Have to correct equipment ready. Give me the correct keys. Don't make me wait around your facility for 30 minutes for a resolution it should've taken five minutes.

This location is great and the costumer service is a plus. The Spanish ladie helped me alot and she is very nice and kind.
The manager was very unprofessional and would give out personal information. My payments were always submitted to the bank 2 months later then I paid. And when I would call they would never pick up it was always forwarded to Corp office who could not help me.
Not much. Was in and out at pickup time. Drop off was even better. Thanks very much U-Haul!
This location is the best the lady's in office Lupe, Fee and anna know what they are doing if u want excellent customer service make sure u use this uhaul. For all your moving needs

Asked when they would close and no one was there to return the motorcycle trailer. Didn't know really what to do when your phone number is not connected to the trailer drop off. My phone # was in San Antonio and Trailer in Mesquite.
Nothing. All was good. Needed a trailer and they had what I needed.
I've spoken to the corporate office and emailed the general manager about being charged an extra day when I dropped the truck off the same day I rented it. Please follow up with me.
ATTITUDE
Please verify equipment reservations prior to customer arrival. I reserved a 4 wheel dolly with my van reservation, but the branch had none available. I was forced to drive out of my way to rent dollies from Home Depot.

I've used u haul more than a few times and this time was different. The truck I rented on 12/23 was not clean and the truck smelled like smoke. No smoking sign was posted in vehicle as I remember. Everyone doesn't smoke, make sure vehicle is smoke free
I had pre checked in for a trailer to rent. I showed up and there was a trailer that was pulled out and I pulled in the front of it the employee screamed get out of the way get out of the way. I told him that he was very rude. I will never ever go back to this location.
I was charged Too much and. We'd it fixed. 40.00 per day and I had it one day and I had a 50.00 gift from u haul for having to change my pick up location so why am I charged $120.00?
Everyone who worked at this location was friendly. It was a great experience.
Have customer service that can actually help you instead of making you go in circles. Do not recommend.

My reservation was initially made at the Uhaul on Gus Thomaston in Mesquite, TX. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have any vehicles to rent. The woman told me that Uhaul makes this mistake all the time and that I would have to call 800-uhaul to find a truck. She also told me that I would need to be very demanding to get any help at 800-uhaul. I called and found the phone representatives to be very courteous and helpful. Although I did have to be transferred twice, I was able to get my reservation transferred to the location on Hwy 80 in Mesquite. The staff were friendly and prompt getting me into a truck and out the door.
The trucks burn alot of fuel very quickly...while sitting still it reads FULL then when you start driving it moves off of the FULL and you didnt get the accurate gas reading.
Making sure if they states a dolly or any necessary equipment is needed is on truck. Not inconvenience the customer that comes to purchase use and not have what's or needed to get job done. Being, able to compensate for any trouble endure of the trouble. I had to call around go to other that didn't have equipment that should have been there for use. With reporting complaints and No call back to fix the concerns.
The employees are friendly, but my rental is never ready. I always have to wait for a dolly or appliance dolly. This time there was another truck blocking mine in the parking spot it was in (also not the spot my app said it was supposed to be in) and I had to go into the office to have someone move it even though I did the online pick up option.
Rude people! I literally was standing there once i turned in the keys and didn't know if i was going to get a receipt or check the uhaul. I had to ask if i was done or if i could leave. The way they responded was if i was automatically supposed to know. Next time i will drive further out to not have to go to this location.
Check in Rep was amazing! I didn't catch his name but I know he was a Broncos fan.
I wash charged for a dolly I didn't receive! I disputed it in my final charges but still was charged

