I've got another review upcoming once I get the invite from today's rental. I've spent 90K to 100K on trucks at this location over the last 5 years, (I own a moving company) but now Budget and Enterprise get my business. Manager wearing a baby in a front pack not a good look, as well as the fuel reimbursement charge after I put fuel lever where it was upon departure.

I was suppose to drop my rental off in Kalispell but because of bad roads in Polson I called and had it changed to Missoula. Upon arrival to Missoula strand location I was informed that the roads were not bad. How the employee knew specific road conditions 60 miles away while at work is beyond me. He was very arrogant and a real smartass he should ZERO customer service skills. He even said welcome to Montana in a smartass tone. I been in this area alot longer than he has been alive....... If you ever need a uhaul use a different location.

I was told to drop off my truck at one location, but when I checked with them, they said they NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS. So I spent a couple hours trying to get through to U-haul. I never got a person to answer in my calls. I tried to stop at other locations but no one would take the truck. I finally took it to Missoula and went to the biggest place. They had to take it. No one is leaving the area. No one wants these trucks. You need to help this situation and ship some trucks elsewhere.

The original drop off on S. 93 would not take it and we had to go to another location. This one was very good, busy but more what we expected from uhaul. Now lm off to see if I can get another truck.

The truck had not been cleaned either exterior or, more important in this era of COVID-19, the cab interior. This is a very busy U-Haul location, and I have appreciated both the service and location. Something slipped.

There was a garbage on the floor of the truck, so we assumed it was not properly cleaned neither sanitized. In times of a pandemic it is essential for the trucks to be cleaned and sanitized.

I've been a frequent & loyal Uhaul customer (I've rented 4 or 5 times this year alone!) For years. The last 2 (very recent & within 2 weeks of each other) times I've rented, I've been over-charged, for no valid reason or fault of my own! And then I check my bank acct and Uhaul did Another debit to my acct - for what, I have Not a Clue!!! All of the sudden, it's okay to Uhaul that they debit my account Anytime they feel!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE & I will be making sure everyone learns of your companies indiscrepencies if these issues are not corrected ASAP!!

This was the first time I used the Mobile Pickup. I won't use it again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I thought the whole point of using Mobile checkout was so I would only need to check a few things in the truck and then I could grab the keys and go. But I still had to go inside the store, wait in line while the clerks helped other customers, talk to the clerks, and answer questions before I got the keys. It took me more time to use the Mobile option then when I used the regular check out options in the past.

The truck I rented in Hamilton had a mechanical problem so I got another truck in Missoula. Susan in Phoenix coordinated the transfer and she is worth her weight in gold. It took awhile to convince U-Haul that there was a problem with the first truck, including a tire shop visit, but Susan was there taking care of me throughout the long ordeal and got me on the road again in a pretty reasonable amount of time.

manager talking to friend re restaurants and screwed up computer intake, when asked why it was so slow he threatened to not give me my VA discount. Changed trucks at last minute with no verbal gas in truck, it was 7/8 full, definitely, at return was told it was full. horrible staff attitudes, have never seen business so rude

The location was a bit confusing (with entry and drop off directions) and the lot was full, with extra items in the parking lot. Google maps didn't get us in the correct direction. Appreciate contact-less drop off. Staff was friendly and fast!

I rented a 5x8 trailer and it was the old style with the roll up door, and that style is much harder to load and especially unlload if and shifting takes place.

Customer service by Andrew Moesel was poor. He seemed like he didnt want to be there. He was short with us and acted put out. The other person there was helpful and answered our questions about how to review damage and take photos on app.

They rented me a truck with dash warning lights on and moldy McDonalds in the cab. Not a great experience for a first timer.

1. They don't inexpect the equipment or the truck 2. I had to oil in the truck cuz the oil light came on the way from my destination and 3. None of your employees know how to answer the phones 4 I tried calling the road side assist didn't answer there phone im very disappointed I felt I w as robbed for renting misused equipment the car dolly the straps weren't longing enough to strap down my truck tire was a 15inch tire i was very upset im no longer gonna use u haul anymore the employees was very rude to me

I did not pick this drop off spot and was leery about getting my 45 foot coach through all the city traffic congestion to get there. They said it had to be dropped there per contract and they had next customer waiting. I managed to get into the lot and the personnel operated the winch on my vehicle improperly without even asking me. I followed their directions to get my coach off their lot and got stuck with my hitch digging into their asphalt. They were in too much rush to the point of being rude and completely knowledgeable about a large motor coach. Consequently, I had to redo the winch wind on the vehicle and have a damaged brand new expensive adjustable ball hitch and they have a hole in their asphalt.

I had rented the 15 foot moving truck for our move. I asked the gentleman what kind of gas mileage might I expect if the truck was full and he said “it's a moving truck don't expect much“. What I found with this particular vehicle, which was a Ford product, it actually got pretty good gas mileage. I was only required to return it with 1/4 tank of gas but not knowing what kind of mileage I was going to expect I filled the tank up and 160 miles later I returned it with proximately 5/8 of a tank of gas. It would be good for U-Haul to track this for their customers.

The only problem I had was there was a check engine light on when I picked up the vehicle and I was a little paranoid about that the whole time we had it. When I checked it back in I brought that to their attention and the kid said that it was just a faulty sensor. It would have been nice to know that beforehand lol. Other than that these guys were great seem to be doing a good job and the vehicle seems to be in good shape.
