Very friendly and helpful staff. The storage lot is always clean and free of debris and I’ve seen some of the staff do security checks to make sure all units are secure. I will probably always use U-Haul for my storage needs!

Truly above and beyond experience! The staff (unfortunately cannot remember the name of the gentleman who assisted us) and manager Kayra are wonderful, kind and really know how to do their job and make the stress of moving melt away. I cannot even begin to explain how great of an experience we had with the last minute request for a truck and storage unit. Communication, professionalism and friendly attitude was incredible. I arrived and everything was ready for me, they helped and showed me around and took the extra time to create a comfortable experience. I really cannot say how great of an experience this was and will be recommending to everyone. As someone who moves every year this has been my best experience by far.

Most professional and on top of it U haul in Branson. I have used many of them and had issues with them and/or items not there to pick up as promised. However, this location has your rental ready to go before you arrive and is very pleasant and professional.

I was at another storage unit in town in a nightmare situation for 1 1/2 years that I couldn’t get out of bc I moved in there when I didn’t know I was 2 weeks pregnant. I finally was able to move out and THANK GOD I found this uhaul location. It was such a night and day difference. The manager Kayra was so kind and helpful. I interacted with another staff member (I think his name was Jason?) who was super nice as well. The whole place was clean and beautiful. I moved in on New Years Day and could t of asked for a more positive way to start the New Year!!!! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!!! I hope corporate office realizes what gems they have there!!!!

There was apparently a gas leak in the building that my unit was in and I was never informed of this issue and I was inside my unit posting things for sale on marketplace and apparently the lady working just walked up and tried to open my storage unit without saying a word first which I felt was incredibly rude and unprofessional, luckily I had the door where she was unable to open it. She claimed that she was only trying to open it to see if someone was inside it since it did not have a lock on the outside. She leaves and comes back a while later and does the exact same thing again! Claims that she can’t hear me doing anything and states it’s dark in the hallway. It’s really irrelevant to me if it’s dark in the hallway, I had light in my unit posting things. She comes back about 30 minutes later and ask me to open the door all the way ( it was open slightly under halfway) so I opened the door and imagine my shock when she is standing there with a taney county deputy…she couldn’t even try to have a conversation with me first if by being in my unit for longer than she deemed necessary and not having my door open for her and anyone else to see exactly what I’m doing and exactly what I have in there at all times. I really felt like as a pain customer. She could’ve given me the courtesy of trying to have a conversation with me about these things. If they weren’t allowed before attempting to get me a loitering charge would it come down to was she thought I was trying to live in there? I guess people try to do that. Maybe I don’t know I wasn’t And how she just asked me. I could’ve shown her. She didn’t need the cops to come that was so rude so disrespectful so unnecessary and honestly a waste of their time. Then she wants to limit my access to my own storage unit twice a week for 30 minutes and she has to escort me what a joke not only will I not recommend you to anybody I will highly discourage anybody from renting from you honestly she was rude, incredibly unprofessional and a liar And I really feel like I should’ve been informed of a gas leak.

I don’t feel that there’s really anything to improve. Kayra has been one of the best customer service reps that I’ve ever dealt with, she went beyond the call to see that we had a positive experience with uhaul. We just moved from Massachusetts and this is byfar the best uhaul experience we ever experienced . That speaks volumes . More employees should be as dedicated as kayra . Thank you! Kundrot’s

Check-in for my truck was fairly quick (online reservation to counter checkout). Staff was helpful, especially Peter. Truck was clean and easy to drive out the yard. I didn't need any supplies, but the retail office had lots of support materials available. The only slight delay was getting the keys, which were found in a night drop box. Drop off was the easiest part; I walked in, handed the agent my keys, responded to her question that I was simply returning the truck I'd just parked at the curb, and was thanked as I left the store. (I was advised that any adjustments to my reservation and prepayment would be handled; I have a 30-mile refund due for less driving than estimated.) Great experience!

All the employees I felt with were great. But the truck was not in the location where I booked online. The U-Haul employee had to search and call around to find my truck. It was located not far from the original location, but when your paying movers $100 an hour it gets expensive to have just sitting.

My experience was really great. The customer ice was a breath of fresh air and the employees assisting me were very helpful and made me feel like they wanted my business. They sounded like they love their job. Price of overall transaction did seem a little more than I thought but overall I was very satisfied

The overall experience was great until we cleared out the unit. At some point the unit had water in it. When we began unboxing things that had been on the floor, everything was moldy. Many of our clothing items and furniture pieces are ruined and had to be thrown out.

Unfortunately the climate controlled unit flooded and my electronic equipment and media were all exposed and damaged. The onsite staff was as helpful as they could be. The insurance company that Uhaul uses was not accommodating at all and wanted me to jump through many hoops before they would even consider reimbursement of a claim. I understand that the renters of the other climate controlled units that were affected by the flooding were unsuccessful in getting their claims reimbursed as well. I hope there is a way that this Uhaul site can get a contract with a better insurance provider.

The self storage was great. However, the trailer I rented (4x8), was 222 bucks for one day. Over one hundred dollars more than advertised. I even returned it a day early. They kept 20 bucks of my 60 dollar deposit for returning the trailer 'after hours'. I never know that 10 am on a Monday morning was after hours. I'll never rent from u haul again. Thanks!

Although the truck was very clean, this truck was tired. The engine sounded like it was about to die. Clicking and clacking, slow going up the hills. Luckily I wasn’t hauling anything heavy. 156k miles on this rig. I didn’t know you all kept these that long. I drove it 40 miles and filled it up 6 gallons, if it was full at the start that about 7 miles to the gallon. I can’t imagine driving this any distance at all.

Inside business reeked of Marijuana. I gave it a break but then went to check into the truck and inside the cab wreaked of marijuana, she tried to give me another truck and it wreaked of marijuana so I settled for the third one only because I was desperate. When I returned it a different lady said yeah she said we had a skunk problem and I said that's called skunk weed. Anyone can tell the difference so please don't try to make me feel stupid

When uhaul took over the Mt. Branson storage I was not informed in a timely manner that I could no longer store my motorcycle there. Therefore I had to get another unit elsewhere and it cost me $74.00 because of the timing. NOT GOOD.
