Last day of being there rented big van loaded up rear door was broken would not close all the way . Loaded 15' truck up . Rear sliding door broken would not close all the way down 2 feet from bottom .. house keeper said nothing she can do about it .. used the truck only able to fill it half way throughout the day.. had to lock hand truck in cab so it would not be stolenâ€¦CHARLES R.

Closed on a Wednesday had to go to another location to get access code and unit number. It cost me hours of my day. No sign saying that they were closed on a Wednesday apparently every Wednesday. I also called and wasn't able to get an access number or unit number It told me I wasn't allowed to give you that information when the sign says I can online instantly. The online website was not working properly. Very disappointed. I expect better from such a large company. At least a sign saying that you're closed would go a long way.PATRICK C. | First Impressions

I was unhappy when I learned that my previously made reservation was not honored and the blame was placed on the 800 number agent. I reserved a 5x10 unit then was told they didn’t have any. I wasted an hour making other arrangements. They put me in two 5x5s instead. After I went to my unit I waited 20 minutes for someone to remove the locks. I called the office and basically she forgot. My time was pressed and is always valuable. Although polite and professional I’d take getting the unit that I ordered three days in advance and CALLED TO VERIFY TWICE to be honored over office worker professionalism. My original pick up was scheduled for Neptune Beach location. However, when I got there, she advised that she had to "put down" the cargo van. Never event apologized until I asked her to and said that she was getting ready to call me AFTER I got there at the scheduled time. Very unprofessional!RANDY K.

Ensured that the customer receives all the equipment they reserved or provide alternative options so the customer can obtained their reserved equipment (i.e refund for equipment, give alternate uhaul locations). It's only been a day. The lady in the office made it extremely pleasant. The only drawbacks is that there was supposed to be a lock in the unit but There wasn't and the door is difficult for me to close. I've dealt with uhaul many of times through out the years and never have I ever had a better experience than this one. Ms. Holly made me feel welcomed from the second I stepped on the lot. Not only did she help me adjust my reservation for a truck that would get the job done more conveniently, she went the extra mile to make sure I didn't leave without the proper tools as well.
