Talked to the person who was going to install my hitch and he said that he started at noon, so I scheduled my appointment for then. Unfortunately, he didn't show up for work until 12:45 and the install took 2.75 hour rather than the 1-1.5 hour he quoted. Do not expect to be able to wait for your install as there is nowhere to wait and it will take longer than quoted.Karl H.
Unfortunately the online check-in did not work. Luckily the agent was there and was able to help me. The person before me waited over an hour for them to open because he couldn't use the online procedure either. The mileage was incorrect on the truck I rented and I had to have the agent come out and take a picture of it. When I returned the truck, the location service would not work. The agent at the location is excellent, but the website leaves a lot to be desired and makes it very difficult. The agent had to call the home office to override something because it said the truck was not there and we could both see it through the window.CHRISTINA W.
Everyone there was super helpful, friendly and nice. I went in a couple of weeks before my rental to ask about towing capacity, they were happy to talk about it. I had to change my equipment a couple of times- no problem.Elizabeth F.

Clean inside windshield. Looks ok normally, but setting sun brings out the 'fog' on the window and makes visibility a bit tougher, when the setting sun makes it tough. Otherwise, the vehicle was in tip-top cleanliness, and really appreciated getting such a clean van!Donald D.

WO shield was extremely dirty inside and out, to the point where it was dangerous driving into the sun. The cab was not clean and reeked of cigarette smoke. The rear box had an unsecured appliance dolly laying on the floor, and the moving pads and regular dolly were missing their seals. In summary, it did not appear that the truck had been properly prepped for use, resulting in a less-than pleasant rental experience.DONALD H.

in person experience is very good. But mobile application experience excruciatingly painful. I tried to use it to for check in after wasting time with terrible user experience and bad response with spinning wheel of death, I ended up canceling the process and walked in to complete the process. Fix your F!@#$!@# website so if I choose a vehicle and a location it refuses to let me book the rental and says.. YOU MUST CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION. I ended up only being told in the confirmation email that my vehicle was not at my desired location.. but I didn't read it since the website told me I was successful at making my reservation and it was a CONFIRMATION... meaning it would confirm what I had been led to believe during the process of using the website. The email also said I would receive a call. That never happened or it came from a blocked number and no voice mail was left. After finding out my reservation was changed I had to wait 20 minutes for an Uber to take me to the location. The van reserved for me was not there so I was put in one that had such a stench of cigarette smoke in it I had to go back in, wait at the back of the line and request a different van.JAMES M.

The truck we got was terrible and should not be on the road. The steering was loose as a goose and the transmission did not shift in and out of each gear as it should have causing me to use more fuel than I should have used. I had to pay for 10 gallons to go 60 miles which is crazy.RICHARD A.

Four phone calls were dropped, apparently disconnected, when I initially tried to see what vehicles were available. I drove over because the need was great. Four more calls were dropped when I tried to let clerk know I'd be 30 min late returning truck. Recommend you pick up your phone calls.BARBARA D.

The non-contact pickup process needs a little more attention, especially with things ramping up again. I spent more than 5 minutes doing all the pictures, finding the truck, doing the agreements on my phone... only to be told to walk inside to be handed the key. Kind of defeats the purpose so unless you put those in key code based exterior lock boxes or something I wouldn't bother with the slower DIY process that still requires me to go inside. Beyond that, the wrong dolly type was in the truck. The manager rightfully took it off the bill so all well and good there. I would recommend that you refer to the "furniture dolly" with caster wheels as something else, that doesn't include the term "dolly," to prevent confusion for staff and customers in the future. You might also make more add-on sales and benefit your customers by offering furniture/appliance moving strap/harnesses during the checkout process, at the same time/screen where you offer various dolly rentals and moving blankets.Keith G.

The pick-up experience was fantastic! Deb and the guy she was training were both extremely nice and very helpful. The return experience was ok but I'm guessing the guy on duty had other things on his mind because I received a call from the store in the morning asking when I was bringing the van back (even though I had returned it before the store closed the night before). When I told her I'd returned the van the night before - she apologized and said the attendant had not checked it in but she found the key and apologized for calling me.JON B.

I reserved online for $89 plus fees - when I got there - the unmasked and unfriendly employee ignored my online reservation and charged me $149 !!! I used the truck for 4.5 hours and between gas and their dishonest overcharging of me - I paid over $200 for 4 hours use of a 15' truck with roll up windows and an inability to comfortably travel over 45 mph - dishonest!!!PATRICIA F.
