U-Haul here in Georgia dropped the ball. I called to rebook movers with Delivery/unloading. The lady on the phone who rebooked it for me booked the load/unload service. THE WRONG THING I NEEDED. I made it work by having the movers come back later(thankfully they were able to). The movers we had chosen said this isn’t even the first difficulty they’ve had with U-Haul here in Georgia. Oh that and when you guys say “12-2pm delivery” but show up at 9:30 am, that’s inconvenient. Again, I made it work but had to RUSH to my interview after. Over all, U-Haul in California was amazing. Everyone there was helpful. But U-Haul in Georgia needs MAJOR TLC. Grateful that everything still worked out, but rather annoyed that U-Haul Georgia absolutely sucks in terms of communication, scheduling, and making life easier. Because the last 48 hours playing phone tag is not something your customers paying $3200 for two pods and another $2200 for one should have to deal with. Y’all are doing great in California. Georgia has left MUCH to be desired from your service. Let’s work on it guys!!!

Shawn and Dan are the team you want for your next move! They were polite, professional, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating. The elevator at our storage unit unexpectedly went out of service, so they had to carry everything up and down an additional three flights of stairs. Not once did I hear a complaint. They handled the situation with a great attitude and remained professional throughout. Their communication and teamwork were excellent, which made the entire move smooth and efficient. Oscar VI don’t know if workers check the tires but when I did the check in I noticed that one of the tires was a little low I thought I just had to put air in it but when I was doing my first load it was really low and checked the tire again and it had a nail. Next time I won’t be taking the truck if there’s any issues

Daniel SAlways friendly service. It’s a very convenient location and well maintained. I got my truck very last minute, but it was available and easy pick up. The only update needed would be that I reserved it online and then when I came in it was like going through the reservation all over again as if I hadn’t reserved it to begin with. This just slowed things down a bit. But everyone was very friendly (even though they were dealing with an unhappy customer just before me) and professional.

CHRISTOPHER PWhen setting up the reservation we didn't have our new address. The website stated we could add it later. A couple weeks after the reservation was made we confirmed our new address and tried to get delivery set up and it was not possible because the reservation was already active and we had to wait until the boxes arrived at the destination warehouse.. This caused an 11-day delay getting our items delivered from the destination warehouse. Every single person we dealt with/spoke with were 10 out of 10.

Avalon AYour before and after hours check in using the "app" is HORRIBLE! It is not intuitive, it does not load and scan, and then you bill the customer if it doesn't work. That's very poor customer service. We had to call the "support" line, and were on the phone for an hour trying to get the van returned. What happened to the ease of parking the uhaul vehicle, dropping the keys into the lockbox, and leaving?
KIMBLE OI recommended U-Box to all of my family. It was easy to schedule and the pickup and drop-off were excellent, even though I have a challenging pickup driveway. I will use them again.
