Brian KKeys to the truck could not be found at check out. Truck was not fueled to the start level provided which resulted in me putting 20 litres extra in fuel on return. No discount for this was offered.
JEFFREY JSystem was down apparently when I returned the truck and the staff member was a bit stressed!!

KEVIN EThe tires on this unit were completely unacceptable and unsafe, especially given that this occurred in the middle of winter. It took me over two hours and a quarter tank of gas just to get out of my own driveway. That is unreasonable and avoidable. For context, other vehicles on this property, a Chevy Cruze, a GMC Terrain, and a rear-wheel-drive pickup truck, have no issues whatsoever in the same conditions. The problem was not the driveway or the weather. The problem was the U-Haul equipment. These tires should never have been rented out in winter conditions. I lost a significant amount of time, wasted fuel, and was put in an unsafe situation due to inadequate equipment. This experience was frustrating, costly, and entirely preventable.

Angela HIt stormed the day I picked up my uhaul..I was told I could pick it up according to the weather..I picked it up at 1:30 pm and they told me I have until 5pm but it was ok because they will be there for 7pm for drop off..they took close to $400 out of my bank account..I was told it was going to be a bigger truck..it was a small truck..I still have half my stuff that I left behind..I am a single lady paying for my own apartment plus power and deposit on my apartment..the money I had left over was for groceries and they robbed my bank account..I put gas in the truck and also took pictures of the mess thay the truck was in before we left the lot..I was told from the exact distance there and back it was $102 ..I am not happy at all..I have no food because of this..I am on. A very strick budget and have half of my things and had to sacrifice the rest of my belongings..
cindy mThe ad on the back of the truck says 19.99 per day, but when you get there, pay the extra charges, vehicle collision protection, mileage (30 miles by the way) it was around 100$. Uhauls great... if you want to pay literally 5× what is advertised.

MATTHEW DRented an auto trailer. Service was great, would only recommend to have the trailer parts oiled and de-iced so that it is easier to use during winter.

ANDREA CEverything was great except for the price for storage, I payed $260 a month at no cost to them ,in my opinion it should have been cheaper, I had no choice but to store my stuff at the last minute as i was moving out of town . I tried to get my stuff out as quickly as possible. Had it been cheaper I would have been able to have more time ,not to mention when I got the unit it was the only one they had and it was too big for what I needed ,they should have lowered the price .I will never rent a storage unit from any Uhaul again because of the price, other than that the staff was great.

Shianne STime after time, this location has been the best. Helpful, friendly and Sharon and her crew have been the best. I book my things with them in advance to ensure I get that location. If U-Haul needs a training place, they should use that location.

Maksym I | First ImpressionsThe only comment I would make would be to add a step to picking up the key from the lock box. I would recommend that after the key is retrieved that the final step is to re-lock the box. It felt weird leaving that lock there and worrying that somebody might steal it. The attendant working that day was there with me so I am hopeful that he took the lock to a safe place.
