This was the first time I used this location. I was very impressed with the facility and the excellent customer service I received. The truck was warmed up and ready to go after the paperwork was quickly completed. Very satisfied with the service at this location and would not hesitate to use them again.
PAUL RThe phone call two days before the scheduled pickup date was key to a successful experience for us! We had scheduled three trailers for the same day pickup and they thought we only needed two but because of the advance phone call, they were able to obtain the third trailer and had all 3 trailers ready to go on the original scheduled date. We had family members driving from out of state to help us move and had that error not been corrected in time, it would have proven to be a BIG issue for us. However, the management at this store helped correct the situation. Good job everyone at this U-Haul location!
Michael PI was told the truck had 1/8 gas in it. When I started truck gas gauge was below empty. I had to return to get truck with some gas two hours later.

THOMAS WYour staff made renting a storage space very easy. The storage facility is always very clean and easily accessible with moving carts available. We like the temperature control as well, especially during times of excessive heat and during inclement weather. We are very satisfied with all of our dealings with U-Haul.
Richard H | First ImpressionsI ordered supplies with my rental vehicle, all through the website directly. But when I went tot he store to pick up the supplies, the associate couldn’t find the order. It took 30 minutes to figure it out, but it was a hassle for just $20 of boxes.
Alexys GThe units do not have enough space between them. They park large RVs next to each other and don’t consider the proper space it takes to back in a large 5th wheel next to an RV that has huge mirrors, also found the front gate open all the time and my gate remote only worked once in awhile. It does have a nice wash station and dump out. I’ll still give this place a high rating and would also refer friends and family.

Seems like the onus is on the customer these days with making sure the correct vehicles are being rented, i.e. license plate matches the contract, keys, rented supplies are given and etc and alerting the employees to make corrections. What’s the point of have people run the shop and waste my time correcting their mistakes... I rather deal with a robot/app entirely if this is the case. In other words the customer service is lacking and creates a barrier to the app process. Repaint the drop off lanes at this location (can hardly see them, also the return sign is small and unnoticeable. Better sync up return instructions with the app could definitely help as well.
DIANE WI rented from this location before and ha a bad rental experience and the truck was in poor condition, dangerous condition. The second time I rented from this location, it was a better experience. The truck was reliable and customer service was friendly.

The procedure would be to make extreme effort to contact the customer that he forgot an assortment of keys. Instead of after a few days they disappear into someone’s possession. I could see keeping the lock and pitching the keys is what I would do. Why call the customer it literally take a minute out of your crazy busy day. Literally was my mistake cause I forgot but then end possession epic fail.
DEREK SI dropped it off after business hours so I didn’t see anybody, but it was very easily done.

The day of, after the ap showed I no longer had a reservation the ap would not show the room I wanted to rent as available. I was able Tom call the facility, and they assured me a room was available for when I arrived.

I didn't even use the cargo hold for the truck but there was dirt EVERYWHERE inside the back... HORRIBLE JOB

JON S1) Was charged for extra day when vehicle was returned approximately 6 hours that day. Received multiple calls asking if I wanted to extend the rental and advised it was returned the same day it was rented. Staff indicated that someone must not of checked the vehicle back in from the day before???? Overall customer experience was below poor and at times Mgr (Candy) lacked fundamental skill sets that would greatly benefit from basic customer service training. 2) was mislead on vehicles available requiring us to book a more expensive vehicle. When we arrived onsite the initially requested vehicle was available

Assuming, that the APP was what we only could communicate with. Problem with that was if you had poor cell service you could not get on the APP or it was difficult to navigate through not very user friendly. We miss the customer service that 1on1 that tells what you need to do and how to do it. Especially if a Uhaul was not used in long time for the customer. Maybe this is the new way. Anti-customer interaction.

This time UHAUL has come thru with flying colors to win me back a a UHAUL customer. I rented a 4x8 and got a 5x8 at no extra charge. also, 2 extended days for free as my vehicle broke down. I am also enjoying a free month with my 5x10 storage unit. At this time i will only use UHAUL for my transportation needs.

Don't claim to be secure but do nothing to prevent vandalism or theft. The price keeps going up but nothing changes with the quality of the facility. Let's keep jacking up the price and do noting to improve the RV storage area. I leave my spot and you can't even pro-rate me for the extra 3 weeks that are paid for. REALLY? GARBAGE. I will never recommend this place because it's gone downhill is overall quality/service/professionalism/integrity.

RONALD M | Overall ExperienceWhen I showed up to move in there was a lock on my unit. When I called uhaul they rented me another unit. When I got ahold of the manger he came right out and let us in. Mind you it took an hour to get to the point of getting the manager on the phone and another 20 minutes for him to arrive. He said no problem we will cancel the other one. That didn't happen. I went into the store a week later and they tried to cancel it but couldn't. They said the manager had to do it. I text the manager all the info and I am still getting billed. That's terrible.
