The check oil light was on, and remained so through out my limited use of the truck. There was about an inch and a half of water in the drivers door pocket and I had nothing to clean it up with. Otherwise the truck performed fine.DAVID L.

When I got there the worker told me I at the wrong location. The place on the order was 137 miles away, clearly it was not corrected when I called. He said charges would be incurred. I had to ask him to call someone internally to correct the location. He did and it was corrected.RALPHJ R.

on my contract I was given an address that was not uhaul. I had to find it. I was charged for extra miles over my free mileage which I feel was unfair having to run around Lebanon, Pa. to find this uhaul location !!! I tried calling the drop off location 2x both having the phone forwarded to uhaul that couldn't help me with the location. Finally when found the guy was sitting outside smoking not answering the phone !! I feel this is unfair for extra milage charge when this place couldn't answer the phone to give me directionsJohn S.

Truck smelled heavily of cigarettes which triggered some nausea and the smell stuck to my clothes. Truck also stated it needed an oil change, however window sticker said it was recently done a thousand miles prior. The rep who gave me the truck wasnt very friendly, seemed really irritated. #22116742 I ordered a 10 Ft truck and upon arrival was told that only a 15 was available. I am not pleased that I wasn't notified plus wanted a smaller truck to maneuver in the city of Pittsburgh. Plus now I will end up spending more money on gas because of a bigger truck then needed. I have rented from U-Haul on several different occasions in the past. I want up having to extend my rental do to a unforeseen error with my order being placed at my local retailer I was picking up material. I understand paying for the extra day even though I only used it for an additional six hours, but I don't agree with having to pay for insurance all over again. It isn't as if I took the vehicle back Andre rented it. I merely extended my rental by 6 hours oh, I should not have to pay the insurance feed but I've already paid for a vehicle that is already insured for an additional six hours of use. The fact that I paid for an entire another day on the rental for those six hours should have been enough.Joseph R.

I could not get through to this location by phone to let them know I was running a few minutes late. They close at 7pm. I spent 20 min on the phone with the dispatcher which was a waste of time. I was really disappointed and upset with the communication that was provided.SARAH J.

The checkout took a very long time, despite the fact that we checked in online before arriving. Everything had to be done over again, it seemed. The computer system crashed twice while trying to check out. And , despite being assured before booking that we could easily return after hours, there seemed to be a pro lem with letting us do so. We rushed to get the trailer back in 2 hours because of that. The clerk in the store complained quite a lotJoshua M.

This location went above and beyond. The Assit. Manager is very helpful. On the Indianapolis end the first U-Haul location double booked my trailer. And just said you couldn't have a trailer. So I asked them to look for another place that's how I got to Kentucky Avenue which was good. But the first place I was supposed to get the trailer at was not helpful and they double booked my trailer after I drove 600 miles to pick it up. I am still waiting on that area manager to call me. Because the first place said I could get 75.00 to 200.00 back for driving the extra 80 miles causing another two hours of work after they double booked my trailer. First off, I want to thank the person who ran my key out to me, unprompted, in the pouring rain. Very nice and courteous young man. As far as my rental, the truck needed some maintenance. The airbag light was on, and definitely needed an alignment.Brandon D.
The employees were all fairly friendly and helpful, but none of the employees were wearing masks inside the building the two times I went. When getting my account set up, there were two employees working at the computer without any sort of mask. When checking out, there were three employees working on and out of the building. One of the employees did have his mask on while outside, but when I saw him inside later, he and the other two employees were not wearing masks. I felt very unsafe. In addition, the couple of customers I saw inside the storage warehouse were not wearing masks either (which I acknowledge is a lot harder to control).David K. | Overall Experience

When my debit card was going to be charged for the next month, it could not be. I did not know this at the time but the employee knew that and did not contact me to let me know. Instead, he let it go three days until finally letting me know he was charging me $15 extra for being late. I tried to tell him this, but he did not seem to care and charged my card anyway. So instead of $103 I paid $118. I know it isn’t that big of a difference but during times like these, every penny counts and this entire ordeal was very unflattering. It was like HE was making that $15 and did not seem to care what I had to say. I have a concern for the employees as sometimes they work alone and in this day and age that's unsafe, anyone could go inside while the employee is outside and anything could happen when they return to the inside.
