Check the tires for screws and let the customer know what to do if they have a tire issue. The unit we rented has a screw in the tread/sidewall area. It didn't affect the trip but we were worried about it the whole week. Other than that, thank you for being there!JEFFREY D.

better accuracy of fuel level. This is first time I was given vehicle with less fuel in tank than was stated in , i.e. it was 7/8 full but contract stated full tank. I drove off before noticing and so had to return vehicle with full tank which was four gallons more than I used. I will be more attent to this next time but alerted the representative upon return, for the record.joe C.

Truck with low gas, I did pay for the day use but told I would return the truck by 2pm. They where very strict and made sure I would returned at that time because the truck where rented again at 2 pm.Osnei K.

three times ttried to get signed up online. Came in and it would not download. Took another 30 minutes. Pulled up to destination and was an old dolly rolling around in the back - drove 26 miles and was charged for 8 gallons of fuel. Charged for dolly that I did not want. Your system would not allow the manager to pull up my contract so I had to drive in once again WITH a copy of my contract that I had downloaded and give it to her. She adjusted. Overall a totally bad experience. NOT the fault of the facility - TOTALLY THE FAULT OF YOUR CORPORATION!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER - MUCH WASTED TIME.John L.

We had such a good experience using the Uboxes to move. Aubrey was so helpful and accommodating. We moved out of a condo with limited areas to park the Uboxes and she worked with us to make it happen. She made the whole move so much easier for us and it was so nice to deal with someone who truly cares. We highly recommend this service!!Terri B.

Everything was amazing except the computer to check in was often not working. That also meant the speaker to call the front office was not working. Several times I’d have to get in my car and drive to the front to have them let me in. It was just inconvenient. The actual units were very nice and climate controlled. Bathrooms were not kept up very well. Soap was watered down or nonexistent. It’s still one of the better storage facilities I’ve used in Maui.Lexi M. | Overall Experience

I was overcharged on mileage and they were also was aware gas wasnt all the way full when I picked up rental but they charged me anyway. I called the location and he said oh yah I see but I cannot do nothing that I needed to call and get fixed. What?!?! First time renting a U-haul, and I rented it for our school Parent Teacher Student Organization to use to distribute 250 food box care packages to our families. The ease of reserving the vehicle, and picking up and returning saved me so much time. Customer Service at the store was great also. Staff was friendly and helpful! Rental price was reasonable except the only downside, was the extra cost of the mileage. You can rent another vehicle for almost the same price. Would be helpful to maybe have a special rate program for schools or non-profits when using in these cases. All in all, we were very satisfiedAlan M.

Your customer service man was rude, abrasive and not helpful at all. Your sign said the cost of a 15' truck was $39.95 and when I asked why he was charging me something like $160.00 he rudely said it's so much per mile. I asked him how come the sign didn't include THAT and his response was... if you don't want it you can leave. Not very Aloha!RUBY M.

My comment is that I wasn't able to contact the local office directly. Since I had misplaced the keys, it took me half an hour to finally get connected to the local manager, who told me I could come get the spare keys from him. Thanks to Lyft, I was able to do so and return to the U-Haul box truck and get it out of Home Depot's loading area in another hour... but at least they were very gracious about it.John H.

The loaders on the Kirkland, WA side did not wrap my furniture in the blankets - they just shoved them in the back of the UBOX! So, my furniture pieces have scratches and big dents. they just used plastic wrap. The Ubox delivery and pickup on the Maui side was handled very wellLori I.

Dishonest practice, Expensive and Unfriendly Staff! I stopped by here yesterday to rent a truck. Paperwork done with a big white older guy. Cordial guy but he charges expensive at 89 cents a mile after their 19.95 intown pricing. This guy had me sign a contract stating what the mileage and gas tank level was at. Odometer was off. Gas was really not at the 3/4 level. I was in a rush so I thought I could bring it up at return. The Fold truck ( BP 1614) stunk like someone had smoked in it and flat bed was wet ( hot sunny day, no rain). 5 hours later at 4:30 pm or so I come back and return the truck back with a young gal wearing a green polo that says General Manager, I think her name is Kayci. I brought up that the odometer did not match my contract and the gas was less. She only adjusted the mileage. Rude and unfriendly behavior really began when I asked to use the customer restroom if they had one, I was directed to the back by Kayci. I saw another staff member cleaning, she was a fat local gal. She eventually noticed me standing there keeping my 6 feet distance from the restroom and asked if I needed help. I kindly replied with a â€œ smileâ€ telling her that I was waiting for the restroom but there is â€œ no rushâ€. She turns around and I keep there standing, then she comes back very unfriendly and says that she â€œ just started â€œ cleaning. I replied again that I am not in a rush but I have no where else to go and pee. Told her to take her time. She storms out of the bathroom visibly annoyed , mumbling something and goes to the front counter ( most likely to ask the other gals if I am even a â€œ customer â€œ) . She comes back shortly and looks at me and curtly says :â€ Go ahead use itâ€. I did but felt that offended that she would have such an attitude. I was never pushy, I never asked her to rush or when she would be done, etc. I was total chill but this gal was nasty! *Compare odometer and gas level, make sure truck is cleaned for you and good luck in getting better service that I did*JOhn M.

All good and great staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist. Uhaul is still my go to place for moving and storing.. thank you. Not a complaint but an observation.. during this covid time and noting the signage on the storefront... All staff do not wear face coverings until costumer comes in.. Ok.. Some staff remove their face coverings once outside with customers but then do not take the precautionary self distancing measures.
