The lafayette ave location was amazing as was the return location in Woodburn. However the reservation experience was awful! I made the reservation for the lafayette ave location. # days prior to the pick up day, uhaul called me and moved me to the other Mcminnville location on cumulus ave. When I arrived, I they were closed as I expected but the 24/7 pick up was not set up for my truck. I called uhaul and GUESS WHAT!? They sent me to the original reservation location. aaaaaaaarrrrrrgggghhhhh. Not cool uhaul. took and extra hour to pick up my truck.
Amy YGreat location, plenty of parking to leave your vehicle for a few hours, customer service is the best I've experienced. Elias and the gang there are why I am still using Uhaul.

DANIEL FUhaul messed up my reservation. I received texts directing me to this location, but they didn’t have my reservation. Some garden center (?) did, so we raced over there but they were already closed for the day (4:45 on Sunday 9/28.) So I called Lafayette back and got there right at 5. They stayed for me, and set me up with a truck way bigger than I needed, but I supper appreciated her making it right.

RYAN FJoseph was a really nice person and very helpful He addressed several equipment issues quickly and thoughtfully. The issues I have are with U-Haul and their IT systems. According to Joseph he was unable "In The System" to select a detination location for my one way trailer rental. Due to that, it took me 45 minutes to an hour to simply drop-off the trailer. At one point U-Haul corporate wanted me to leave the location that I was at and dirve 25 miles to another location. I'm not your trailer delivery boy! So, in short, get your shit together and implement a better trailer management application for your retailers to use. There have been issues with your IT application at all three U-Haul locations that Ihave used over the last few weeks. One would think that U-Haul would have a better system.
EDWARD AThe people were nice but the U-Haul truck & trailer had a ton of damage & instead of them documenting that, I as the customer had to do that. Additionally, the U-Haul smelled of heavy cigarette smoke which triggered multiple asthma attacks while driving it. It is shocking that U-Haul has trucks in that condition. The stench of cigarettes were even on our clothes because of it.
ELENI GFrom the initial meeting with the knowledgeable, helpful team in the office to the pick-up of the truck, this was among the best U-Haul experiences I've had, and I've had lots of them. Thanks much to the team.
Stephen GPerhaps better signage to indicate where to go. The lot is huge with lots of empty buildings and it was completely unclear where the office was located. Took me 10 minutes of driving around to figure out where I was supposed to go! There are signs that it's a UHaul lot, but none telling you where to go.

Brett CEveryone at this location is so helpful and they go out of their way to make renting a truck or trailer easy. Every single potential issue is solved quickly. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that, which is why this is the only place I will rent trucks and trailers.
LORI KCharged me for going over miles even though I put way more gas in the tank. Gas is way more expensive and shouldn’t have been charge for going over.

Glen LAll in all, it was a very good experience using the U-box however, there was some miscommunication about when I had access to the box and when I was supposed to be there. This resulted in my order being cancelled and caused a lot of headaches and running around on my part to correct but there was no delay, and everything arrived safely in Chicago. All staff was friendly and very helpful!
