The return process is a pain I’ve been there with friends and wasn’t able to use the return process and then had to use it myself and still wasn’t able to however when someone comes in and checks everything and does the return process for me I have to say it was correct and I was happy with what I was charged and my friends that have been through the same say they were also happy with the service.

First be honest and up front about the milage cost. It was more than the rental and i didn’t even use enough gas to move the needle below the F. The small truck i used had barely any oil in it, so probably not well maintained. It smelled like oil and when the oil was checked there was barely any on the dip stick. I told them as soon as the truck was returned.

ALAINA DWe had one that was a two axle trailer that leaked and it was raining so we didn’t know this until we had the trailer half loaded stop for the night got up the next morning to the front of the trailer and the boxes being wet. The bags on top were wet thankfully things were able we were able to get to stuff after the boxes were of course, saturated and falling apart when we picked them up, but upon returning the trailer, we let him know they took down the complaint and I that was just today, so I’m supposed to hear back from him tomorrow, but it was handled professionally so far

KIRK LTho location is the main location for the town of Missoula and is only minutes away from the other. Why was the equipment not at the first location I chose and I had to go to another location. Made me have to waste gas, time and valuable money.
