Your contactless 24hr truck pickup was terrible. My husband and I rented a truck to clear out a storage unit for my late father in law and were on a time crunch. The truck assigned to us was not on the lot so we had to wait just over an hour for the location to open so we could rent a truck.Jodie B.

the vehicle was in rough shape and steering while had to be held close to 11 o'clock to go straight down the road. It may not have been directly this location but the issues with the "Moving Help" leaves an over all bad impression.Joshua W.

Both locations were fine but the correct expectations weren't given therefore I rushed my move across the country thinking it would help me save money. I even expressed this expectation to an agent on the phone who did not tell me it didn't matter either way. I will never use uhaul again or recommend them to anyone else.Portia P.

I had told the U-Haul clerk to change my address. I called Uhaul and they tell me they can't change it Because there's a â€œFamilyâ€ waiting for the truck, That's BS of course.. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to this fucking location! Never again will I rent from Uhaul.Andrew M.

I was concerned that some of my very good furniture could get some warping due to the winter cold and early summer heat. Every piece came home fine. Just needed some Murphy soap and polish. They really do have clean and secure units. I am very happy to say absolutely no evidence of rodents at all!! I would use them again, but hope it won’t be necessary 😊Ralph G. | Overall Experience

They didn't have the van ready by my 11am pick up time because someone else was supposed to have it until 11am. They did call me to inform me of this but only 30 min before I was supposed to pick it up. I was never able to see my reservation online and when I needed to change it it took forever to get ahold of some one.ryan R.

Pulled in and stopped at sign as instructed waiting for someone to check me in. After more than 20 minutes I went inside to check wait time. Witnessed female clerk assisting someone while male clerk looked on. Something wasn't working right and male employee made some rude comments and started walking out. I went out thinking he was coming to assist me. I said " I am trying to check in a truck" he replied "cool" and then walked into another door leaving me stand there. After about 45 minutes of waiting he rudely opened the door of the truck said "give me the key" and said I could get out of there. Said he had to hook someone else up and didn't know how long he would be. I could stay if I wanted a receipt or just get out of there. This was one of the rudest interactions I have ever had with a business.Thomas F.

Contracts so screwed up. Had my name on someone else's truck and his on mine. I could not log miles or upload photos to validate anything. I went back in and they wouldn't correct the contracts and I still don't even have a correct receipt. I put the key in the key box and they called and said they couldn't find it. Your software or maybe its the computers at that location are terrible. Took way too long to check in or out. I also had problems with getting what I reserved at the location I selected. When I went online to reserve it let me select my Alma location then I got a phone call on Wednesday stating they couldn't provide what I reserved and I either needed to go larger or drive 20 miles out of my way to select. I was then given a mileage credit for having to go out of my way, but during checkout the manager had trouble making the changes so issued me a credit. I can see the Uhaul charge on my card but not my credit. If I don't see it by the end of today I will be filing a complaint. I don't consider any of this an issues with the location or staff. I was given the truck with the fuel below E. They told me if I brought it back with a 1/4 tank I would get a $45 credit. I did not get it back. It also cost me $160 in gas to go 106 miles. The only plus was I accidentally left my music phone in the uhaul so they called me to let me know and I picked it up.Tracy D.

The container arrived fine but appeared to of been tampered with. Screws were missing from the lock where it was attached to container. The door was not secure, was slightly open.Steve G.

Both of the two guy workers were really helpful and nice. I really appreciated that they explained everything to me throughly. I unfortunately had a little bit more stuff than I thought I had for the U-box because they said unfortunately it would fit my couch. Kitchen table, bedroom set. Uhaul is very slow to fix problems with the online website and administering refunds, but very quick to charge fees. This locations staff was awesome to work with, but Uhaul’s overall customer service is absolutely terrible; it could take hours and an unnecessary run around to get problems resolved.Tatanaisa H. | Overall Experience

Uhaul storage forces their customers to purchase one of their locks to start. Then cuts a customers second lock off storage unit because they need to know when we are in and out of our unit. So they put second lock on of theirs and makes customers go in the office pick up the key and then has to drop off the key once you're done.
