Answer the phone locally; was referred to a central corporate office each time I called over a two day period with questions about the local facility. Eventually just stopped by to ask the questions and was greeted and assisted efficiently. The app worked fine for drop off, not so much for pick up. Third failed attempt to get past the add on insurance option sent me inside where the staff was helpful and efficient and completed the rental.

TODD GThe trucks are supposed to be SMOKE FREE, but the one we received had a STRONG smoke odor and residual in it. As an asthmatic family, this made it VERY DIFFICULT to use the truck the way we intended, and we returned it early.

KAREN WThe employees were very confused how to add a dolly to my order. They had a very limited supply and didn't even have what I actually wanted. They also didn't mention an important text that I would receive and need to do before leaving. I don't look at my phone 24/7 so it was too late. Might be nice if the trucks reserved we're parked a little closer for days like that day it was raining. I was also rung up the more expensive tv screen box and had to tell them it's wrong. Just trying to screw me over every chance they could. Honestly probably done with uhaul after this experience. There's competition and I'll check them out before going back to uhaul.
KIEFER BI was not able to pick up my truck after 7pm on the night I scheduled- I found out the next morning that it was because they didn't have the furniture dollies I had requested- it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

RAYMOND GDrop off was very smooth and streamlined. And again the staff was amazing, even though I didn't need it, they helped disconnect the trailer and was very engaging with the small talk which I really enjoyed. Plus the equipment I rented, which was an Auto Tranport Trailer worked perfectly and was well maintained. Big thank you to the staff at both pick up and drop off!

Reserved a trailer earlier in the morning at about 10:30 (listed opening time), went to pick it up, and they had a sign on the door. "Will be back at 2:00." My reservation time was for 11:00.

JANETT BI ended up with a truck bigger than I need because they didn’t have the size I requested a week ago but what honestly irritated me the most was receiving a truck on an 1/8 of a tank of fuel and having to fuel up before the trip started especially not knowing how much the bigger truck would use. So it got returned with a half tank of gas.

DARRYL WWater on the floor multiple times reported to staff staff was rude and obnoxious not helpful. Was locked out of storage unit multiple times despite my bill being paid. I’m disabled use a wheelchair. Had to go up to office multiple times due to being locked out very inconvenient. Staff treated me like it was an inconvenience to offer assistance for anything not just one time but multiple times very rude.

We were to pick up a truck after hours on Fri & when we opened the lock box that supposedly had the truck keys in it , there were NO keys! For the next hour we were on the phone with your call center trying to figure this all out & were finally told to come back in the morning which completely messed up our business moving schedule due to your locations' lack of follow thru & being detail oriented! When we came back the next morning, the woman , manager was actually very knowledgeable & helpful. Then in the afternoon, we returned to reserve our FREE 1 mo storage rental & that young man was a robot at best! He told us we could drive the 26' truck into the storage area to unload, well that was a lie! Then gave us the space like 2 blocks from the garage door so we would have needed to walk with heavy furniture all that way! I turned that space down & went somewhere else with outside drive up ability. I went back to the Allentown Rd store to return the truck & the keys & the minute I walked in the front door, the young African American man said:" there she is AGAIN!" WOW! How rude!

Told me it was my responsibility to make sure brake lights are working before leaving the facility, how am I suppose to put my foot on the brake and at the same time go to the back of the truck to make sure they are on. Why are these trucks not inspected before giving it to a customer! The facility in Lima, Ohio is to relaxed and do not care about customers safety!! I would never recommend this place on Allentown Rd.

Rick RWhen the customer sets the order up online and pays for it online, they should not have to go thru everything again when they go in to get the equipment. Needless to say, nothing was right about the order when I did go in to get it. The equipment had a bolt missing from the side lock. We realized that when we got it home. We had to put a new bolt in to secure it.

TRACY HCheck in is a pain and then it's go hunt for the vehicle we gave you keys to. The vehicle should be ready to go and FULL. Not 3/4,7/8. It's a game. Just bring it back full. And locate the vehicle up front not clear out by the road. That's poor customer service. Checking back in a breeze.

I believe it was an inside job so one knows more then they r saying but it is ok they will have their karma one day!!
