Last customer left windows down so there was standing water, back tailgate was up and ramp stuck out. The back gate was extremely hard to open and close. The gas gauge was not measured correct.

Everything went fine renting the equipment. I had good service, but now after a week they are trying to charge me for an extra 1 mile that I know I didn’t have. I ended my route using exactly 10 miles and after a week you send me a notice with a request for payment on a mile that I didn’t use. Other than trying to charge me more after I put extra gas in the vehicle my service with gentleman was good.

The Uhaul truck was not clean when I picked it up. I took a picture on the app to show it was not very clean. When I returned it; I was charged a cleaning fee and did nothing at all to dirty it.

I do not recommend this location as long as Montana is manager she has no managerial skills and she is VERY unprofessional to say the least. Montana is the name of the manager there and sent me to the wrong location and when I came back to explain it to her and told her I need to call 1-800 number she's told me that this is her store and she don't care if I do call the 1-800 number I'm still not getting the location that I'm supposed to get. And I rented the truck for 4 hours I was on the phone with U-Haul maybe 1-2 hours trying to get some help and I did not get no help until the end... With all this going on I had a brother who I had to take the chemo so I was running out of time trying to get the stuff in a storage unit and then dealing with her and I need someone to contact me about it please My phone number is 419-370-8857. I have been a long time customer of U-Haul and I have never ever been in this situation or dealt with this type of management and all of the years interacting with U-Haul. I was appalled at how she treated me and I think someone ought to know about how she did me. Please give me a call someone 419-370-8857. Thank You so much and God bless.

Hire more people. Especially on weekends when there's more people renting. Also, lock box to drop off keys was open and non functional to place keys in, causing me to wait in line to drop off keys.

The man who served me was acting very fishy. He originally told me he only charge me 104 dollars and some change not including what is added after the millage on the vehicle. I was like ok. When I checked my bank account the next day there was charge of 160 dollars and some change. I comforted him and he was nervous and said to make sure it got changed. I got a refund of 50 some dollars. The original vehicle I was suppose to get didnt start so we got another rental van. That other vehicle its passenger door doesn't latch or shut right. You can slam it and it still come open. You don't even have to touch the handle just push the door and it come open. With the guy acting werid, the problems with the uhals. It was a mess and very uncomfortable at other locations I have never had this many issues. So it threw me off.

My unit got broken into a couple days before I went to move it from the Elida rd location to the Allentown rd location and I just find it coincidentally the my unit was the only one broken into and ‘’ happened’’ just days before I am going to empty the unit out. I believe it was an inside job so one knows more then they r saying but it is ok they will have their karma one day!!

The vehicle was dirty and smelled strongly of marijuana. It ran fine and I was able to move the furniture that needed moved but I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and the smell.

The after-hours check-in was kind of sketchy . . . the parking lot was not well lit and if it had been raining/sleeting/snowing, there was very little cover to protect me when I was inspecting the vehicle, taking photos, uploading everything that needed to be done. We rushed back just so I could check back in before the counter closed to avoid the challenge of no cover.

I had reserved an appliance cart, yet when we arrived we were told none were available. The employee suggested we rent one from Menards, which had I known I would have to do that, I would have rented the truck from Menards, as well. So we had to use an hour of our rental time plus the extra mileage to go to Menards and then return the cart there, too. No concessions given by UHaul for this, not even an offer on the mileage.

Inside of the cab was dirty, the box was nice and clean. The reservation clearly stated that I was driving from Ohio to Florida, yet was given a truck that did not have cruise control. Heater worked great in the northern states, but once I crossed into Florida and switched to AC it did not work, making a 6hr drive with the windows down…

My drop off location changed without a phone call. I received an email saying “as we discussed…the new location is…”. There was no discussion. The original location in Whitehouse Station was very rude. Everything worked out - but that was not a good customer experience.

Trucks need to have furniture pads removed prior to next rental and trucks need to be swept out too. Our truck had used pads, stones and dirt in the box.

They said it was at 1/2 tank on fuel, it was actually at 3/8. The bed of the truck was very dirty. The exhaust on the truck seemed to be extremely loud. The ride of the truck was very rough ,like the tires were out of balance. Over all I was very dissatisfied.

This location just opened and I’m not convinced that they were ready. The employees there were very welcoming and helpful and for the things that we’re not quite right they did everything they could to make things right and I really appreciated that. Kudos to the staff.