I was ignored for a two to three minutes trying to drop off a truck ,I got there at 4:47 pm and they had the door down closing . I continue to pace back and forward to get their attention . I was finally told to give the keys and they will email, I informed them that I had equipment in the truck that I need to returned. Again I was told I will be email everything, I received a email the next day for the truck, and called to see why I didn't receive a email for the equipment.I was told I will get it shortly I still haven't received it .
It is very frustrating when you try to call one of your locations and never able to get through to them. I had to travel back personally when a phone could have resolved my problem.
I always rent from this uhaul and it's always a great experience. Most of the time I rent in advance online, but this time it was last minute. Got there ten minutes before close and they had me out by the time to close. But what really stood out was that another customer was returning an item that had damage. At first the customer was going to pay for the damage until they were told the price and they said they would fix it themselves and they could not let them leave with a missing light. I thought it was going to become ugly but once the customers said that it was like that when they got to where they need the trailer. The employee started to ask if the broken trailer was fix and determined that it was not and that it was sent out broken. All of the employees owned up to mistakes made by letting it be rented out. The employees showed outstanding customer service by listening to the customer, not arguing with the customer and researching what the customer said was true. I will always come to this center for any of my needs and I'm sure that the other customer will as well.
In this location I was not provided with a drop off location. Later during the day a Uhaul rep called me stating that I could be subject to addtnl charges bc I didn't have a drop off location. Then, I was assigned the Terrel location. This location is a joke and it's not suitable for 24hr drop off service. It's in the middle of nowhere, there is no lighting, it was pitch black and I couldn't find the spot to park the truck, nor the drop box to leave my key. It was such a remote location that I had no phone signal to complete the drop off process online. I decided to leave and called your 25/7 cust serv and no one answered. Finally, I chat with a CS online and they changed my location to the Mesquite location. There, I complained about my terrible experience and refused to pay for the extra miles and late drop off. Uhaul is putting the safety of its customers at risk by sending them to the Terrell location and should immediately stop. I am disappointed with the service.

The truck cabin was not clean at all. The location did have fast service and possessed a multitude of trucks where as two other locations I went to on the same day had no trucks at all.
It was nothing but positive . I also appreciate that the proprietor has her cell phone number listed on the door for all. That's going above and beyond.
Changed my location twice ended up having to uber $100 to get to the location. Truck was NOT ready to move. I was waiting for an hour because the truck was jammed in the back between a lot of trucks. LUCKILY the manager happened to stop by after hours and was able to help me pull the truck out and get the supplies.

I moved out of the storage on the 29th inside of the inside unit..the dollies provided made the exit move very helpful.
Parking area to go up to storage most of the time occupied by Uhaul vehicles.
I came in about 10 to 15 minutes before closing because I came from the other location on Jim Millerand 175 and was told they didn't have any storages left so he told me where the closest one was but other than that angel at the Jim Miller location was not very friendly at all, but back to my visit to the gross road location everything was very satisfactory and even though I came in so close to closing the guy, and I am sorry I can't remember his name was very helpful and very nice
The deadline for being out of my storage unit was March 27, 2010, in get the first 30 days free. We were out of there on the 27th and I told the lady in the office. She said, "No charge." I did not think I needed a receipt. A couple days ago we got an email from the company saying we owed for the month of April. I called the facility today and they said there was no charge, the account was closed. So it seems there is a failure in communication between the local unit and the main office. I don't appreciate getting a bill from Uhaul that I do not owe. Lloyd Gregory
Rented climate control until and after almost 4 years in storage, to my amazement, only a few things were damaged. I recommend uhaul. No rodent damage, just heat or humidity.
This facility exceeded expectations.

The manager is no good she doesn't care anything about you or if your property is stolen or if someone cuts your lock off they will not replace it! I will never rent or recommend anybody to U-Haul

The staff was very professional and accommodating.
It was just an ok experience. Didn't raise or even set the bar as far as I'm concerned. Always had to wait a very long time to get waited on due to not enough employees ever working.

I lost a lot of my furniture because of this place. They recommended me a storage that was way too small. Needless to say a lot of my things had to be put in the trash Once I arrived.
Thank you to all the great staff! Everyone was always helpdul and made my move back home easy. From truck rental, to storage, truck rental to our new home.

In the climate controlled one thermometer registered 92 The other 98 I brought this to the managers attention He replied it's not that hot and walked off going into his room. Apparently he lives
Everything was great except for one time I made a payment and they claimed it didnt go through and I had to pay late fees other than that everything else was good....
Just make sure the air is adjusted correctly because it was hot one day..thats all.
I had a climate controled unit. It was not controlled well and my sleep number mattress was messed up by mildew and I need that to be replaced asap.

I was there a year ago, taking my daughter to Mesquite. I was very impressed with the customer service. I don't remember the young man's name, but he was very polite and extremely helpful.
