Things went very very smoothly overall. I did have an issue with some of the communication where when I called a central office the information was not relayed to the local office which caused a confusion. That happened in Oregon once, but didn't happen again.

Uhaul offered lot more storage for your money, then what I had previously experienced with another storage facility. The non air conditioning units was not dusty with bugs but very clean and air tight. I will definitely use uhaul storage again and refer all I know. Thanks for a great experience which is a rare find these days.

We were called that they had to change our pickup location to Largo the day before, this added at least 15 miles to our total trip. When returning the truck the woman that checked us out lacked any type of customer service at all. Not only did she not even look at as while speaking, she charged us $26 for gas for being just slightly under 3/4 tank and then another $70 for mileage. When we explained we had to come to this location for the truck she just ignored it and said “this is What the odometer says”. We budgeted $60, paid over $70 when we picked up the rental to have to pay an additional $80 at drop off. We used Uhaul last year for our move from west palm beach to Clearwater and paid about the same Price, this time we moved 9 miles away. To say we are unhappy is an understatement. We did not appreciate the employee that handled our return.

You are still trying to bill me for a U-Box that was returned in October. I had to cancel my credit card so you can't keep charging me. Box # AA1604A was emptied & returned to the Hudson Office. I recommend that any one think twice before using U-Box to move. Be prepared to have your calls transfused at least 4 times, spending 45 minutes just getting to someone that climes to be able to help you. But they don't. Don't count on them ever calling back either. They don't answer emails ether.

Location was fine.. the amount they charge per mile is absolutely insane. I was asked to guess my traveling miles and like who can do that and be even close to accurate?!? So my $85 total became $148.65 so I will never rent another U Haul ever again! They didn't used to charge for your mileage considering you have to replace the gas you use and that is already crazy expensive 😒

5 th time renting this month, asked for a one way ticket to Leesburg, Yalaha area34797. Instead I got a local area move and I did no my read the contract , subsequently I was made to return it to largo or pay double one way moves,, no consideration for 4 previous moves . I m kinda done with Uhaul.

They never answer phone or emails and my account was messed up from the beginning. I sent several emails and so did my son . I have never had such problems with a U-Haul in my life. My son went in to pay our bill in September and had to wait over 30 minutes in lobby and then he asked for a receipt and waited again for at least 15 minutes said he would email and close it out but it never happened.

After picking up my trailer and loading my car on it I was called from that location to come back because they made mistake and give me wrong trailer. I had to turn around and wasted two hours for their mistakes.

Elijah your employee is a huge asset to your company for the fact that he gives above and beyond help with your customer. I am in a very stressful situation and he was so pleasant and informing and very kind to me in this sensitive situation I'm in. He's an absolute gentleman in this crazy world we are in today.

They sent me out in a 10' truck while the tread tire indicator light was and is activated. I went back to the location to make sure nothing was wrong with tire and was informed the wiring for the indicator is faulty. About between 3:15-3:25 PM another indicator notice was activated to "Service Tire Monitor System". My rental agreement is for a one way trip to LA, California. Yes, I can call roadside assistance for help or a switch out, but if the Largo location didn't have the serviced and ready equipment why rent it to a customer. At ;present I am in Daphne, AL in a LaQunta Inn & Suites Hotel. I feel a little more insecure taking the trip. Why leave it to the customer to make the decision. My funds are low and can't pay for another rental. While I am grateful the store was listed as having available equipment, the night before, it is most uncomfortable being on the road not knowing what to expect. Indicator lights keep going off. Never wanted to play this game. This incident is factual

I had a contract for a 26 ft I think I'd call them at least five times to verify this they sent the contract via email stating I was getting a 26 foot as I always use a 26 ft and halfway through the moving I asked the guys why wasn't everything fitting and he said oh forgot to tell you it was a 20-footer they said that's all they had but they had some 26 when sitting on the lot mine was reserved for a long time. Know everything would not fit just as I knew it wouldn't. So that's my experience hope you had a better one than I did

First of all, the night before my move, the St. Petersburg location called me to tell me they overbooked and they wanted to send me to a city 30 miles away to pick up my truck. After calling the main office, I found a location a bit closer but this was still an inconvenience. Second, when I returned the truck that night, the app would not work and I could not load up my photo. I was charged an additional $20 for an after hours service fee? This is ridiculous. U-Haul has gone down hill.

When someone rents a truck, they should be reminded that the liability coverage on their personal vehicle does not automatically provide liability coverage for use of the truck. (Mine doesn't) So most people will want to purchase both collision and liability coverage from you.

Honestly it was horrible because the truck didn't have a ramp and it wasn't notated that it didn't have a ramp like every other truck that I've ever rented and I had to lift a really heavy piece of equipment without a ramp and the truck could not adjust the mirrors so I can barely see when driving I am not happy with the experience that I had with that it hurt my back trying to lift it up

It would be a good idea to add additional tie-down on the floor of the shipping containers. Also a web link to pay any fees in advance if the client would like to do so. The Uhaul reps in New Port Richey FL and Chalis, WA were great to work with. thanks

Sliding door access card doesn't work 1st all time takes 2-3 times to open. Lighting in space not working. Common area lighting turns off. Locker too far from sensor. Mentioned to staff said that area was an addition and that's the way it is. Safety concern too dark and tripping hazards
