After getting a ride to the 1200N location everything was worked out. I did get a smaller truck and was about an hour and a half late moving everything. But it wasn't too bad

First stop to rent furniture dolly, no. The guy should not work with the public @ the counter. Very rude. When we returned trailer, kid checked it in on his electronic device and it went great.

My rental on Monday Oct 4, was much different. The manager helped me and was very nice, quick and informative. When I returned the van, they employee was very nice. Nothing fun about moving stuff, so it helps when you have nice helpful people.

Had problems with the after hours access to the storage facility. Doors and swipe card areas not working properly. Manager answered phone and was able to help us, which was hugely appreciated.

Overall, the storage experience was good. The distance to the unit was problematic to me, however, it was this facility that had available the size of storage space that I needed. The greatest disappointment was trying to communicate with the Office at the facility; it appears that the phone calls are transferred to the Regional Office when 5PM comes, even though the local office is open until 6 or 7 PM. In my experience, whenever the calls are transferred to the Regional Office, I can expect to be on hold for 15-20 minutes, and I confess that lately I have not waited the full 15-20 minutes to talk with the Regional people. These are really nice facilities, but if you need to talk with the local people, call before 5PM.

This storage unit was exactly what I needed for a military move. I was able to get the first month at no charge which allowed me to offload my trailer and find a house. The facility itself is brand new and the paint still smells fresh. The storage units were clean and functional. I liked that they were well lit and accessible 24/7/365. The facility key card/entry system was nice and the alarms on each unit were reassuring. I ended up setting the alarm off once or twice on accident. Both times a uhaul employee entered the facility to check. Only complain is that the staff member didn't question my need to be there.

The facility was clean and COOL, which is really nice when it's hot out. They have carts with wheels and carts to help move mattresses, so convenient. I was moving by myself and thought it was going to take a lot longer, those carts saved my time and my back! Great experience.

Dave Woolsey is always warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about UHaul services and products. I’ve interacted with him a few times over the course of the last year and he’s always been extremely helpful. He’s very competent at his job and deserves a raise! him and his employees are one of the reasons I continue to patronize this particular location. They’ve always been very helpful and provided exactly what I’ve needed. Thanks Dave and staff!

This location is a joke, the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I rented a truck and storage from here and the employees are unhelpful and straight up rude. If they don't feel like helping you they will make up such outrageously ridiculous lies. Even worst is the general manager, I will never rent from any Uhaul again. I wouldn't even recommend this company to someone I didn't like.
