According to what’s posted on the wall. Self customer hours state that we have access from 5:00am to 10:00pm. Is this accurate or inaccurate. If it is inaccurate please correct the posting. As not to confuse anyone when they enter the elevator. Thank you. I noticed this while waiting for the elevator door to open so I could go up to my unit. I hope my review is not confusing to the staff.

Marah DThe only part that was confusing was the keypads. I didn't understand why there was one outside the elevator on the ground floor and another in the elevator. I set off the locker alarm twice because I didn't sign in properly. I was fine once the attendant explained it to me. I'm sure that it specified in the instructions, but I missed it.

MELISSA IThe staff was always friendly and helpful, and that's what sets you apart from other places. The floors and units were clean and looked secure. The card to enter the elevator sometimes was confusing to use but it was much better than using a code. The dock to actively unload was sometimes full with other cars who were not actively loading/unloading, but the security guy was appreciated and actually made it safer to park and unload/load things. Having the front counter nearby the trucks and loading dock is an excellent upgrade! Because I'm older, it's harder to get things in and out the 5' front door when I'm by myself and need something high or in the back. So having a wider front door is more accessible I think. EGREDINO JVery friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Was such a hassle free process looking at their different sizes that were available and renting one. The gentleman that showed me the units didn't make me feel pressured to getting one or rushed. Answered all questions that I had. Facility is well maintained and cleaned. Also it is a secure building so not anyone can go in the elevator. Wish there was bigger dollies and a little more of them. Other than that I would highly recommend this location. Prices are very reasonable.

It was a great experience made simple and having checked in on-online it was quick,in and out. The van was clean and easy to find. Everyone was friendly.And the price was right! I would definitely use them again!

The booking process was incredibly easy, and Shannon Auld was both helpful and professional. The truck I rented was in excellent condition and ran perfectly throughout my move. A big shout-out to the U-Haul team for their customer service! During the move, I unfortunately lost my key, but they were quick to provide a spare, which made all the difference and saved me a lot of stress. WAYNE KI came in to move my stuff and the elevator was broken, as is my back; so, I couldn't get my stuff out. I closed my account and had to leave my stuff there to be disposed of, then I received another month's charge yesterday and have to dispute it. If you can redress this outstanding issue, I will give you an excellent review. Best, Aaron

Jeff TStaff was very helpful however 1 Saturday reported no toilet paper in unisex bathroom 3rd floor storage area soonish. No toilet paper for 1 bathroom not refilled till next day when I arrived. To be fair there was another bathroom across the hall with toilet paper. Would've been nice to have it refilled that same day when I reported
leonard lI think there should be a better gauge on the gas. The gas should be full in the tank as when I return the vehicle, I just have to top it off, and not have to guess what 7/8 full is.

LAUREN PI prefer the Kaka'ako location. I called and asked about leaving my sunglasses in one of the trucks. They took my name and number down but never got back to me. I'll have to go back to my ophthalmologist to get another pair of those same sunglasses.

They tried their best to help me because the person that took the reservation over the phone did not complete all information of a storage unit end of the van the box van I ordered, but I think your staff for helping me to get a box van and a storage unit

It wouldnt be a big problem, if they put some sinage or direction arrows for safety.. And mostly obmit the smart Alec comments about peoples drivers licenses - threat your customers with tespect - youll get the same back Aloha
