You are making more people mad than you are helping them. They stiffed me and I had to find other movers last minute. Just a thought to do business better.

Also when I returned the truck, I had to sit and wait for him to do the whole check, if all the turn signals lights, brakes etc. it felt excessive and I've never had to wait for that in the past, it took like 20 mins and my time is valuable

Pattie R.One star is too generous of a rating. I rented a 26 foot truck on Friday, April 8th. I confirmed the storage unit availability for Sunday, April 10th. The storage unit reservation had been made six weeks before. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon to unload the truck into the storage unit I was flippantly told that no climate controlled 10 x 15 units were available. The assistant manager was young and had a very poor attitude. He did not have any customer service skills and tried to gaslight me by redefining what a reservation means. I will to seek competitors in the future for my storage and truck rental requirements. This is the worst facility I have EVER dealt with in many years of renting UHaul!

ted S.Pick up and self-drop-off (after hours return) were very easy to do. I appreciated the customer service of the staff when I was picking up the truck. The truck itself was in good condition, however, as I noted during checkout using the app, sometimes it would start to shake, fairly hard. I was not traveling very fast, maybe 45 and 55 mph when it occurred. Hopefully it's already repaired for the next guy. Or maybe it was user error, I did not receive any response to my feedback. So maybe that is the thing you can do for improvement, send a reply to customers that leave comments on the condition of the vehicle. Thanks, the truck was just what I needed at the time!

Kristen L. | First ImpressionsI rented a 4'x8' I closed trailer. Brought the trailer home and loaded it for our 1600 mile drive. Once it was fully loaded I noticed one tire was bald so called the rental location and was told to bring it back and they'd replace the tire. Once I got there I was informed they didn't change tires and I'd have to call for a company to come and replace the tire. Once back home the truck came to replace the bald tire and said he'd change both tires. He removed the good tire and found it was splitting and I wouldn't have driven much further before it blew. He then jacked up the trailer to remove the bald tire which he said had budges on it and that the bearings were shot ass the rim flopped around but he wouldn't replace the bearing. I had to unload the trailer and return it to the pick up location where I got a beer trailer with new tires . In total I drove 120 miles and had to reload the trailer. WHY would a company rent out a trailer that could have had me stranded out on the highway or worse caused a terrible accident . If those reading this make sure you check out the trailer before leaving the rental place as you can't trust them to do it.

Angela B.We moved out because, in spite of having 24hr access, the doors would not open using our access card. Other times, the side door was left just unlocked. These issues have happened several times over the last year causing us time and money. Every single time we have tried to get ahold of someone in charge, we were forwarded to sales associates. No reimbursement was offered, not even a pro-rated refund for not giving us access during the hours we have been paying for. IT WAS DIFFICULT IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE USING THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR THE GM OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No reliability, no security, no management personnel, and no customer service. What a rip-off!

Front right steering tire was bald on outside edge of tire and you could hear the front wheel bearing making noise. Thankfully the move I had to do was local I didn't that unit on highway for fear of my life and other people. UHaul once again sucked.

Ryan G.Customer service was terrible salesperson told us to leave the auto transport until the truck was loaded when we came back with a loaded truck for the auto hauler (already paid for) they told us Thy sold our transport? You sold the auto hauler trailer that I paid for? I did not get a refund for the auto hauler and the place they sent me to charged 3x the amount and they didn't even help with the set up of attaching to the truck. Then as if things couldn't be worse they did not add the additional 2 days so we were getting calls from the drop off location saying they had leased the truck k and we needed to be back when we weren't even in Oklahoma City. I paid double insurance and $1000 higher than on line deal I paid for. I will NEVER use uhaul again nor will any of my friends or family. I am a disabled veteran and very disappointed in this deal gone bad

They addressed my concerns immediately with respect, patience and determination. An issue developed with the removal of my car from the vehicle transport. A few attendants addressed the removal issue and prevented damage to my vehicle. The staff also addressed the miscommunication concerning the storage reservation that was processed through the corporate office. They were knowledgeable and resolute by accomodating me for my troubles. I'm extremely satisfied with this location.

We had to make an unexpected trip out of town and desperately needed a few things out of our storage unit. We couldn’t locate our keys to our padlock. The staff and manager refused to let us on our unit, we wanted to cut OUR lock. They told us we had to call a locksmith. It was in the early evening. This was not feasible. I have been using Uhaul for nearly 40 years. Never again.

In fact, they said that they had six reservations and only one vacancy at the entire facility, which was also reserved. Anyway, they provided the only available room which was 8x10x15. In general, I was disappointed with U-Haul taking my reservation and then not providing the storage room that I rented. The disheveled store staff members are left to sort out the mess. Your staff should never have made a call to me on behalf of my wife. She is an adult and is more than capable of using the phone by herself. Advise your staff they should stay out of things they know nothing about. I can understand making 1 call but after that they should have let it go. Tim J. | First ImpressionsWe initially booked the rental on-line for a 26 foot but called to change the reservation to a 15 foot vehicle which we were told was one way. When we actually got to the location we were informed that this was not the case and that we would have to return the vehicle back to the location even though it was way out of our way. For a company that charges 99 cents per mile, it would be helpful to allow a one way clause, especially when we had booked it that way on the phone. The attendant said if she changed it to a one way we would have to add an additional $70 dollar charge. Also, the vehicle was not full when we picked it up, but were told to ensure it was full upon being returned. I did so, but am wondering why I am not being prorated for the cost of the gas that I had to fill up past what was provided to me. Additionally, when I asked about a military discount, I was informed this was only provided at the actual storage location, which I was using, to store our belongings and yet no discount (Military aside) was given for the use of the truck. I would not recommend using U-Haul in the future.

We will never again look at u-haul as our mover. We did try to resolve!! The facility is nice. It’s uhaul that does not stand behind their promises.

Upon renting a UHaul truck, found that I qualified for 1 month free rent - which helps out. I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant, and noticed that this is a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of cameras and security sensors. The rental unit was spotless and seemed to be very new.

I was harrssed by phone calls because of his error and talked to very rude and degrading including his caps in text messages on replies. I was accused and blamed for his issue not properly handling situations. Instead told me when I called the emergency line he didn’t answer because it was 1 o’clock in the morning and he found this was a nuisance and I shouldn’t of called. Was handled very poorly. Make matters worse received a increased invoice starting in February for a absurb dollar amount!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Told staff but when I returned before 7 pm it was still there. Need mouse traps everywhere b/c all units had mouse poop but one w/spiders had the most mouse poop. I did tell staff about black widow, other spiders & mouse poop in the one unit.
Joan M. | Overall ExperienceDon’t take the insurance, it does not cover the unit, only if something happens to the whole facility. For example, insurance only covers if there is a fire or flood. The CSRs were extremely rude and offered 0 help with the problems I have here. I stored an air loomed piano that my great grandmother gave me, long story short, I went to clean my unit out and the piano was filled with spider webs, black widows, and brown recluses. The people on duty said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the insurance doesn’t cover it so I’m basically SOL.. The general manager said he can’t do anything without pictures to start a “claim”. It’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard anything. I’m furious. Don’t go here.

Josh B. | Overall ExperienceOur experience with U-Haul on 303 and Northern was great. However just a little disappointed and confused. We rented 2 units and 1 unit we were refunded on when we closed it. Keep in mind that is was at the beginning of that month. We recently closed our second unit and it was at the middle of the month. We were told that we would not be given a refund or even prorated for the remainder of the month even tho uhaul was paid in full for the entire month. Doesnt seem right to not be prorated for the last 2 weeks. We basically gave those funds away.
