There was a problem with the computer system that would not allow me to rent the cargo van. After a significant time spent troubleshooting, we gave up and I rented a box truck instead. The workers were professional and courteous, but the computer system was working against them.Steven N.

Without a doubt, the absolute worst experience ever using uhaul!! I rented a 26' truck with two dollies and auto transport. The dollies were not in the truck therefor I was not able to move my larger appliances. Causing me to rent for another day.. I also purchased a pull along that was defective and will not refund my money.AMANDA A.

Remove certain Moving Helpers from your site based on feedback and reviews. I was not happy at all about my Moving Helpers. I have tried to complete the review for them but it won't open,I will keep trying so that I can receive the booking fee back!!!!Sheri T.
No one wore masks and when they attempted to wear them outside they were not worn correctly. The van I rented upon reaching home and opening the rear, I was met with the most horrendous fishy smell ever. Took 30 minutes to spray Lysol and air it out before I could place my totes in it. Went to drop off ... had to come in and let them know I was ready, after I sat outside for 10 min waiting on check in at the entrance check in area that clearly stated stay there for equipment return and the employees in and out without asking if I was ready. After I express my complaint and they checked it all I was told was they clean all equipment upon returns unknown why it was so foul smelling. Yes not a pleasant experience.Jolanda H.

Fuel gauge upon delivery was below 1/2 tank. It was raining very hard 3 1/2” that day and didn’t notice paper work showed 5/8 on fuel gauge. I rented a 20' for 2 days. When we got the truck and got to where we were loading the door had a busted spring 2 pins and 2 cotter pins that were bent. Once my helpers had it loaded and started trying to shut the door that's when the trouble started. I being ab57 yr old female could have never got the door open. We had to get a 2x4 to hold it open! We could never get it up all the way! Consequently the latch hung down and we kept busting our head on it!! The manager offered me no discount, no refund of any kind! I didn't rent a uhaul to endure 2 long days! I am a very disappointed ustimetBobbie B.

My experience at this UHaul was awesome. The customer service was above rating. Everyone was so pleasant and they worked with me with my reservation. They explained everything to me line by line. They rescheduled my reservation when I was not able to come in. If I did not make it by a certain time, they were going to call me. That was taking care of their customers. The lady that took my reservation, was on her cell phone outside smoking when I walked in the door, she continued to stay outside for another 3 minutes. When she finally took my information for the rental, she did not get it correct and I had to call back the next day to fix her mistakes. This location at least needs one better employee.Sandra C.

The manager was terrible. The other associate was having issues and he refused to help him. I was in your store for over an hour to rent a trailer. Which I had previously made a reservation. The manager was rude and incompetent. The computers were a wreck and no one could explain why is was trying to charge me double. I hope I never need another trailer in my lifeSabena Y.

It was a Bucket List item of mine to ride the Tail of the Dragon in the Great Smokey Mountains but did not want to motor all the way over with just what we could put in the motorcycle storage. So by using the trailer, we could pack all of our hiking gear and take the motorcycle as well. The trailer was very easy to tow and made our trip an amazing one. Sturdy and efficient. U-Haul scored a homer in with the sleek, yet sturdy design. Tons of space and many tie down points. I loved that it wasn't wider than the vehicle because with all of the road construction in the mountains, it was easy to maneuver. I give U-Haul a huge thumbs up and will definitely be a repeat customer for sure. Oh, and the staff at MILLINGTON were courteous and tremendously helpful!!Bruce D.

The lady who helped us checking in is very helpful. I didnt catch her name but she made sure our question is answered. She also drove the truck into the front foe our convenience. Checking out is also easy, they check everything inside the truck before we leave. Before I forgot didn't I mention the truck is sanitized? I would probably still be using your facility, but about 6 weeks ago, one of your employees, James, lied to me in regard to a truck we had reserved. In fact, he lied at least three times. We ended up getting a truck at another U-Haul. It has taken this six weeks for me to find the time to get another storage unit. My experience turning the U-Haul Truck and car tow dolly into the U-Haul Facility in Millington,TN was outstanding as well. The representative met me soon as I drove into the parking lot and I was on my way less than 10 minutes later. The rep was very friendly efficient.Gordon S.

We called multiple times to find out why our dates had been changed to a later date. Then called to find out where our containers where and NO ONE could tell us. Only that it was in "shipping". Was told messages were left with managers of facilities and we would be contacted. We were never contacted. When we finally did get told it was at the facility (due to calling every day), it had to be forced onto the inventory so we could pick it up and ended up not getting it when we wanted it and only 1 person was able to work the forklift. Will NOT recommend uhaul uboxes.char A.

When I picked up the truck it had almost 40 more miles than what was on the contract. I went back in and said something and the guy wrote the correct mileage down on the contract and signed it. When I went to check the truck in the same man said that I went 45 instead the actual 24. He wanted to argue with me like I was stupid even after I showed him the paper with his signature on it. Look at the contract before you want to act like the customer is stupid.Larissa L.

The only negative I have to relay is the fact that I called to inform U-HAUL that we were removing our items and when I called the associate placed me on hold and I was left on hold until they closed! No one ever came back to the phone...same occurrence the next morning, I was placed on hold for 36 minutes hung up called back & she admitted to forgetting about me!!!
