Jacob and Amber were both friendly and efficient in taking care of my rental. What is more appreciated is, they conveyed the feeling that I was a wanted guest and not an inconvenience. People make the difference and Jacob and Amber are making a difference at this location.

Location was nice. Trailer was behind a truck so I had to help push the trailer to my truck. Also, seemed very pricey for using the trailer for less than 6 hours. No military discount available for Veterans either. That was disappointing.

It wasnt that truck was really bad, it was clean and didnt have many issues. However it rode terrible.. was very bumpy ride.. did bounce items around more than normal from last Time I rented a uhaul. Overall though. Happy

When there are no one way trip available it is a shame that they will not work with you on the mileage charge. and you practically have to pay double the cost for the rental.

You screw people when you try and match fuel in truck. Impossible to put exactly 3/8 of s tank back in. Should be left on full and returned on full tank. Just another way for u-haul to get over on costumers

I go to pick up my truck . The person before me isn't going to return it. so the manager tells the front desk lady to go try the for sale trucks and see if one works. I drove the truck and it stalls and dashboard starts flashing. I restart it and get it home. I load for 2 hours and go to start the truck again. It is dead. I got a truck that had a missing battery spot (is suppose to have two but had only one). Truck comes out to jump it spends an hour there and said it won't hold a charge. I then get a call from the tow truck demanding why the truck wasn't unloaded and so we unload it and then have to call until finally speaking to a manager who wasn't going to just put a new battery in this truck. sent us to a store (45 mins away) with a truck that was dead and on their website said was down. Then we have to drive another 15 mins out our way to get a truck. come back and load up to move. Went to the store at 6 pm and was up all night till the tow man (who took 3 hours) came at 3: 45 am. to get up and down to the store at 9 am to not have a working truck. ALL AROUND THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I have requested numerous times to address this with management and they will not contact me. WILL NEVER USE THIS UHAUL LOCATION OR PROBABLY ANY UHAUL AT THIS POINT. I was up for more than 24 hours because I worked Friday and came right off work to pick up the truck. GOT HUNG UP BY THE UHAUL HELP LINE CALLED A LIAR MULITPLE TIMES.

I would recommend U-Haul with hesitation, but had no problems with this location specifically. The store manager was doing everything in his power to get my order to through, as I was trying to get back to my house with the truck before the movers arrived (because my truck was delayed an hour, but I agreed to pick it up an hour later). The store manager explained that when it rained, the system typically slowed down. He called a help person, who I heard on speakerphone say that their system was slow as well and both men seemed like this was par for the course. The employees of U-Haul seem to be working hard but are being failed by the administrative decisions above them to not have a system that can stay up to date through something as simple as rain.

I reserved a 24 hour 26 foot truck when we got there they said it was 4 hours. We called uhual and got ahold of a supervisors who said its confirmed 24 hours. We went back in to pay and they still said 24 hours. So we called uhual back which was another 30 minutes on the phone. The confirmed again it was 24 hour rental. I returned the truck the same night and sat in the parking lot for an hour trying to return the truck. Everytime I clicked find location it took me back to the main page. I then called uhual and couldnt get an operator for 45 minutes. I have sent 3 emails,called uhaul twice since then but fave up after 30-50 minutes of not reaching anybody. I imagine come Tuesday I'm going to have a hefty charge even though I have tried everything to confirm my return. This was the worst experience ever.

Not happy with the fact that I was charged a $50 charge for mud that was splattered under the truck due to getting stuck in mud. Your stores have sprayers & that’s part of your representatives job to clean the vehicles that come in. I took the time to deep out the inside of the cargo van & paid the extra $10 in insurance. Done- will not recommend using this tote again.

Stop stilling from your customer I went running a 5 by 8 U-Haul trailer told him I only needed it one way for a couple hours I was probably going to and 1/2 hour trip to where I live they charged me for multiple days and I arrive to return it I spent hours on the phone waiting to find out where to take it too if I was told to take it to make food then on top of that I was told there's no refunds for the multiple days at 4 this is bulshit you're stealing from people will not recommend Uhaul to anyone nor will I use you again

The lady was rude upon pick up, she did not show customer service and she did not really assist with attaching the trailer to the truck. Once it was time to return the trailer she caused problems for the driver that dropped it off. She is now trying to make me pay $400 to “damages” when there was no damage done to the truck. I do not recommend anyone to go there and I am now upset about them trying to charge me $400. I feel it was because I did not sign up for their “coverage.”

didn't know where to drop the keys when I brought the truck back and had a terrible time trying to get setup to return the van from my smart phone. couldn't get the site to take the pass code they sent me. had to bring the keys back the next day to check out.

The inside of the truck had a very strong gas smell toward the cabin. UHaul personnel need to physically step inside the truck when it gets returned.

Well you could start by letting the folks at this location know they could use a little personality. I also love the fact that I have ridden in off road vehicles that had better suspension. Another thing I love is if I was 2 hours late I would be charged an extra day, but if I return early no credit is given. I will do my best to never rent from uhaul again.

If I ever need to rent a truck or trailer I will always go to the uhaul on Verity Parkway. Jacob, the GM there was very polite, friendly and professional. Renting from there was very quick and easy. Great job Jacob. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you

The employees were nice and friendly. Explained each cost. I bought add insurance, did not explain what it did or did not cover. As we loaded a futon cushion onto left side of van the wood slats caught and ripped my cushion and splintered off, before I knew what happened. I glued piece back on. I showed employed. He sent info, then I was charged $185.00 for your faulty wood that tore my cushion. But since I bought $10 coverage, it was lower to $85. He did not compensate me for my torn cushion that cost over $200. The wooden slat had a splinter before I loaded the cushion or it would not have caught and torn it. It was one of the first items loaded. I have used your company many many times in Hamilton Oh, and have always been treated fairly. I will not be back.

Need better tracking of equipment so customer doesn't get frustrated when they find out the location they want to rent from doesn't have your unit and then they tell you the next closest location is 30 miles away.

Only negative thing...there is a large sign at the drop off that says to remain in your vehicle until an employee comes out to help check in the vehicle. I did this and waited for about 5 minutes. No one ever came out. I finally got out and went inside. There was an employee behind the desk. From that point the return was very easy, but it would be a good idea to take down the sign if it is not needed.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Outside of a long wait time, due to having one employee, everything from check in to check out was simple and quick. The staff was friendly and appreciative of the business. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

When I picked up the truck the lady told me it was just over half a tank. I failed to realize that wasn't what was marked on the paperwork. Even though I had a clear picture showing the gas hand AND starting mileage, the different lady there when I dropped it off refused to correct it and charged me and extra 14 bucks! ?? That's poor customer service. I have a picture of the gauge and mileage at drop-off too

Never answer phones, ONE employee for forms & hook up equipment. You arrive at 9 a.m. to pick a reserved trailer, wait an hour then are expected to have a 24 hr. rental for 23 hrs.! Poor management.

I was very satisfied other then,not having 24hr. acsess to my storage. There should not be a phonammal fee to have access to my stuff. I feel that it is a gimmick to make more money.
