I overpaid for gas, not knowing what the deal was. I drove about 15 miles and put 12 gallons in there. I kept the fuel receipt. I was told I would not be reimbursed. I will be leaving a review on Google as well and will change it from a 1 to a 5 if the situation is handled properly. I won't even mention the overbearing cigarette smell and the melted chocolate on the floor when I picked the equipment up.Mathew D.

Great, friendly service. Easily received a time extension from the standard 6 hour timeframe. A moving truck is a moving truck, not much to do there. Without any understanding of cost for upkeep, wear&year, etc., $0.99 per mile seems high, and really adds up even for an 8 hour use where we had to get an item from another state. That said, needed an upright means for movement and a ramp was required so it got the job done.Eric D.

Fix you lousy iOS app. It simply sucks. I am not sure why I always try it but when it comes time to pick up it doesn't work and won't get beyond the login screen. This has been a problem for my last three rentals. I end up just going to the web site on my phone and conducting the check-in through there. This is not hard. I didn’t like how the elevator was not working that day I came to store my belongings.. I was assigned to the second floor.. Since the elevator wasn’t working they wanted to charge me extra for placing me on the first floor.. The worker made me feel like I should suffer and pay extra due to the elevator not working.. Your mobile application is horrible. I use an Apple IOS device and the app never lets you get past authentication. You end up having to go to the browser. By the time you have done all of that you might as well have gone in to the counter and waited. The staff is great. The app? Not so much.Keith B.

I was told that the truck had a full tank of gas and it appeared that it was. However, I only drove 26 total miles and went to the gas station thinking that would be a couple of dollars and the tank required 2.2 gallon of gas. I am letting you know that I will NEVER EVER use your company again!!! You don't top off the gas tanks so why should tell and make it appear that you are giving a person a full tank of gas. By the way the gas's was $3.99 per gallon and it was a pickup truck rental. Your staff was not even able to explain why I should have been compensated/credited at least something cause it was clearly not a full tank of gas. !!TOP OFF THE GAS TANK or Don't LIE!! CHEATERS!!!!! Please clearly mark the free parking spaces next to the vehicle return line as business hours parking only or ensure there is enough space between the vehicle return line and the parking spaces to allow cars to escape. Once trucks stop being processed they can form an impassible barrier and trap the cars in those spaces until the next days business hours. A full service U-Haul storage, install and rental location. I've been there several times over the span of about 10-15 years and don't recall ever having a problem as some of the other comments on the Google reviews. On 8 Oct., I returned a 6x12 trailer which I picked up in Richmond VA the day before. I parked it in a spot near the entrance. I was in line waiting my turn with two other customers ahead of me when one of the desk associates called my name as "Mr. ________" and said I was all set to go. I was surprised by that and replied "Really? Wow, thanks!" She provided my final receipt followed with "have a blessed one"... it is appreciated when someone is treated in that manner. I expected to go outside to move or disconnect the trailer. It was already disconnected! I was on my way without any problems/issues.Tony A.

I was disappointed that my payment was secured for December on 12/6/21 and I moved out on 12/9/21 but was not refunded a prorated amount for the remaining days. I spoke to someone in the office and they assured me that I would not receive a refund. In addition, on the third floor, there are two double doors but instead of both swinging out or in the same way, one of the doors swings out and the other swings in, making it difficult to move in and out through that hallway. Past two times I have been in, only one person was mostly working a line that had 6 to 8 people, and each person took a long time to help. Both times I was in line for 20-30 min!
